Dave did all of the carpets in the house a rapid fashion. What a difference it made! You could not ask for better customer service from start to finish! They really worked with us to keep the scheduled date even though I got delayed an extra day for travel and couldn't be here in the AM. They adjusted and the job got finished on time and in line with the estimated cost.

There were no problems. We are nearly out of their range of service in Buffalo Township, Washington, Pa But they were able to fit us in on the same day as someone in the Washington area. The scheduling person and Dave were polite , friendly and efficient. And the carpets look great.

Dave's wife took the order over the phone and asked pertinent questions so she could estimate cost and give Dave an idea of the scope of the work. The pieces had gotten soiled over time and part of the fabric design is "puckered" and Dave was honest that it might be more puckered after cleaning. I told him to proceed and would not hold him responsible if there was a pronounced change. When the furniture dried, it looked great and it was clean again! I will now have a few more years of use of these old pieces which I really like. Dave was delayed at a prior job but kept closely in touch to let me know his progress and to update me on his expected arrival. He was careful with everything and I would recommend him without hesitation. I will have him back for carpet cleaning for sure.

I was looking for a good carpet cleaning company, that wasn't going to charge too much. I found Kemper on Angie's List with good reviews. I had a very specific afternoon that I was going to be home for the carpet cleaners to come. I called and left a message with Kemper Carpet Care, he called back and told me that day was fine and put it in his schedule. He said he would call to confirm the day before. My husband actually beat him to the punch and called. Once again he called right back and said he would be out the next day. Kemper asked what we wanted done. We stated high traffic areas and no furniture needed to be moved. Kemper came on time. He sprayed my entire rug area with a solution that breaks down the dirt. Kemper pointed out trouble spots to me. I gave them a "B' on professionalism because the only thing I was dissappointed in was I wanted some kitchen bar stools cleaned but Kemper would not clean the stools. He said the fabric was too beat up and cleaning the stools wouldn't do anything, which I found difficult to believe. I just wanted Kemper to give the stools a quick "once over" but he were unwilling to budge. So, I was frustrated with that. However, he did a nice job cleaing the rugs and most of the spots came up and the rugs certainly look better. The whole process took about two hours.

As soon as Dave got to my house and saw the furniture, he warned me that the type of fabric was nearly impossible to clean and even showed me on the sofa tag where it says not to use a water-based product to clean. He said he would do it if I wanted, but that given his experience he thought it would just be a waste of money. I really appreciated his honesty!

I called to ask about getting carpets in a large room cleaned where relatives had been living with their cat. The man I talked to told me that if we knew the cat had soiled the carpet over a long period of time and not just once or twice, he wouldn't be able to get the smell out. I thought it was very considerate and professional that he didn't try to sell me services or give an estimate knowing the cleaning wouldn't work.

He was what everyone else said! He was right on time. The woman I spoke with to schedule was very polite and clear. He was also polite and inquired as to whether or not I had animals. He did a very good job and was personable. He put sliders under a table to move it to clean. My rugs look brand new and I will have him back again. He really did a wonderful job! He even helped someone on the sidewalk who couldn't maneuver their stroller around his equipment. He put a caution cone on the sidewalk, too, since we live in an area with a lot of pedestrians. That was the first time I'd seen a company do that. I would recommend them to anyone.

He was on time and did a good job. The previous owner of this house had a pet so I had a couple of pet stains on the carpet in one room and he did his best to remove all the stains. The house had been closed for 2 years so they did a good job of getting rid of the smells too.

Fine job. I placed a call to the company and left a message on their answering machine. We received a return call the next day from David August, the owner, who was very polite and easy to talk to. I gave him the approximate size of the area to be cleaned and asked if he could also tack down the strip of carpet between the entrance hall and living room, which had not been done by the tile setters when they installed the tile in the hall. He readily agreed to do that, then quoted a price for the whole job. We scheduled a date for the work to be done. He called the night before to let us know what time he would begin. The next day he was very punctual (in fact a few minutes early). He worked alone, was very careful moving the furniture, tacked down the carpet as he said he would, and finished the job in approximately two hours. We are very pleased with the results and with dealing with Dave. We will definitely use his company's services again.

I just bought a house with old, worn carpeting, and need to make do with it until I can afford to replace, so when I read the reviews here on Angie's List, Kemper Carpet Service seemed a logical choice. Dave called the day before to confirm the time of our appointment and then called again that day to say he would be a bit late as a commercial job he was working on was taking longer than expected. He arrived exactly at the revised estimated time and gave me an honest assessment about the carpet. There was no padding underneath it, and after years of hard wear, the nap could not be fully restored. I wasn't expecting a miracle but was hoping he could extract most of the grime. He pretreated the worst areas at least four times with a nontoxic citrus cleaner and then steamed and extracted the dirty water. He moved the few pieces of furniture in my new house and put them on styrofoam blocks to protect the feet. When he was through, he moved everything back. The results were even better than expected! I was thrilled with both the service and the price and would definitely use them again.

Kemper Carpet Care is very good. They are a small family owned company. They were very nice and did a really good job. There were some areas that needed work on my carpet, and they did a good job on them. The prices are fair.

I was very pleased with that experience. We do have pets. Our carpets were nice and clean. They were able to get out the pet stains. Their prices were very reasonable. They came when they said they’d come. They worked very quickly and professionally. I would use them again in a minute.

First of all, I was really pleased with the one hour window for arrival time instead of having to wait all day wondering when he would get here. And Mr. Kemper arrived well within that one hour window! He was very professional and went about his business promptly. Several areas to be cleaned were heavily soiled and stained. He pretreated these areas, in some instances more than once, and cleaned them thoroughly. I am more than satisfied with the results and would recommend this company without reservation.

They were careful not to nick the walls and or furniture. They are the most professional carpet cleaners I've dealt with. I am recommending them to everyone I know.
