The guy was nice enough. He seemed very knowledgeable. Their prices were pretty high and were higher than what we were willing to spend for the job. That's why we didn't choose them. Their service was fine, but we didn't actually get any work done with them. Their price was 5 or 6 thousand dollars more than what we ended up paying. They were almost twice as much, 70 to 80 percent more than some of the other quotes we got. We didn't have any work done so I don't know for sure about the quality. I know they are an established name which is why we called them. They were very responsive. They got back to us and set up the appointment right away. The guy was timely. He was knowledgeable, very friendly, and very helpful. Basically, it just came down to price. Had it not been that huge a difference on the price they definitely would have been the people that we would have chosen. They were on time. In fact the guy was a little early. They returned our call and set up the appointment timely. They were definitely professional. They knew what they were talking about and had their names recorded in the card. Other than the price, everything was great. Depending on what we needed done in the future, I would consider them. We ended up with a contractor that we love so he would probably be our first choice. It just depends on the size of the job and knowing that they are expensive, they wouldn't be my first choice.

I think Impriano is good and worth dealing with. I would say they are a good choice. I can?t imagine them being a bad choice for anybody. They are very good just to talk to, if you call you get someone on the phone and they email you right away. They are very prompt. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and were right on board with every step. There was never any problem at all. I had a previous bid for just the gutters from another contractor and they wanted $8,000.00. You see Impriano around a lot and they have a good reputation. I would hire them again.

I called Impriano based on their reviews on Angie's List for an estimate to replace my metal roof. They responded in a timely manner and mailed the estimate quickly. The estimate was based upon proposed work to remove tin roofing, install a base sheet, and replace roof with a granulated rubber roof. Total estimate $4,810. I did not use Impriano because I got two other lower estimates for the same work, one which was $2,500. This is a one-day job for a small roof with easy access and I believe the estimate was very high.

Excellent service and work. Price was well worth the quality job and trust. Roofing is tricky and the service person was professional.

They were very professional and polite. They did everything that they said they would in the contract. They had a competitive price for their work. I give them all A?s for their service.

Even though I didnt get the roof yet, they were great to deal with. Very honest and their estimate for the work was also reasonable. They were prompt and responsive. He even put smaller sections on the roof for us to take a look at, this was very helpful. A friendly company who I will go with when it comes time time to replace the roof.

When Impriano came out to provide an estimate for repairs to our leaking roof and installation of a new skylight in our kitchen, I was very impressed with their knowledge and (apparent) professionalism. I was especially concerned about the roof leak, as the water was coming in through one of the recessed lights in the kitchen. The gentleman who came said the issue could be addressed quickly and that he would be mailing the estimate, which I would receive by the end of the following week. When the estimate hadn't arrived after 10 days, I called to follow up. They apologized for the oversight and promised to send it immediately, again to expect it within a week. After two more weeks of not having received the estimate, I called again, verified that they had the correct address, and requested they send it again. Well, guess what? After another week from that point, I called yet again, but this time was more demanding. I told them I would like them to fax the estimate by the end of the business day or otherwise I would assume they didn't want my business. The woman on the phone promised I'd have it by the end of the day, or at very least, would receive a phone call from her if that wasn't possible for whatever reason. As the end of the day passed, I still had no estimate from Impriano, and even over a month later it still hasn't surfaced and they've never called! I guess they really just didn't want to work with us. Oh, well... On the plus side, they were never rude or nasty in any way and really did seem to know their stuff. Too bad my roof leak with all this rain this summer/fall just can't wait for them to get their estimate-sending act together. There are other roofers in the sea who would be happy to have the work!

It went very well. The initial visit & estimate was done is a thorough & professional manner. The price was initially higher than others, but was negotiable down to an acceptable level. The work was done is a timely manner given the varying weather conditions. The total "package" (offering & warranty) was better than others.

Impriano roofing is an AMAZING company. Angie's list has paid for itself over and over again in helping us find companies as wonderful to work with as Impriano. We had 4 estimates for the work and Impriano was not the cheapest BUT we instantly felt comfortable that the work would be done properly and without hassle. Jack instilled confidence in me instantly with his laid back but knowledgeable persona. I never felt pressured nor did I feel like I was getting a run around. Jack Impriano was helpful and very responsive throughout the entire project. We called Impriano a few times with questions and/or change requests and we had a phone call back within the next day. The project went smoothly and within the giving timeline. Jack was amenable to a few change requests and offered advice that saved us money. The crew was clean, polite and professional. We knew that we had some plywood that would have to be replaced but Impriano roofing was honest and only replaced what really needed replacing. They easily could have made more money by replacing more wood but, in being the honest and reputable company that they are they saved me that money. After the project was completed and paid for I noticed that a small piece of our gutter guard was missing thus leaving an open gap. I called Impriano and within a week their technician arrived to fix the small problem. Again, I have to stress that I had already paid in full and they could have easily ignored me! To sum it all up, I cannot say enough about Impriano roofing. They are a local and family owned company. I can assure you that they will not be your cheapest estimate but I believe that the quality of their work and the professionalism that they exude far exceeds the little you would save by going with a cheaper contractor. With that being said, they ARE competitive with most roofing contractors.

Impriano Roofing was very good. I am not sure if they work in the city anymore. They were good and reliable, unlike the other roofing companies I had dealt with earlier. Their price was good. They came when they said they would come. They were very responsive.

This was a dream job from beginning to end. Jack came out to my house within a day of my call. He looked at the site, took pictures and talked with me about what I wanted. A few days later he had a proposal ready and again patiently answered all my questions. He connected me with a lending company to arrange a 6th months/same as cash loan. The company worked with me and the volatile weather to find a week within which to complete the work. They took care of permits and other arrangements with the borough.The crew was courteous, careful and efficient. They worked long hours in order to complete the job in a timely manner. Each day they left the property competely clean. When my neighbor (the other twin) had a concern about the flashing on the peak we share, the company worked with us to find a solution. At the end of the job I had a question about the flashing around the chimney. Eric Impriano came out to speak with me, then brought a crew member out to look carefully at the job. We decided together that all was well. From beginning to end I felt I was working with capable, honest professionals. Their price was slightly above the middle of the pack. The materials are excellent. They left extra tiles with me for posible future repairs.

On evening of July 2 we put in a call to Impriano Roofing because we had sprung a leak into our bedroom. True to their advertisement, they responded immediately the next morning. Sara from the company was curteous and pleasant. Unfortuntely they were unable to help us because they do not have the expertise to work on slate roofs. But the promptness of their responsiveness and their professionalism speaks well to the company and should be noted since such promptness and professionalism is rare in our experience among roofers.

I picked up the name of this vendor from Angie's since they seemed to have a good rating. Had no trouble getting an appointment for someone to come out and look at the roof for minor repairs. Staff was quite professional. Only problem was that the quotes came out to be outrageously high. I had quotes from 2 other vendors and Impriano was way over both of them. Finally, decided to give the job to someone else for less than half the cost Impriano quoted.

Sales person (Jack Impriano) was professional, courteous and very responsive. Crew was pretty good.Installation was delayed several times due to rain but went well. Communication from company was excellent.

They were spectacular. They cleaned up everything, there was no mess. They were wonderful. The quality, work ethic was great. THe whole neighborhood was impressed. They were really good.

They provided excellent service. They were extremely quick. It was quoted for 3 days, and they did it 2. They worked pretty much non-stop from 8:00 in the morning until 4:00, without even barely taking a break. The price was good. It was $5,000.00 less than other roofers I looked into.

I was very pleased and he did a very professional job.

Their estimate was right in between with the bids that we received. They were professional, fast and they were good! We are very pleased with our new roof!

Project wasn't done because we didn't get the estimate.

We needed a new roof, siding and gutters. We got several quotes, but were most impressed with Impriano. The office staff were great about keeping in touch with us. The workers showed up every day that the weather allowed (we had the job done in December). The roof was old, so we weren't suprised that all of the decking was rotted and needed replaced. Once they took off the old siding there were several areas of wood that also needed replaced. They showed my husband the rotting wood before they replaced it and kept us informed throughout the job. This was the first major repair we've done on our older home, it ended up costing quite a bit more than the original quote, but we never felt like we were being ripped off. The new roof, siding and gutters look great.

We called them to schedule a estimate on replace the shingles. They came on time and impressed my husband with their friendliness and honesty. They said even though the roof is 15 years old it is in great shape and can go on for another 10-15 years. They said they knew that the price sounded high but our roof was very steep and they would have to make safety guides on the roof . We knew it would most likely cost more because it is a steep roof. We also had them check on our front gutters because of dripping problems, as the last handyman company (Mr Handyman)we hired tried to convince us to buy a very expensive ad on to the gutters to stop the dripping. IMPRIANO looked them over and said all we needed to do was to remove the gutter guards as they were causing the problem and we didn't need them up front as we had no trees near by. They removed them all with no additional charge! Now thats what we call service!

We have had a persistent and complicated water leak above our mantel which we have not been able to successfully repair despite several attempts over a 2 year period. Impriano was able to diagnose and fix the issue, something MANY other roofers had tried but failed to do. They also guaranteed the work which gave us added confidence. They took a few weeks to provide the estimate and schedule the work, hence my "B" rating on responsiveness. The repairs were done exactly as expected, and the leak is completely fixed!!! The work involved re-flashing and re-shingling part of the roof on both sides of the chimney.

I highly recommend Impriano for excellent service and work. I received detailed estimates from several roofers before choosing Impriano. They did an excellent job on a difficult roofing project. The Impriano family runs the business and takes pride in personally assuring that all work is done in a timely and professional manner. I was very impressed with the roofers who have worked for the Imprianos for many years. They worked very hard and took pride in doing a perfect job. They made sure that each section of roof was completed that day so that no areas were left open in case it rained. They also used a magnetic sweep each day to pick up stray nails. The Imprianos were always accessible and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the work. Some of my neighbors hired Impriano after seeing each stage of my roofing job and the finished product.
