Description of Work: Cleaned 3 rooms of carpeting plus hallway. Last cleaned 5 years ago. Normal dirt and stains cleaned up great. Uses no harsh chemicals. One old difficult stain improved but not disappeared. Understandable. I followed room preparation instructions faithfully and I think this helped drawers out of dressers, everything off carpets I could manage, etc., although technician said I did too much. He was very responsive to all my questions about quick treatment of possible future stains. In and out about 1 1/2 hours. I think they do upholstery also, and I will definitely use them when we do sofas, etc.
