Dave is fantastic. We have been using Kemper for years. Wonderful job! Can't go wrong.

They showed up on time and cleaned a particularly dirty area in a computer area they had not been done for a long time.

The crew comprised of the proprietor and one worker. They were quick courteous and personable. The arrived exactly on time and even gave us a fifteen minute warning before arriving. The quality of the cleaning was much higher than we had in the past from ChemDry. They appeared to have removed more of the soap residue than past companies leaving the carpet feeling softer and appearing much cleaner. We have found our go to service for carpet cleaning.

They took the time to resolve the issues, we had a couple of hard spots to get off. They worked on them until they came out. It was normal wear spots.

They did a great job. Reasonably priced. Very polite and prompt.

I believe that I used Kemper Carpet Care for carpet cleaning. I don't remember the cost, whatever it was, he was very reasonable and did an outstanding job. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. The care that they took while getting through the house, without much damage or anything was outstanding, they took extreme care. Overall I would rate them excellent. I would rate them an 'A' plus for pricing if I could. I definitely would use this provider again in the future. I referred him to my mother once and she was very satisfied.

Did a great job. I was from Cincinnati handling father in laws estate. Owner came out immediately saving me an extra trip to Pittsburgh. The carpets probably haven't been cleaned in 15 years, but after Dave left they looked new. Could not have been happier with the outcome. Price was very fair.

This is the third time I have used Kemper and have always been very pleased. Dave and Joann are easy to work with and he is always on time and efficient. I have recommended him to other neighbors, who have also been pleased.

Our steps and hallway needed some TLC after updating our bathroom. I was able to get on Kemper Carpets schedule two weeks after calling. They showed up on time and was very friendly. It took roughly one hour and looks wonderful. We are very pleased.

Dave arrived at the agreed time, which was about 12:30 PM and then we reviewed the areas in my home to be cleaned. I had originally planned for him to also clean an antique chair, but after further review and his recommendation, we decided not to clean the chair because the wood that surrounded the fabric in the chair may become damaged from the steam and moisture of the water. My most heavily soiled areas were my entry way from the front door, the stairs leading upstairs and the entryway to my bathroom. The majority of my furniture had been removed from the living room with the exception of the antique chair and a loveseat. Long story short, Dave did, a remarkable job on my carpet. He removes stains that I am sure had been on my carpet for more than 6 years. I'm extremely pleased to write this review and I will be using Kemper Carpet Care Systems again soon.

Dave was fabulous! He phoned us the day of arrival to give us an ETA. He was on time, professional, personable. I had a bothersome stain that I couldn't get out, and he treated it several times. I never thought it would come out, but he nearly got all of it. It's barely noticeable. In the moment, we asked if he could do another room, which he did. We are so pleased with the results!

I have 2 cats and Mr. Kemper was able to get the cat hair out of the carpets. I was very pleased with his work and would use him again.

I have never had my carpets cleaned before and was skeptical that the spots were going to be removed. The gentleman that cleaned the carpets was prompt and professional I was pleased with the results. .

I bought a new house and the carpets were FILTHY! After a careful cleaning by Kemper's, the carpets looked brand new. Kemper's were also worked around my work schedule and allowed me to schedule an after 5pm appointment. Very convenient. I would highly recommend.

The carpet cleaner showed up in the time slot alloted to my service. He and I went through all the rooms prior to the cleaning. We went over my concerns about stains, etc and he explained in detail what he would accomplish. He completed the job in a very professional manner. I am very pleased with the outcome and have already referred Kemper to a friend.

Very happy he was able arrange to do our house on a Saturday late morning since he had other appointments in the area. Set up an estimated time window at first and then called the day prior to give a better estimated time of arrival. Prompt and professional. Carpets look significantly better. Their cleaning solution leaves a clean citrus scent - not like a pungent, toxic chemical smell. Significant improvement in areas that had recent water damage from flooding and pet stains. Tried to get up a stain in the basement which looked like spilled coffee but we think might be seeping up through a crack the basement foundation floor - unfortunately that did not change but we didn't think it would anyway. Happy with their service overall - will use again!

They did an excellent job. Arrived on time and finished the job on time. Were able to remove some pet stains that we could not clean in the past. This is the second time that we have used their service and we have been more then satisfied each time.

Someone answered the phone the first time I called - very pleasant, explained services and estimated costs. Scheduled the appointment right then, was told that they would call the evening before and let me know what time to expect them to show up to do the job. They called the night before with an 90 minute window. They showed up on time, very professional and did an excellent job!
