I was looking for someone to inspect a rental property for bats. I emailed A2Z Pest Control late Tuesday night. I had a response early Wednesday morning. They informed me they were unable to help because this is a wildlife matter, then provided the name and number of someone that could help. I appreciated the quick response and referral when they were not profitting from it.

I think it went well. Not seeing ants in the problem area and much less ants elsewhere outside.

I would highly recommend this company. They are very nice and pleasant to deal with and they do a great job. Scott came and inspected our house for mice and layed traps throughout our house where he most expected mice to be. Scott came back every week or so to check the traps. After a few weeks the problem was taken care of. Scott even came back free of charge to inspect terminate damage on some joist's in our basement.

He was very knowledgeable, I asked a lot of questions about ants and other bugs we had around the house. He ended up just spraying the outside but said the inside and outside were guaranteed, I thought that was best since we have a dog, guinea pig, and rabbit. Very knowledgeable, I was relieved to have my bug questions answered.

He came in a timely manner. They were good and they asked me about things and in fact we weren't quite sure what the critterwas and took a picture with our cell phone and send it to them and they decided over the phone. He also offered follow up treatment the following year and so they didn't put any pressure on us to take the service, but told us about the offer. I thought they were great. The price was reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

The service has been fine. I would definitely use them again. The gentleman took his time and he showed me what to look for and what he was doing. I do wish the cost was lower but it was reasonable. He was professional and quick as he had the service done quickly after the call. He treated outside and inside as I had ants due to mulch. The product that he used worked quickly and he told me that they would.

They came out three or four times for the extermination and everything worked out fine. They told me that due to our house and location, mice were like to come back and gave me a three month warranty. Within two months the mice did come back and they returned to re-do the extermination.

Great as usual. Provider has always been extremely reliable and competent, and I've always felt like I'm dealing with a caring, honest, skilled person who has his feet on the ground rather than a with a company whose main concern is taking the customer's check. I had also requested that a bee hive I encountered while mowing the grass be treated. Not only did the provider treat it, but he then stayed to observe the area for a considerable amount of time to ensure that no one walking or jogging along the sidewalk or the street would come close to the hive as it was located near the sidewalk and the bees could become quite aggressive. He also wanted to ensure that the bees acted in accordance with having been treated and wouldn't just begin to dig a new hive nearby. I believe he went way beyond what I asked him to do. I highly recommend A2Z Pest Control and I plan on continuing to use their services. With A2Z you truly get what you pay for and more.

Bee hive elimination was successful. Service was provided promptly (within a day or two of my call). Provider arrived at scheduled time and service was professionally performed. Very satisfied.

I called yesterday to schedule service and they sent someone out today and they were able to send someone out today. I was offered a variety of times and days, but today happened to be convenient. I had seen carpenter ants and Scott (I believe was his name) confirmed that the damage I was seeing was, indeed, from carpenter ants. He did a great job explaining what he was going to do, asked me questions about where my daughter played and whether there were edible things in the yard he should avoid. I was told what to expect when the job was done and how long it might take to kill off all the ants and why. Overall he was very thorough, friendly and professional. He was even nice to my dog and my toddler. While the job was just completed and I can't say if the carpenters ants are gone, the work was guaranteed and I know what to look for to make sure. I would highly recommend this company.

He said that I did not need his services, and told him what I needed to do to get rid of the problem and if I needed his services to give him a call. I was very impressed with his service.

Had discovered damage to an exterior wooden post when removing paint layers. I initially contacted another national pest control chain. Their inspector identified the damage as possibly from carpenter ants and wanted us to commit to multiple rounds of spraying (at a total cost of $400-500) as well as pitching a termite plan. Contacted A2Z Pest Control to get another estimate for the work. The woman answering the phone was friendly and provided an estimate immediately. She was also able to explain what type of product would be used. We were able to schedule an appointment for the weekend to have our house sprayed. A2Z showed up on time for the appointment and inspected our premises. Said the damage may have been caused by carpenter ants, but there were not signs of an active colony or recent activity. As such, he recommended not spraying and simply watching for signs of pests in the future. There was no charge for his time. I appreciated the honest and professional service and would definitely contact again in the future. I'd recommend contacting them before you commit to someone else's prevention plan.

They were fantastic, he informed us of everything, and explained it to us. They sprayed around the exterior of the house, and they even came back a few weeks later and sprayed again in my kitchen at no charge because I was seeing some other cockroaches. They also took care of yellow jackets. They also did this free of charge as well. They knew exactly what they were doing, and I would highly recommend them.

It has been fine. He did some things outside of the house also. He also took care of some bee nests without any extra charge. In a single visit he took care of everything. He knew what he was doing, and we would use them again. They were very prompt and punctual.
