They did a wonderful job! He pre-treated the high traffic and stained areas and went over them twice with the machine. My 20 year old carpet looks brand new! I highly recommend their service - quick, thorough, and very professional.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Dave and his office staff. He was prompt and professional. Because of my daughter, my carpets were a mess. I have a large house and Dave stayed until all of the carpets looked like new! He really takes pride in his work and worked very hard to make sure that all the stains were gone. Carpets were a mess. I have no idea what kinds of things my daughter spilled on her floor, but there were dark stains everywhere, and the other carpet looked worn and stained also. I was amazed at how good everything looked when Kemper was done. I was also impressed that I was told what stains could not be removed (although, for the most part they actually DID remove them). They really know their business! I highly recommend them for their honesty, their skill, their punctuality and their professionalism.

Went ok... Kemper was responsive and nice. At the end f the day, I thought 160 was a little much for 4 small carpets, landing and steps.

I never write reviews. Dave August earned this one. Dave was prompt and courteous with all pre-work follow up calls. He showed up on time with his son on a Saturday afternoon. He reviewed exactly what he was going to do...and did it! The carpets and stairs look great! He did not try to upsell in any way and made certain we were completely satisfied before he left. He charges by the room/square footage and steps. Easy to understand. The carpets are now completely dry and furniture back in the rooms. The carpets look brand new! I asked for his business cards to share with my family. Highly recommend. Will definitely use Dave August again!

Dave Kemper was right on time and did an excellent job. There were two very dirt spots that he worked on continuously and by the time he left they were both gone. I will absolutely use Kemper Carpets again - the price and quality of work are excellent!

Can't believe how clean the carpet came!

They did a fabulous job. It seems like they can get out any stain. Our carpets were so fresh smelling after their cleaning too.

They were professorial, did great quality work, will be using them again in the future, and will happily refer them to any one that needs carpet cleaning.

David was excellent! Joanna (hope I got name right) called me back same day. Explained to her my situation and they fit me into their schedule. Gave me price on the phone which seemed reasonable.Dave kept me informed of when he would arrive @ my house. Did a great job cleaning the carpets.

We have now used Kemper three times and will never o anywhere else. The experience is always professional and the results are never disappointing. I even shared how a drink was spilt on our couch and he made sure to give that area extra attention.

He did an excellent job and was professional. He explained everything he was going to do and when I could walk on the carpet, etc. We did not have to move large pieces of furniture such as the couch and dining room table or hutch. I will definitely hire Kemper again.

I'd give them a double A rating! They're the only people I trust. I have no problem sending them a key and letting them come in when we are gone. It's a little family business and they are excellent. They are very, very good. I don't remember the cost, but whatever they charge, I'll pay. Very thorough and very good. The workers are personable, professional and easy to deal with. Wonderful. They clean very well. They left the area very clean!
