I placed a call on Sunday, and had a great interaction with the call center staff. They were polite, taking down all my information stating that there was availability for someone to come out to provide an estimate. I called again Monday morning as there is the guarantee that someone will come out same day, and I had yet to hear from them. Again, the call center staff were polite, though they asked the same questions as though they didn't take down my information. No problem. I then received a call back that they have a temporary hold on any repairs and are only allowed to come out for replacements. It would have been nice to know this before hand when I originally called as I had to take off of work to make sure I was present for the availability that I was quoted for on Sunday. Disappointed to say the least after reading such promising reviews on this site.

It's been a few years and I couldn't be happier with my new roof. We had a little bit of a hiccup during the job - it took about a day and a half and went into the evening hours, when the salesperson had assured me they would be leaving by 6 PM. But a foreman came to discuss it with us and we worked it out. All of the wood underneath had to be replaced and the crew was able to get it done. It's very beautiful and hadn't had any issues.

It was a good experience. The meeting with the salesman was matter of fact. There was no hard sell or anything like that. There was good communication which included a couple of contract revisions at my request. Workers were punctual and left site totally clean. There was about a month delay between signing the contract and the actual work; this is simply a reality of contractors needing to book themselves in advance to keep a steady income stream.

Impriano did a wonderful job. The office communication was amazing. The workers were very polite. The job was done well and the site left clean.

Impriano’s reps were extremely helpful in selecting replacement roofing materials to prevent a roof failure like I had just experienced. They made recommendations for what I needed and explained it in a manner I could understand which was not the case with a different roofing contractor who came to my home to estimate the job. To me, the situation was something of an emergency with winter approaching, and Impriano made scheduling of my roof a priority. Workers were very professional, punctual, and took great care not to impact the adjacent townhouse properties. Workers kept me informed of how work was progressing. They took photos at various stages so I could see the work being done; the photos of the completed job confirmed that my existing gutter guards, etc., had been secured. They were very attentive to small details. For example, they pointed out that the nails used on an existing metal cover between my house and my adjoining neighbor were silver while the cover was brown. Although the roof is 3 stories high, they decided to use brown coated nails so the nails would blend with the cover. At the completion of the job, they cleaned everything up and used a metal detector to locate errant nails on my driveway.

The salesman, the scheduler, the accounts lady and the entire roofing team were all superb. Very clean and efficient job.

I had used Impriano a year ago to replace my entire roof. The work also included replacing some gutters and shutters damaged by a falling tree in a storm. I was very pleased with their work. So when a more recent storm damaged some second story shutters, I called them. Mindy in the office was very good about keeping me informed of the timetable for delivery and installation of the shutters. The installer was very neat and professional. It wasn't so easy for him to place his ladder due to large bushes we have next to the house. The shutters look great and I did not have to do any cleanup after he was done.

The company was responsive and punctual. The worked quickly and the new roof and copper flashing look beautiful.

Work went well with the exception of one mishap. While installing shingles, an Impriano roofer hammered a nail through the roof deck that punctured the copper refrigerant line to our central A/C unit in our attic. Impriano's small print in the contract states, among other things, that it is not responsible for A/C lines running under roof decks. In fact, the small print is so extensive that it is basically a get out of jail free card for just about anything that could go wrong. Perhaps this is standard in the industry. Horizon Services had installed the A/C unit and lines, The copper tubing was not shielded as apparently required by Lower Merion Township's code. So of course Impriano took no responsibility. The Lower Merion Twp. code inspector did nothing. Finally after much arguing with Horizon Services I had to pay them $1800 to replace a section of copper tubing so that the warranty would remain in force on the rather new central A/C system that they had installed. Very frustrating that the roofing job ended up costing me an extra $1800 and no one would cut me a break. However, all other aspects of the roof replacement went well. The Impriano crew was hard-working and we are very happy with the new roof. I am often in our attic because we store things there. So I would notice any leak from the roof. More than a year later there have been no leaks. So although I had a bit of bad luck, I would still recommend Impriano Roofing. I know now to pay more attention to anything that is close to the roof deck on the inside. Only wish the roofer had.

As someone who has not had the best experiences with contractors, I can honestly say our experience with Impriano Roofing was very professional. Shortly after beginning the job the roofer discovered some unexpected air circulation issues under the roof and added some extra vents. They did some other extra work that was outside the scope of the contract without adding extra charges. They clearly cared about the quality of their work and serving the customer. Based on our experience, I will recommend Impriano Roofing.

Great communication with the owner and his office staff! The guys working on the job site were pleasant and professional. This property was sold after a complete renovation. The buyer's Home Inspector told the buyer that 'who ever did the roof, skylights, fan and gutters really did a great job!' We plan to use Jack Impriano on our next renovation project.

Victor was close to ontime and called to say he was running late. Surveyed the issue and took pictures to show me what he found. Got a quote and fixed issues all in one afternoon. About a week later, I found a missed spot and Impriano sent Victor out to fix - no problems.

Price was below what I had expected. Work was completed in one long day.

Fixed leak that 2 previous roofers had failed to repair

Everything went very well. The team communicated schedule and expectations clearly and checked in daily. The crew worked quickly and responded to all of my concerns. They cleaned up daily and a final crew did cleanup again . I would also like to note that I was very happy with the fit and finish of the install. The flashing and counter-flashing was beautiful and left me feeling really good about the work completed. I am stickler for details and the clean lines of the flashing and new gutters really looked good.

I have no complaints, the price was right, the work was done efficiently, they even sent me pictures afterward.

I signed the roof contract. The work was scheduled. About an hour prior to the worker arriving, I got a call from C asking for a deposit. I explained that no one told me a deposit was required. The contract also did not mention a deposit--even in the large amount of small print at the bottom. I refused to give the deposit and stated that once the work was done, and it was a job of just several hours, I would immediately pay the ENTIRE amount. C continued to insist on the deposit or she was going to cancel the job for the day. She called me back several times to argue her point. Finally I told her, if the worker does the job TODAY, you will get all of your money, but if you continue with this deposit nonsense I am done with you. I also told her that her behavior resulted in the company losing the gutter job. The worker arrived. He did a good job. I was very happy with his work. There would be an A rating, except for C's behavior. The contract stated that the company was keeping left-over material. The worker did not take it. I told them on the phone when I paid that it was available outside my garage. After 2 weeks I got rid of it. I hired this company because the estimator found all of the places where shingles were damaged, so good work there. Guys from two other companies wrote contracts that did not include all of the damage. They must not have look carefully. I could see the damage with binoculars. I don't understand why C had to create a problem where none existed. I always conduct business with a written contract. When you have a written contract, nothing outside the contract exists--there are no verbal add-ons. Do not want to deal with people who do not behave in a professional manner.

It was great. The gentleman came out and inspected our roof. He very easily could have said we needed a new roof (like another company did) but was very honest and said that it was in good shape. I will definitely be calling them if and when I have any issues with my roof.

Needed a new roof - did a bit of studying and had a few questions. Impriano was professional throughout. Unlike others, they take time to estimate a job while you are there, go through the estimate and the estimate is for what you want the first time. Others did "drive-by" estimations (one even said he didn't need us to be there as he would just use GoogleEarth) and when you got the estimates, not mentioned was they were not up to the full manufacturers best warranty. Impriano didn't play around and provided an estimate that was fair and completed it for the estimated amount (gotta love no hidden surprises).

They responded promptly, quoted fairly, worked swiftly and billed correctly. Can't ask for more.
