Description of Work: I have used A to Z twice for a mouse problem, and I have been very happy with their service both times. Punctual, reliable, and professional. I recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Eliminated rodent problem I was having in yard and garage. Scott and Sherry kept in touch. Scott came at times that worked for me. He was careful about placement of traps so that they were not available to my dogs. The critters seem to be gone.

Description of Work: Used for suspected termites. Technician arrived promptly, provided treatment for termites and ants. Very informative, friendly.

Description of Work: chimney swift birds were in the chimney, so Steve humanely cleared them out , cleaned and disinfected the chimney, and capped them. He also did some preventive work on the eves to prevent bats.

Description of Work: The owner was excellent in his knowledge of the pest I was dealing with and so honest about what he could do, and what he couldn't. He gave me very good advice on how to proceed and then sprayed the outside of my house to control the pest problem I had. He explained that spraying indoors was unnecessary as it would have little or no impact on the problem. What a refreshing change in contractors!! I would definitely use this company again --- and no longer have a pest problem!

Description of Work: I was concerned that I might have termites. A representative came to my house within a day or two, at my earliest convenience. He did a thorough inspection of the areas of the house which were likely to house termites. Upon completion, he informed me that I didn't have termites (Whew!) and that he wasn't going to charge me for the service call. I couldn't have been happier with the news or his service. I strongly recommend A2Z, and would call the company again.

Description of Work: Scott comes 3 times a year and sprays for all kinds of pest bugs. He has also taken care of mice and squirrel problems that we have had. He is absolutely the best. His wife Sherry sets up the appointments and couldn't be nicer. It's a great small business and I couldn't possibly be happier with anyone else!

Description of Work: Complete clean out - outside, inside, garage, basement, attic. Scott came on time, examined the home, suggested treatments, educated me on peak flare up seasons for our particular bugs and did a thorough spraying. Very knowledgeable and personable. Signed up the the quarterly service.

Description of Work: Mice extermination traps.

Description of Work: Scott came out and did an evaluation - I thought i had mice but he thought otherwise and so he left bait for a week and sure enough I have a chipmunk problem not a mice problem. Scott was nice enough to do this evaluation without charge since I am an Angie's List customer. Unfortunately Scott does not trap chipmunks but he did give me suggestions as to how to bait and trap them. It was so refreshing to have an honest person to deal with!

Description of Work: We had some termites and they sprayed for them around the house. They came back 90 days later to do a follow up appointment and everything seems to be good. They will follow up again in a couple months because we have a year warranty with them for the work. Everything went fine and we had no problems.

Description of Work: I thought I had a wasp nest in my gutter. He came and checked it out and said there was no nest. He didn’t charge me for this service. He was honest about the situation and I would call him in the future. He was able to come quickly, within a day or two from when I had called him.
