Casey cares about what he does, and there's no doubt he has this reputation. He responds to every text or question I had during the process. His crew are great and on time. What set Casey apart from the others I had quoted was his vision on my dining room. I thought it was a lost cause...but he convinced me, it turned out to be a very beautiful parquet from 1930.

Casey installed hardwood floors in our kitchen and dining room but he did not install transition strips. We called him twice after the floors were done and he said he would come back and complete them. He never did. It is important that a contractor keeps his word. We were willing to pay him extra to complete the work.

It's usually difficult to find contractors who will respond in a timely manner, let alone follow up to complete quotes and work. Casey and team did a great job and made it clear that they valued our business.

Casey responded within hours of my online request for a quote on wood floor install. Competed a job which other contractors said was not possible. Some minor scuffs to walls during the install process, however, to be expected. Done on time, and a fair price for labor since I purchased the materials myself.

Casey and his team were outstanding. The floors came out like new despite the pet stains and heavy wear. Plus I was very happy that Casey was honest about his price and talking me out of staining the floors though out the house for the one pet stain that, even staining would have still shown through.

They responded immediately with and questions I had. Work was done when they said it would be and at the price quoted.

Casey and his team were very good. I was very happy with the way the floors came out. The reason this is not a 5 rating is due to two things: First, there was a miscommunication about the color - I wanted the floor to match the stairs, and Casey said, ok, that's "natural". But when we saw "natural" it was much too light. Then there was an extra cost to get the color we wanted. Second, Casey's wife spilled some material on our driveway. I showed it to Casey, but he minimized it and said he had alot of stains on his driveway. Its not a huge deal, so I let it go. Yet, the work Casey performed on our floors was very good. They were careful, kept the dust to a bare minimum, were prompt, and generally good fellows to work with. I would recommend them.
