Excellent company! We have been using them for well over 10 years. We use their annual program where they come each season. Family-run business - Scott, the owner, and his wife Shari, are extremely friendly, professional, responsive, helpful, and punctual. Scott has always arrived when he says he will, and we trust him at our home when we are not there. We have never had an issue in over a decade! Scott even helped us out right away in an emergency situation three years ago - he was incredibly helpful during a stressful situation. Reasonably priced. Give them a call - you won't regret it!

This is my first time needing pest control. I called and was scheduled for the next day! Brad arrived right on time. He was extremely friendly and really listened to my concern about using sprays. He was very professional. I will definately recommend A2Z to anyone. Hopefully, the problem is solved, but I would not hesitate to call them again.

Scott came and out and did a pest inspection for our home. He identified Carpenter Ants starting to come into the home from the outside. This was only an inspection, but he offered to go ahead and do the treatment now. He also gave me the option to call around, there was no pressure to have the treatment applied. Scott was very friendly and professional and I was very pleased I called A2Z Pest Control.

It was easy to schedule a time that was convenient for me. Brad was very professional. The exterior perimeter of the house was treated as well as the interior of the attached garage. Certain indoor areas were treated as well, including the basement and the perimeters of the bathrooms and kitchen. It has been over 2 months since the treatment, and I have not seen any spiders or centipedes!

It was wonderful. They answered my call, showed up on time and did a thorough job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will hire again if needed.

We are extremely happy with the services provided by A2Z. We first contacted them when rodents were discovered in our home during a renovation project. They resolved the initial situation and we signed up for a yearly maintenance plan which has exceeded our expectations. The rodent situation has been brought under control and A2Z has been very prompt to respond and show up anytime we have a question or see any signs of activity outside. Brad was very nice, professional, and took the time to listen to our needs. After concluding the conversation, it was clear that Brad had communicated effectively with the owner about the prior conversation I had with the owner about our problem. That was refreshing as many times with some businesses, I have found that there is little to no communication. My immediate family has hired A2Z in the past to handle their pest control needs with aggressive wasps and the wasps aren't there anymore, so I decided to take their recommendation to have them come to our house to handle the ants. If I could have given them an A+ over an A, I would have. Thank you for servicing our needs.

Scott showed up 10 minutes early. We discussed the services I needed and what he would do before he got to work. He was professional, thorough and friendly. Price was as quoted. Following treatments will be less. I happily recommend this company!

Scott Fullerton arrived at my house within a day and a half of my call, promptly at the appointment time. He did extensive spraying and gave further instructions to stay away from the site for a few days. I would highly recommend A2Z for any insect problems. We have used A2Z in the past and will continue to use their services in the future should the need arise.

Came by and found the source of the ants. Have not seen a carpenter ant in the house since.

Scott showed up on time, was courteous and professional. He examined the areas and explained everything he was going to do and did the work.

It went extremely well. Scott came promptly at the time we arranged. He inspected the locations where we were having problems and sprayed. He understood our concerns for conservative use of pesticides. When some ants returned, I called again. A return visit was set up. Scott resprayed a the problem areas as well as another area at no charge, saying his work was guaranteed. I liked dealing with him and his wife who makes the arrangements. He cleaned up after his work. We will use the company again should we need to.

First off, I can't begin to explain how friendly, courteous, and professional Scott and his staff were. We were panicking over our situation and he came in and calmly took care of things. It took numerous visits to rid our house of the unwanted pests but Scott was diligent and made sure the work was fully complete by the end. And he never wavered from the agreed upon price even when it was apparent the situation was going to take longer than initially anticipated. If you're having a rodent problem he's your guy. He gave my family and I our peace of mind back.

I called mid-week before Easter, and was told that they could fit me the afternoon Good Friday, if that was okay with me. It was, and when Scott showed up, I had one of the ants trapped in a container. He confirmed it was a carpenter ant, and explained what he would be doing, and how. He also confirmed that there were no pets or children in the house at the time. He then treated the inside and outside of my house, including some trees located on my property. He explained that it would take a couple of days for ant activity to die down, but, then it should cease. He stated that if I continued to see ants after a few days to a week to call him back, and they would come back out and make the situation correct. It went exactly as he stated. There were ant sightings for a couple of days, but, by Wednesday/Thursday of the next week, dozens of little ant corpses had fallen down from an open area of my garage ceiling. I haven't seen an ant since. They also honored my $50 coupon from angie's list. (I put N/A for price, because I really have no idea how much it should cost)

I scheduled a Saturday morning appointment. Scott arrived on time. I explained the situation, and fortunately a carpenter ant appeared on one of my living room walls. He advised that they surface in warm weather and could disappear in cold weather. Since then weather was typical Pittsburgh Spring weather (warm one day, cold the next) what I was encountering was not uncommon for this area. He was very pleasant to deal with, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I have an older dog, and was concerned about any harmful effects of the pesticide would have on her. Perhaps I was being overly cautious, but I took her to stay at a relative's house that morning to make sure she was not going to get sick, He was understanding, and explained that the pesticide that he would spraying inside and outside would take several hours before I should bring my dog back. He applied the pesticide to all of the baseboards, corners of my basement, the garage, and the outside of the house. Overall, I was very satisfied. I have only seen a few dead ants since his visit, so I am a satisfied customer. I would recommend them, and will use them in the future if I need to do so.

Scott has been very thorough and helpful in eliminating our mouse infestation. He has been on time for every visit and always explains his process and next steps clearly. We've seen a marked decrease in our rodent activity and expect the problem to be completely eradicated in the next week or so.
