Description of Work: Dryer wasn't getting hot. Fuse was blown. Replaced. Then blew again. The second visit was free as it was the same problem. Turned out to be the duct to the outside. They recommended someone who does that work. They too were prompt and courteous. All very good, all the way around.

Description of Work: Repaired refrigerator/freezer cooling failure. One part was replaced under warranty, other parts at my cost. Total work took 2 weeks in order to resolve warranty issues and obtain parts. Pleased with the workmanship. Not pleased with the delay in completing the repairs.

Description of Work: No visible leaks in drain hose or water supply line. Serviceman removed dishwasher from under counter. Finally found a small hole (probably caused by the tip of a steak knife)in the rear of the plastic dishwasher cabinet. |I'm now in search of an epoxy suitable for a sealant. Good find! - Bobal

Description of Work: Electric stove not working. They came to check it out. Prompt, courteous, professional. They quickly called back as promised with an estimate for the repair. I did not have them fix it because the part needed was too expensive, so I ended up buying a new range. Otherwise, would use again. |Did have to wait a week for an appointment. Since it was summer and we were using the BBQ so much, it wasn't a big deal.
