Buccos Roofing

Our neighbors had Buccos replace their roof a few years ago. They recommended them to us. Buccos was communicative and responsive in every way. They were even available to replace our roof the day after we accepted the bid. They came promptly on the day it was being performed, replaced the roof and cleaned up. The clean up was thorough and I have not found shingles or nails/screws in my yard. Their communications have all been very professional and responsive.

Buccos Roofing are a wonderful company, and we would highly recommend them to anyone. We had them carry out a complete roof replacement on our new house (consisting of an asphalt shingled roof, and a domed silicon roof). Due to circumstances completely outside of their control, it turned in to a far more difficult job than anticipated. Regardless, Buccos were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process, and were completely transparent with regards to every new decision that had to made. Nick was the best foreman we could have wished for - he went above and beyond the call of duty every single day. He not only ensured that all the roofing work was carried out perfectly, but he ensured that all of our possessions inside the house were adequately covered, so that they weren’t affected by any of the construction work. Bobby also provided top-tier customer service throughout the entire process. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything more - they did an incredible job.

Excellent, smooth process from start to finish. Communication from the moment I got the quote, through a provided list of what to expect and how to prepare was great. The workers were prompt and courteous and only stopped working for their lunch break. Very hard working group of workers. Workmanship, right down to painting the vent pipes to match the shingles was amazing.

Perfect. I have a very complex roof with a low sloped valley which required a combination of commercial and residential roofing skills. I needed a new shingled roof and the valley replaced and knew that it would required specialty roofing and a company that really knew what they were doing. The project leaders were on the job and all of the guys doing the work were very professional and did everything the right way including flashing around chimneys, installing a 30 x 10 foot piece in the valley and hermetically sealing it, drip edge, etc. The roof looks perfect and installed the right way. From start to finish it was a good experience including the detailed pricing for the estimate, picking materials analyzing a solution for the valley, to the installation and warranty. If you want your roof done right at a very reasonable price, these are the guys. They really know what they are doing.

they arrived promptly on the day of the installation workers were very professional and cleaned up after the job was done I was kept informed of any problems. I really like the 10-year workmanship warranty I would not hesitate to recommend them.

It was the most seamless major purchase I have ever made. From the initial on line contact to the project completion. I would not hesitate to use or recommend them again!

We used Buccos roofing and they did an AMZAING job. They priced the job very reasonably. The workers were very professional and they cleaned up every day so there was not debris around. The supervisor was always available for any questions and there were never any hidden cost. I highly reccomend Buccos roofing.

The best roofing company I have ever dealt with. From estimate to final conversation about the job, all of Buccos personnel were attentive, informative, and good to work with. When I placed my deposit in January, I expected the work to be done in late April or early May, so was pleasantly surprised they were able to come in March. I will be calling them again when it is time to replace the roof.

Overall a great experience. Our roof had run its course and needed replaced; in addition we had two skylights that both leaked during heavy rain. Luckily the Buccos guys took care of both with quality products and hard workers. The price was the second highest of the five estimates that we received, so it was basically in line with what we expected. Despite wintery weather that coincided with the scheduled start date, the guys still delivered the materials when they said they would and started work early the next morning. They were an efficient four man team who ensured the areas around the house were tarped & kept working all day. I didn’t see any clowning around, messing with phones, loafing etc. They returned the next day to install the skylights and finish up the roof; they worked til daylight was gone. Even though the following day was Sunday, two of the crew came to finish up a few loose ends and perform a thorough clean up. I never found a single nail in our driveway or walkway, and aside from the dumpster (which was picked up Monday), you’d never know they had been there. No major negatives to mention; there was a bit of initial confusion on the initial estimate, however. The information provided to us regarding the pricing on the skylights conflicted with what was shown on the estimate which led to a few more emails/calls than necessary to iron out. Those delays led to us cutting it close in terms of getting on the schedule before winter started, as the lead time mentioned during the initial consultation grew quite a bit by the time we sent in our down payment. Those things are minor in the grand scheme of things; everyone we dealt with from the outset was friendly and willing to answer any questions. Personal cell numbers were willingly given to us so that we could touch base at any time; any texts were replied to right away. We’ve gotten compliments from neighbors already on the roof, and we were happy to tell them of our great experience with the Buccos team.

The people of Bucco’s helped restore my faith in contracting! (siding and roofing anyhow). Thank you to Dan and Mark and the awesome crew we had the pleasure of working with! I had a great experience with Bucco’s in August 2018. We were in a bind to finish the addition on our house, we had a bank deadline looming and a contractor who decided he didn’t want to finish the siding and lie to us and just simply walk away (that’s another story). I lost faith in the construction field and believed that all contractors not are trustworthy people who are solely out to rip off homeowners (which upset my husband because he was one for many years). We still had to finish the house regardless of the drama. I found Bucco’s during my search for a siding company; they came out and gave my husband a plan that fit what we were looking for. I contacted Dan to set up the work and I was impressed right away. I was under a mortgage situation that required a lot of paperwork to approve the contractor and he worked with me to get the paperwork done quickly. I was staring down a bank deadline (the house should have been completed in April). Dan worked with me to get the work done before the deadline hit! He sent out a crew that was professional and the absolute BEST at what they do; the work was done so fast! Unbelievable! The crew was professional, friendly and willing to work around some things my contractor left that my husband had to do. They were great!! And the house looks beautiful! I could absolutely go on, but I would write a small book. I hate the internet, and avoid it at all costs, but in this case, I need to share my story because I want to see this company grow. I will be calling them for more work in the future!! I encourage those of you out there looking for a company to talk to Dan. I had a great experience, I hope you do as well!

Full crew so the work was completed in one day. Very rainy summer here so I was pleased the unfinished roof was never exposed to the weather. Very respectful of my lawn and landscaping. Full clean up including picking up stray pulled nails in the lawn and landscaping. Great experience with Bucco's

From the estimate to the finished results they are a great company! Had a roof replaced on the house and a roof replaced on the shed and they did a great job!

Bucco's came to my house to provide a reasonable quote. Their work history seems to be pretty reasonable and they appear to be very invested in building this company for the long term. Their price was better than most, and they were the front runner for the job for a while. Ultimately I picked a company in my neighborhood that just barely beat out Bucco's for this work. I would consider these guys again in the future, however!

Buccos Roofing is a great company to deal with. I requested a quote on their website [*** Link removed ***] and within a few business days I was in contact with someone from the company. They are very knowledgeable and professional! Bobby our sales rep, was great to work with, he was helpful and knowledgeable about the products and techniques used for to meet industry standards. He helped us narrow down color options that would look great with the color of our house. He even went above and beyond to send us an address of a previous job for us to look at, that has a similar color siding and shingles. They even kept us up to date on project details and any updates with the weather delays. The crew did an amazing job, they had the old roof removed and re-shingled with in 1 day. Once the job was finished the crew cleaned up around my property and even used a big magnet to pick up any stray nails in the yard. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to update their roof! We were very pleased with the professionalism and attention to my project provided by the owners and their crew.

Needed to be home due to neighbors so scheduling took sometime due to the rain we had. It was a small job and they actually came to my house the day my furnace when out and was being repaired. Worked out well and did not take long at all. A young company and would have hired to put my roof on in 2004 but were not around. Nice to work with. Also, they took pictures of my roof which was nice.

They did a very good job. Took them only 2 days to tear off the old roof and install the new roof. The 3rd day they did the gutters. They were very detailed and knowledgeable when answering questions about the roof details i had questions about since our roof is not typical, lots of eaves and transitions. Cleaned up very well. All around great service. Very professional management and easy to work with.

Service was excellent. Dan was very professional and easy to work with. The project was completed in two days and the installers were also very professional, friendly, competent and hard working. The experience was beyond my expectations.

Went really well. I called 13 roofing companies, anticipating that it would be difficult to find someone who would take a flat roof job. Buccos was one of the only companies that picked up their phone. They sent someone out the next day and had a proposal for me the day after that. I only ended up getting 3 meetings 2 other bids out of the 13 calls. The prices were similar, but they didn't seem to be as knowledgable and it took the other guys over a month to get me a price. My only complaint was that they were not able to get to it as quickly as they had promised. I understand that weather plays in to that though. I also had to replace a couple of adapters that attach the downspouts to the storm water system. They used the adapters for the smaller downspouts and siliconed them to seal, but it leaked like crazy. Wasn't a big deal though and I didn't bother to call them about it. I'm sure they would've fixed it had I done so.

They showed on time for the appointment, explained materials and work to be done. Workers worked from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. to complete the job. Area was neat and clean when they left the sight. Highly recommended.

Very smoothly. Did a good job cleaning up. Supervisor went over the job with me and any little tweaks were done on the spot.

It was terrible a nightmare many problems. Wires left on roof, siding small parts put on. Nails thru the roof into bedroom. Many nails left in driveway without trash container on lot till end of siding job. Trash everywhere. Worker lost parts of my outdoor light fixtures, I spent $3000 to replace with my electrician. Skylights parts lost and replaced with wrong skylight when same ones we're available. One window they damaged taking out cost me $1800 to replace. Three flat tires and got nail in my shoe and into foot because they did not clean up good. Gutters put on after 8 month are showing discoloring. Dan, the salesman pulled workers off job many times. He said siding job would take one week, it took 3 weeks. Dan admits it was his fault of this missed up job. Now they do not answer my calls. I paid for extra warranty. I guess I won't get that.

Very pleased with Bucco's from initial contact through touch-up work done later. Was impressed with the whole organization (owner, project manager, foremen, crew). Would definitely recommend and would hire again if we decide to do new siding.
