Buccos did an excellent job, and I just hired them for a second job on my rental property. They explained everything well, did the job on-time, and it looks great. No complaints.

What a tremendous experience with a tremendous company! We needed a new roof but wanted to wait until this spring to have it installed. We had seen a BUCCOs truck in a nearby street and decided to check them out! All it took was one phone call to realize that this was a truly first class company-- PROFESSIONAL in all caps deserved! Everyone we encountered our Buccos Roofing experience shined in their gargantuan efforts to make sure that we were pleased! Amazing Sam Felicetti worked tirelessly with us to help us select exactly what we needed to protect and enhance our home. He listened to our life plans and helped us determine what improvements to make and which were unnecessary. He mailed a true sized shingle sample to us when we had trouble determining roofing color. Mike Davidson, our outstanding project manager, continued to astound us as he made sure we received lots of helpful information on what to expect and how best to prepare. Any question or concern was immediately addressed. Even on weekends! WHO does that?! Our install date was right on schedule! The crew of installers were expert, hard working and polite. When our bay window roof portions proved tricky, Mike decided to bring in a specialty team to complete that part of the installation. The roof & new skylight look great! This company cared for our home and property as if it were their own. Not a single hitch-- not a single negative. How often does that happen?! WOW!

Manny and his crew were outstanding! Prompt, efficient and tremendously skilled craftsmen. The work was done quickly, never any debris left behind, and the amount of time spent to make sure it was perfect was incredible.

Buccos did a great job on my gutters, soffit and fascia. I also had my roof replaced, which I wasn’t initially going to replace at the same time (wasn’t necessary) but I’m SO glad I did. The guys did a great job, kept me informed throughout the entire process and thoroughly cleaned up when done.

Excellent. Prompt response to my questions. Rep thoroughly explained each line item of the quote. Project management was great--kept me fully informed. Completed the job in 2 days. Beautiful work, perfect clean-up. I'd hire them again, except now I don't need a new roof. :)

Buccos outperformed competition because of extra time spent making sure we had the correct upgrade to our roof ventilation, and extra information needed to choose our roof color and manufacturer. The installation was fast, and done beautifully, well organized and led crew, with great clean up, as well as follow-up visits afterwards. All through process they were easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Price was fair and good. Would highly recommend this company and would use again.

Very professional from start to finish. Even during the quarantine time, Sam was very accessible and responsive through texts and phone calls. He provided addresses of homes in our area that used the products that we were interested in so that we can see it installed. Nick (the project manager) remained on the job site most of the day to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. I am 100% satisfied with Buccos and would recommend them to anyone.

The work was done by an incredibly hard working crew who took no breaks, even for rain. They started at 7:45am and had to stop when it got dark at 8:30pm. They said they would finish in the morning and they were back and finished just as they said. They were thorough and cleaned up the job site. I will recommend Buccos Roofing to anyone who asks me about roofers. I wish that all of my interactions with contractors would have gone so smoothly.

This business and employees were very professional and did a wonderful job! They were on time and when they had to delay installation due to weather they worked on the weekend! Excellent communication and prompt service. Would use again for sure

This is a follow up review from my initial review on 1-12-20. After posting that review I received a phone call from Dan Easton, one of the Buccos owners. Dan was very professional, polite and disappointed that I had the experience that I did. Dan committed to me that he and his crew would take care of the remaining punch list at no extra charge - and they did so. Being in a client service business myself, I really appreciated Dan's response. I increased my rating to a "C" due to the original results but I would give Dan and his Company an "A" for owning the situation and correcting things. Based on the final outcome, I would use Buccos Roofing again because I don't think Dan would let me down.

It went well, I definitely recommend Buccos for roofing work. We had them replace our house tile roof with a shingle roof. The communications with Buccos were clear from start to finish. Their estimate was competitive and held through the project completion with no changes or surprises. When the work started, they were in and out in two days. Their hard-working crew was very professional and clearly took pride in their workmanship. Their managers kept us informed throughout, and we are very pleased with the new roof.

Everyone was amazing! Starting with the person who bid the job (Dan) to the roofers. The foreman (Danny) was very friendly and explained everything in detail along with showing me pictures in stages of the roof. When the job was done, they cleaned up everything including the yard . You couldn’t even tell they were here. Except for the beautiful new roof!! Thank you!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for roof work.

Buccos proactively reached out to me and neighbors following identification of storm damage. They promptly returned my call & email request for assistance and also met with the roof inspector. A week later they completed the installation in two days. Workmanship looks excellent and cleanup was very thorough. I mowed two days later and didn't encounter one nail. Very satisfied, highly recommended.

It went great. The estimator showed up on time and gave us a good quote. They start the roof about two weeks later and finished in one day. The roof looks great and the clean-up was perfect.

After meeting project managers and obtaining estimates from several roofing companies, we decided to have Buccos complete our roof replacement. From the first meeting to the final shingle laid we were extremely satisfied. The entire team was professional, efficient, safe and attentive to our needs. Pricing was fair and reasonable. The job was complete in 2 days and cleanup was impeccable. I highly recommend Buccos to anyone needing roof replacement or repair.

These guys are so professional and responsive! After calling numerous businesses to quote us to replace old wood trim on our Victorian style house with cement board, they were only one of two companies to actually respond, show up at the agreed to time and provide a quote. We chose Bucco's because of the price and our comfort level with everyone we dealt with. I had very prompt responses to any inquiry and they arrived when they said they would, and finished on time. They were done start to finish in just 2 days and worked well into the evening. Cleaned everything up when they were done and we were very pleased with the quality of their work. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone else.

Job went smoothly from start to finish. We contacted Buccos in mid July. Sam, sales rep., was there in a couple of days to look over the site. He explained the process and showed us sample materials to be used. We received the proposal via email a few days later and, once we signed, Chris, project manager, called to set up a date for the job. We had commitments the week they wanted to come out but they worked with us. They came on Aug 19. The crew showed up at 8 am and worked through till 6:30 pm, only stopping for lunch. Entire job was done in 1 day. The dumpster was picked up the following afternoon. Communication was great. We had both Sam and Chris' cell numbers and email addresses. Any questions or concerns we had were answered and taken care of right away. They did a great job.
