I called and left a message. I was called back quickly. I explained my situation and after a short while the woman I spoke with called me back and explained that this isn't a job that they do and she suggested the type of provider that I should call. They were responsive, quick and helpful even though I didn't use their service.

It was a great experience. He was on time, kind, and descriptive in what he required. Very glad to have found this service.

They were good. He caught the mice and we do not have any left. He was wonderful. He laid traps inside and outside and once he caught them he patched the spot he thought they were coming in at.

Scott is always punctual, polite, knowledgeable. Sherry calls to set up appts and is very flexible, works with your schedule. Scott responds to emergency requests the same day usually. Scott is a family oriented local business who you can trust.....he's the kind of person you can let in your home unattended with no worries. I would recommend highly. My home is bug free :) and less one mouse too :)

I they were great, obviously honest, charged nothing. I had some kind of insect infestation eating the wood in a backyard enclosure. Relatively new wood was crumbling and had holes inside it. It was next to two two-car garages. I left a message on Sunday, and they returned my call promptly Monday morning. The representative asked about the size of the garages, and gave me an estimate (in case there were termites) which sounded quite reasonable to me. She was able to send the representative out on my day off. He arrived promptly, looked closely at the area, and told me I had post beetles and not termites. He looked at the garage and said there were no signs of infestation. He told me there was no charge, and gave me a card to keep them in mind if I have other types of infestation problems in the future. I will definitely use them or recommend them to others if something comes up!!

He has always responded promply when I spot a problem and treats the sitution effectively. Unlike other pest control services, Scott does not try to sell the customer costly additional services, which is the reason why I left a well known franchise pest control company. I find him to be prompt, very trustworthy and a consummate professional. His rates are very reasonable. I have recommended him to my daughter and others. I will continue to use his services as long as I have my own home.

The work was excellent. We were very happy with their service. Scott was very friendly and easy to deal with. The scheduling was good and he worked around my schedule. He also offered to come back for an additional treatment at no charge when we found a couple of bugs after the treatment.

We had a terrible ant problem at our house. We tried to control it ourselves, but it got bigger and bigger. That's when we contacted A2Z pest control. They were able to come out quickly to see our problem. Scott was very knowledgeable and gave me a price. Once price was agreed on Scott grabbed some stuff out of his truck and went around certain areas and sprayed. He told us it would take a few days to get rid of the ant problem. After a day we noticed a big drop in ants and after a week, there was no sign of ants. Thanks A2Z Pest control, you are truly a top notch company.

Scott is very professional. He arrives promptly, is very calming and best of all, no contracts. He identifies the problem, is very straightforward about the cost and gets the job done! I would highly recommend him.

Scott calmed my fears that I might have termites. He explained it was carpenter ants and that they hadn't done any real damage prior to me noticing I had a problem. He asked about my pet to make sure the pet wasn't going to be in the area he was treating. He told me the products he was going to use and how they would be effective against the ants. After that, he went straight to work. It look about an hour start to finish. I haven't seen any more issues since he treated them.

Prompt scheduling, arrived on time and performed work as expected. Very happy with company. Started a bi-annual pest control visit after they did such a great job getting rid of an ant problem from the front of the house at the beginning of the summer.

It went very well. The biggest hassle was that I assumed they needed access to all the exterior walls in the basement and I did a massive move to clear the area. When they came they said it was only needed where the infestation was. Still it made it easier to do a complete inspection.

I had an infestation of black ants within the walls of my home. The area was treated along with the inside and outside of my home. Scott told me to call if they returned. About a month later I again saw ants inside. He came back with no additional charge and retreated it. I highly recommend this company.

We bought our house in Feb of this year. We want to make sure that we had no issues with bugs so we called A2Z Pest Control based on their high rating from Angie's List. Scott came in and did a walk through and did not find any serious issues with pest he then explained their services they provided. We chose the 4 month schedule plan for pest control even though we had no pest problems other then a seeing a few spiders here and there. They have been to the house twice now and we have seen any evidence of spiders on the inside. Scott did a very great job explaining all the details of what they do when spraying and where all they spray, he was very courteous and considerate of our pets also. What I like the most is that Scott did not try to sell something we did not need, he was very honest and that we appreciated! You can not going wrong using this company we highly recommend A2Z Pest Control!

The technician was very nice, and as far as I know, he did a good job! He had to drill holes in my garage and cleaned up well afterwards. Their price was comparable to others, and I would definitely recommend them.

The experience was very good overall. They were able to send a tech out within a short period of time. After he treated the outside of the home, I saw that I still had ants, so he came back out to spray the inside at no extra charge. I haven’t had an ant since that visit!

Everything about the service was excellent. Following the consultation we scheduled an appointment to proceed. The day before, we received a call indicating that we would need to reschedule because rain was forecast the next day. This would impact the effectiveness of the treatment. We rescheduled for the next week. The owner/technician courteously called to let us know he was stuck in traffic and expected to be ten minutes late. He arrived at that time and immediately set about his work. I observed the treatment from start to finish and have not a single complaint. Where he had to drill through concrete, he plugged and patched the holes even to the point of taking some of the drill dust and putting it on top of the patch material to disguise the patches as much as possible. He explained every step of the work patiently and plainly. Following the treatment, we met again and I signed off on the work and paid the bill. He reassured us that we should call if we saw bugs we are uncertain about. We opted to participate in the annual maintenance program, which we felt to be very reasonably priced. Attitude, professionalism, and knowledge go a long way toward establishing trust. Scott from A2Z established that very quickly and maintained it consistently. Although we would prefer never to need an exterminator again, we would call or recommend A2Z without any hesitation at all.

I received a call that afternoon and Scott arrived on the first totally dry day of the week, which was yesterday. He was early ready to go before the appointment time, performed a walk-thru of the inside and outside of the house so that he could determine how they were getting into the house. He asked all places I had seen them on the property. He instructed me prior to and upon arrival about how my dog should be protected before, during and after treatment. He described his entire plan of attack with me before he started the work. He worked his way from the bottom of the property to the top. He told me to be on the alert when he spotted a couple of dead bugs of another species in the basement area. Once he completed the treatment, he reported all his findings before I paid him. For the quality, quantity of time spent with me and on the property, the price of his services was excellent. I set up with him (no contract required or necessary) coming back in the fall and spring to address in critters that might want to take up residence in my home during the cooler months. :-) I highly recommend Scott and his company. Level of professionalism was outstanding!

It went very well. They were at our house at exactly the appointed time. The cam in set the traps after inspecting the house. Explained to us why the set each trap. When they came back to empty the traps they explained what the had caught and reset the traps. I am extremely please with their services.
