Very professional visit, and quick response.

The installation workers were very prompt with starting times and stayed well into the afternoon (one day until 8:00p.m.!) to complete as much of the job as possible. Aside from weather limitations, they were dedicated to job, and we are looking forward to their completion of one more section of the house once this seemingly incessant rain stops!

They did a good job. They replaced the leaking bout that was a little bit pricy for that. A bad storm that damaged roofs and trees did not allow them to respond as quick as possible because they had a lot of people calling at the same time.

We were experiencing a very hot and wet summer. They had to push back their original estimated start date but this was understandable. Once they started they continued until finished through some of the hottest days of the summer. Our house had problems in the past with winter snow melts coming in through the gables and into the house. They did extra work in those areas to prevent this and coming out of the 4th most snowfall in our area we did not experience any problems with water entering the house this past winter. They worked neatly and cleaned up after themselves each day and when the job was finished you could not tell they were even there.

It went great. We choose Impriano because we felt like their professionalism, customer service, and knowledge surpassed what other contractors could offer for the money. During the initial visit and estimate process Jack Impriano noticed and pointed out a few technical points to consider about our roof installation that other contractors did not mention. He also offered some value added services such as tightening up our gutters. He was excellent about giving us all the pros and cons of our options to consider without being pushy about any of the options. He explained why some options might be better from a technical perspective for the integrity of the roof but really let us make the call on what would be done. He was also really patient with our learning curve (we have never contracted for a new roof before) and made a second visit to our house to go over everything again. He was really helpful to us throughout the whole process. Once we had the job scheduled everything went as expected. The office called us in advance to let us know when materials would be delivered and when workers would be coming to do the job. They completed the roof installation in one day which was fantastic. Our neighbors also noticed what a nice job they did and have complimented us on how nice our roof looks. During a follow up call after the installation I mentioned a few concerns about the clean up (nothing major: scuffs on our garage door, a bit of gasoline seemed to have found its way into our trash cans) and someone was out to our house that day to address the concerns. We were very happy dealing with Impriano from start to finish and wish that all contractors were as pleasant to work with. We love our new roof; it looks great and best of all: no more leaks!

Scheduling was a little problematic but once the work began, it went great. They worked within the budget, cleaned up after the work was completed and were very professional.

Excellent experience. Jack Impriano worked with us to get the right value for out budget while also working with us on a design that suited us and our neighborhood. They arrived when they said they would (weather permitting), took the time they estimated, and cleaned up after each days work. The installers were courteous and the results look great. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The estimate was very timely, but just a bit higher than the other bidders.

I was really pleased with the whole process. Greg Impriano came out to my house to estimate the work and make suggestions on the type of siding to consider. Then he ordered the materials. After a few weeks, the siding company delivered the materials and work began immediately. The guys who installed the siding did a beautiful job. It only took about three days. They removed all the old siding, cleaned up the work space and were a pleasure to have around. Bottomline: I will definitely call these guys when it's time to replace my roof or siding on the other parts of my house.

Work was performed in two phases (1 week apart). First was the roof and then the gutters. Might have been nice to do both back-to-back days but the work was done well and we had a very nice experience working with them.

Called to schedule an appointment to get an estimate for a leaky window because of their rating and it states that they service Montgomery County. As soon as provided my address, I was told that they did not service my area. I asked why since my address is located within the vicinity they service. I was then asked to hold and the person came back on the line and said no that they definitely do not service my location. I then informed them that they need to change their areas of service listed on AL and the response was 'we don't serve all of your county'. At that point, the person I was speaking with was trying to say something and I just hung up. If they had bother to do a mapquest, they would have seen that I was only 40 minutes away. I am really tired of companies posting on AL or their own website and list there service area as XY & Z but when you call to schedule an appt with them, they really only mean that they service a part X Y & Z but not all of those areas. This company couldn't drive 40 minutes - really. I find that hard to believe since they more than likely do with other areas that they service. If I ever hear of anyone planning on using this company, I will make sure and steer them in the direction of another business who doesn't mind traveling 40 minutes.

I received a call back and the woman on the phone was very rude. She told me that if i wanted someone to come out to my house for an estimate to fix the roof I would be charged 300.00 for a roof inspection fee before they would provide me with an estimate. Dont get ripped off - go with another company.

The estimate was extemely high, but they never called back or never came back out. I never heard back from them. The worker who came out was very nice though.

First of all, figured out what we needed and when they came, they were prompt, the 2 gentleman were here, were able to do it very well and when we had a problem with the front door, they came and fixed it right away. The fact that they were, you know, once again explained what they would be doing, let us choose kind of what level of doors we wanted for the front and back and it wasn’t just for the doors, it was also the screen doors that they offered replaced, so the screen doors, and the front and the back door. They did a good job, so the promptness to the problem that we had.

We had called them two years ago and they happened to come out and do an estimate and at that time, we put off doing the work because other things came up. I called them a couple of weeks ago, and said that we are now getting leaks and asked them if they could come out and give us an estimate. They were very easy to work with and were able to get us the paper work almost immediately. We had a lot of snow storms in the area so they were not able to start the work right away; we had to wait for all of that to clear out. So far, the roof that they did is fantastic and the siding work looks good as well. The estimate was a little over $4,000; we have not got the final bill as yet. They were a little on the higher end compared to some of the other people that had come in and given us estimate but they were much more detail oriented in their proposal so we understood exactly where the money was going. We thought we would rather spend the extra money and get quality service. They were very communicative and returned my calls. We did not have any bad experience with them.

I heard about them through Angie's List. They were just very accommodating. By the time we got the estimate and picked the shingles and everything, it was late in the season. It was almost winter and so we waited until spring. They didn't have any issue with that. They were very accommodating as to when they will do the work. We just felt they were comfortable with the job that they did. They were very good about cleaning up and they were very professional. They probably were a bit more expensive.

They were very timely and respectful. They took all my complaints and corrected things that I wanted to have done. Very attentive to my needs. They were also very accomidating. They came back after two weeks and rechecked the roof to make sure that everything was okay. They are certainly an asset to Angie's List.

They did an excellent job, were very responsive, their pricing was very fair, extremely responsive to any concerns or questions and they was very low pressure.

The project went great. From start to finish, the staff at Impriano communicated on all aspects of the job. Jack Impriano immediately responded to my questions regarding the scope of work and time frame for completion. The entire staff at Impriano was great to work with. My wife told me that the workers were extremely friendly and that they did a great job of cleaning up.

Everything was done as promised and as scheduled including the delivery of materials and the dumpster prior to the installation. The crew worked 3 very long days to finish the roof before some rain was due. Another crew installed the gutters the following week over a 2 day period. Both teams were professional and had no problem answering questions I had or delivering on requests I made regarding the install in specific spots around the house. Special Thanks go out to Greg who I had contacted a couple of times over the last 2 years for a quote only to fall short on financing. We finally secured the funds and he was glad to rework the quote and deliver with flying colors. I think the only thing that took any effort on my part was trying to get him to collect the money I owed them. Guess that's not a bad thing!

The team of around 5-6 workers arrived early the first morning of the job and got to work right away. By the end of the (long) first day they had completed the work on half of the main roof and the attached sunroom. On the second day they did the garage, and on a third day of work they completed the main roof. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to get all of this work done. After several days of nothing further happening, one person showed up to do the fascia/soffit work and install the gutters. Working alone the entire time (as far as I know), it took him about a week to do the job. The work looked good. A few days after completion of the roof, I was on it and saw that some shingles where the garage connected to the main house were not lying flat. I also saw after a rain that there was standing water in one of the gutters. I contacted Impriano and they said they'd send someone out to fix the problems. It took a couple of weeks (I'm not sure of the time because they didn't inform me when they had fixed the problems), but the problems appear to have been resolved. The overall cleanup of the job was good, but not perfect. I found a lot of plastic wrapper pieces around the yard, as well as some nails and some small pieces of soffit material that must have been trimmed off to fit pieces in. One other minor complaint is that they installed two bathroom fan vents (at no extra charge), but put them high up on the roof, far from the fans. I would have liked if they had identified where the fans were, or asked me, and placed the vents closer to the fans, so the connecting ducts could have been shortened (and less likely to fall). My last complaint is that they suggested I put plastic sheeting over the attic insulation to protect it, which I did, but I saw one of the workers simply pull up the sheeting, allowing all the debris it had collected to fall onto the insulation. Overall, apart from the small complaints above, I thought the company was professional and did good quality work. Emailed questions usually were answered within a day or two. Their price was not the lowest of the quotes I got, but they were the lowest among the companies I thought would be reliable and stand behind their work.

Their quote was just a little high. They were a little over $5000 for the roof replacement. They were professional and everything was very good with them, it was just that they were more expensive. Regarding punctuality, I do remember that guy showed up exactly when he told me that he was going to be there. They were very good and they gave a good presentation.

Arrived early each morning and worked until dark. Cleared up mess each day and did good clean up at end of job. Despite rain delays and Holiday, made everything weather tight each day. Polite workers -- no loud radios or yelling. Professional job. I am very pleased with the results and happy that I found Impriano Roofing through Angie's list!
