Great experience--pretty simple so there's not much to say. We saw ants swarming on the garage and wanted an opinion. I found A to Z on Angie's List, called up, and got a call back very quickly (within an hour, I think). He actually came out on a Saturday morning (!), looked over the situation with my husband, and explained that they were pavement ants and probably nesting in the garage wall. We gave him the OK to spray, which took about half an hour, and within a few days the ants were gone. I hope I never have to use an exterminator again, but if I do I'll call him right away.

I called A to Z and left a message asking them to call back if they received the message within 10 minutes. Scott returned my call in less than two minutes. He quickly scheduled me for an appointment for three days later. On the day that he performed the service, he called to let me know that the service was complete and to provide a brief description of the work that he performed. He also emailed me the report that was required for my mortgage company. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needed pest control services.

He called back immediately and scheduled the work within a few days. I was very pleased and will continue using A2Z in the future.

I found A2Z pest control on Angies list and saw that they had received very good reviews. Knowing this, made me much more comfortable calling them to make an inquiry regarding an ant invasion around a window at my home. The office staff was most helpful in setting up an appointment and were even able to fit me in on the very next day, the Friday before Memorial Day! Scott showed up to my home 10 minutes early, which was just great. I showed him the trouble area and then we walked around my home to see if there were any other problem spots. He also made sure that I didn't have any edible plants growing in the spray area and also advised me to keep my children and cat indoors for at least 3 hours after the spraying was complete. After that, Scott did a bit more investigating and then took care of spraying the home. He was here for a total of 45 minutes and did, as far as I can tell to this point, an excellent job. WIth the service I purchased, if any more ants show up to feast, I will be able to call A2Z to come back out with no additional charge for up to 3 months. A few days after the spraying was completed, we received a very nice thank you card with a hand written note in it from A2Z. I know if any more pests invade, A2Z will be the exterminator that I call.

I live in a condo and there were mice between the walls this winter. Scott came and took care of the problem in January. I noticed mice running around outside again in July and had him come back to make sure they didn't get into the house, I also was noticing ants and he took care of them. He noticed a wasp nest was being built in my front window and sprayed and removed that. He suggested that I go on a maintenance plan as a repeat customer. I was happy to do that. Scott is very professional and I like having him work here. I trust him.

When I bought my house, unbeknown to me, it was infested with mice. Since calling A 2 Z, the problem has diminished significantly. The gentleman is very personal and prompt, and I enjoyed using them since I called them the first time. The price reflects quarterly service.

Scott is prompt, courteous, and professional. He is very trustworthy and always leaves my home clean. If I have a problem he will come soon after I call at no additional charge.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP. CLAIMS SIX MONTH GUARANTEE, AND MADE GOOD. WE LIVE IN A HEAVILY WOODED AREA AND MICE WILL BE A PROBLEM FROM TIME TO TIME, BUT SCOTT RETURNED ABOUT FOUR MONTHS AFTER INITIAL TREATMENT AT NO CHARGE AND RE-SET BAITS. ALL BAITS WERE PET AND CHILD SAFE AND WERE PLACED IN LOCATIONS THAT WOULD MOSTLY BE OUT OF THE WAY OF BOTH. SCOTT SPENT TIME TELLING US WHAT ELSE WE COULD DO TO 'PEST PROOF' OUR HOUSE, CRACKS TO SEAL, DOORS TO PUT SWEEPS ON, ETC. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. WE WOULD RE-HIRE HIM IN A MINUTE.

THEY DO A THOROUGH JOB. THEY ARE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND HONEST. HONESTY IS IMPORTANT TO US. THEY DO CLEAN WORK, CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY ALWAYS RETURN PHONE CALLS. IT'S FAMILY-OWNED AND THEY HAVE VERY, VERY GOOD PRICES. VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE.

THEY CAME QUICKLY AND SPRAYED. THEY WERE REASONABLY PRICED. THEY USED CHEMICAL THAT SHOULD BE SAFE FOR OUR FAMILY AND DID TELL US SOME CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN.
