One technician and the owner came out. I had to pay double and I understood that, since I have 2 units. I was not there when they did the service, but my wife was. He mentioned my AC was leaking and he said that should not be low. They then told me that I needed a new AC unit. I then had another company come out and all they did was re-charged the unit; and both of the AC units have been working fine.

Martin Pawlak was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. He seemed very professional and competent.

He came out quickly the first time I have used them and he were very contentious. Terry suggested that we needed a little bit more of Freon. I decided against that. Then our lines froze up a couple months later, so we did have them come back out. We requested Terry to come back and he did. That service cost us about $250. It did cost me more, but he did take off the price of the big deal that we first purchased with them. They were quick, responsive and we would use them again.

Jason arrived early and was very courteous and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why, and he made some recommendations for future service. He also cleaned up afterwards thoroughly, you couldn't tell he had been there.

Technician called to confirm the address as his instructions showed incorrect street number. The appointment was scheduled between 1 pm and 4 pm. He arrived around 1 pm and performed the services. He was very professional and personable.

Everything went well, and it was a good experience. Scheduling was simple and quick, they showed on time, and they did a good job with the tune up. I really appreciated that they removed and replaced some paneling from the box which surrounded the unit as this was particularly difficult for me to do.

He found that my AC was a bit low on Freon. He said the AC would work, but, it would just work longer to get to the right temperature. I allowed him to top off the freon so that the AC would run more efficiently. That cost was $189. I will have the freon level rechecked at the end of the summer season to ensure that there is no leak and I would call Pawlek again.

These guys were a nightmare. Showed up 75 minutes late; couldn't find the house because they couldn't even enter the correct address into GPS. Tracked dirt all over the porch. Kept trying to sell us services we don't want or need instead of just doing the work we contracted for. Then told us we owed them $45 when we had paid in advance. BUYERS BEWARE!
