Description of Work: This company follows up each year with service. They are polite and, more important, they know what they are doing.

Description of Work: He does tune ups on our free-standing generator and recently installed a cold weather kit on it.

Description of Work: Helped me over the phone with no charge to re-establish contact between a remote and my Generac generator. Call to Generac was a waste of time, but Behers stayed on the phone for over 15 minutes and actually turned down my request for a service call stating they were sure we could do this over the phone. I will be using them in the future to service the generator

Description of Work: Bob Behers Electrical Contractors sold and installed a Generac 14kw back up generator for our home. Bob himself came to the house and made recommendations based on our input, and presented a professional quote within a day or so. Then we came to an agreement and Bob asked for a deposit and once received he ordered the generator from Generac. The generator took a while to get delivered to Bob due to the high demand. But, Bob kept us informed and once in we settled on an install date. Bob took care of the electric and gas company coming out and doing their things, he took care of the building permit and the building inspector and all associated fees within the price quoted. Basically once we signed the agreement and paid our deposit the whole process was taken care of by Bob. On the cold rainy day of install they Bob and his crew showed up at exactly 8:00AM as agreed to and set up a tent over the gas meter area and proceed to work on that area and the circuit box in the basement. Bob did not like the way the circuit box was done, so he re-did all the wiring at no additional charge. The crew, including Bob and the gas line sub-contractor (also a great guy and superior quality of work) spent until about 5:00PM working only stopping for a quick lunch. Then Bob's son went through the operation with me and then my wife a second time. The unit was fully set up and test run by 5:00PM After install I wanted to change the "exercise" time and could not get it done from the instructions in the book. I called Bob's son and he walked me through it and we were done within 5 minutes or less. Great service after the sale too,. The whole experience was professional and the team from Bob's company were great to deal with. We are going to have Bob back to re-wire some electrical outlets done incorrectly by the previous owner and then have him check our daughters home circuit box as we are concerned that may not be correct. We highly recommend RG Behers for at least back up Generator Install if not basic electric work.
