Someone was at the office and answered my call, making an appointment for an estimate and proposal. The technician showed up exactly on time for the estimate and was professional and helpful. After one week I called asking if I was going to get a proposal and never received a return call.

I decided not to go with them due to pricing and availability.

I called on 4/16 about water damage in one of my bedrooms caused by the chimney. I scheduled an appointment on 4/29. I appreciated the responsiveness. The price quoted was $2,275 to install new copper reglet style flashing with cricket at the base of rear main roof chimney and install new shingles in the adjacent valley of dormer. This price was $1,405 higher than that of the person that I hired.

Jack Impriano was wonderful in communication, detail of the project, and in completing those details in a timely,professional manner. The project came in on time and budget.The new roof looks great. Quality and workmanship doesn't get much better than this.

They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. They did a first-class job all the way!

Very well. Sales person was very good, knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Provided us with list of references in the neighborhood including style and color of roofs and installed temporary samples of 6 selections to help us finalize our selection. Work crew was also good and nice. Proctected closed by plants. Cleaned up site every day and throughly at the end.

They were very prompt getting out to give us an estimate. They took picture and actually went up onto the roof to look around. We were told that they would fit us in in the next two weeks because the job wasn't the largest of jobs. No one needed to be around when the work was done. If I didn't come home from work and nearly drive into the workman I would have never known that they were there. I asked if everything was done and the worker (name unknown but very polite) said yes. I offered him a glass of water he declined. He took pictures of his finished work and left. A few days later they sent us the remainder of the bill. They did ask for a third of the payment up front. I would definitely use them again.

(05/27/2010) Everything didn't go well. The gentleman I spoke with told me that my husband had to be home along with me before they could come out to do any estimates. They also told me that they don't do any roofing repairs, they only do new roofs. UPDATE (07/10/2010) He was on time, after going over all the issues he thoroughly went over all the problems and corrective actions to be taken. I was very impressed, and will soon decide to accept the quote which was very reasonable. I am satisfied with the whole experience.

The were very prompt in providing a quote and completing the work. While we asked for simply a quote to repair wind damaged shingles on a roof, nearly every contractor was recommending we replace our roof because it was "old". Impriano was the only company which actually said that while our roof was "old", it just needed a few minor shingle and seal repairs, and could last another 4-5 years. Since we had the house inspected last year (when we bought it) and the inspector also said we had 5 years left on the roof, it was nice to have a contractor tell us what we actually needed instead of trying to sell us on something we did not need.

The work was outstanding. Overall they were very professional and did a very professional job.

They were very professional and courteous. They came out when they said they would. They explained what they were proposing to do and answered questions. I did not use them because their estimate was really high. I'm sure they do beautiful work. They were very responsive and punctual. They were significantly higher than the other estimate I got and I assume the quality was equal to what I went with although I did not actually see the siding.

Arrived on time for estimate. Provided multiple options and described the differences. Work team arrived on time worked quickly and answered all questions while on the job. I have used Impriano to fix roofing problems in the past decided to let them do the siding job from the start. They did a great job. I would use them again.

One we knew we needed our roof replaced, we contacted four roofing contractors. Jack Impriano was one of the four that came to look at our job. To call Jack a salesman wouldn't be fair. He is more like a consultant. He has a very calm demeanor and was never pushy. He is extremely knowledgable and gives you all of the information you need to make a good decision. He was always easy to reach by phone or email and would even reply to us on weekends. Impriano is a CertainTeed select roofing installer which means that they are able to provide a warranty through CertainTeed that not only guarnatees the shingle, but also the workmanship for an extended period of time. This was very reassuring to us. Jack explained that depending on our existing damage, we may have to get the decking replaced. Other contractors wouldn't even consider not replacing the decking at a very high cost. Once we realized we needed new decking, Jack worked with us and gave us a very fair price. We were concerned about starting the job in bad weather and Jack was very flexible and accomodated us. After pushing the start date back twice per our request, the crew came on the date promised. Impriano sent a three to four man crew. Whatever they ripped off was completed that same day, greatly minimizing any chance of bad weather affecting the quality of the work. The crew was one of the hardest wroking that I have ever seen. They started each day around 8am and didn't stop working until it was almost dark. The crew was friendly, respectful and answered any questions we had. In addition to the crew leader, Impriano had a person dedicated to checking on the crew, keeping us posted of the progress and if there were any issues we needed to be aware of. He gave us his cell phone number and was available any time we needed him. The crew also had one person on the ground at all times keeping the property clean. At the end of each day, the crew cleaned up and covered all materials like they were finished the job. We were very impressed by their effort. The job turned out much better than we expected and we had high expectations. The roof made our house look brand new. Several neighbors commented on how nice our house looked after the job was done. Once the roof was complete, the two-man gutter crew came to install the gutters and cap all of our wood trim along the roof. They were good, but not great. I had a few questions about the installation when they were done but they seemed to take it personal like I was questioning their workmanship. Another representative came to review the issues and either fixed or alleviated each of my concerns. Overall, I would highly recommend Impriano for anyone's roofing and gutter needs. They are very good to work with, have a great guarantee backing up their work, are very fair with respect to price and really worked hard to make sure that we were satisfied with the job from start to finsih.

I was having several leaks. I called Impriano Roofing and Jack came out. He was a pleasure to meet with, was here when promised, and followed through with his proposal/estimate in a very timely manner. I had received 3 proposals (all from Angie's List service providers) for addressing our problems. Jack's was the most comprehensive and we decided to take a more conservative approach. However, I would definitely recommend Jack Impriano to be among the people you call. I would again.

I customer service and professionalism exceeded my expectations.

They weren't the cheapest, but the quality was very good. They showed up when they said they would. They did a fine job.

The company was very responsive and squeezed me into a tight schedule before my departure on vacation. Mr. Kevin Goblirsch arrived on time, and was very professional. He examined a leak very thoroughly, going all over the house, including attic, and then explained the situation in detail and why the leak was due to chimney, rather than roof problem. There was no charge for the visit and time spent.

From first phone call to punch list Impriano was a pleasure to work with. Everyone (by which I mean secretaries in the front office, Jack and his brother, the roofers, the guttermen, and the man who pointed chimney) showed an exceptionally high level of professionalism, pride in workmanship, attention to detail, willingness to work with client to find the best solution for the best price, and sensitivity to client's interests and concerns. We solicited bids from three contractors--all who were at the top of Angie's List. Impriano's bid was in the middle, but it was clear from our long conversation with Jack that he was giving us top-quality advice for a top-quality roof. We spent a little extra for the solaris energy-star rated shingles (and with the $1500 tax write off it will only be about $350 extra) and also we spent more to get a proper passive vent system. Jack worked closely with us to be sure we got what we wanted--not just a roof vent but (given that our roof had no soffit) a good solution for vents behind the fascia board and baffles that they placed over the insulation of the rafters). The system works like a charm. The new gutters were installed correctly--slanted to facilitate water flow to the downspouts. The work was done on time and there was no mess: material was removed carefully and then the yard was inspected to make sure everything was picked up. Because of weather one item was not done, and we forgot about it, but they did not, and called to remind us that they would be sending someone out to finish. We also had a concern about how water drained from one roof to another and the next day they sent out a technician who added a piece of flashing to guide the water. They deserve their reputation as the best roofing company in the area.

Due to the season (winter) there were several delays waiting for warm enough weather. The shingles had been delivered, but were sitting at the end of my driveway. When it looked like the weather would improve the following week, we set a tentative date. Since I was concerned about the temperature of the shingles I called to suggest that they could put them in my garage if they thought that would help (and I would turn on the heat in there). They had someone stop over the next day to do that. When they did start the job, they were able to complete everything in only two days. Each day it was dark by the time they left - yet their clean-up was so thorough that no one would know that any work was going on except for the dumpster at the end of the driveway (with plywood under it to not damage the blacktop). They only started what they could finish so any inclement weather would not be a problem. The work was completed after dark on the second day and their clean up probably left the property cleaner than it had been before they started. I also noticed that they had one person on the crew who used any spare time during the day to clean up while the others were working. They have my highest recommendation.

I had major work done by them, and they were fabulous. They did an outstanding job in communicating with me; I knew everything that was going to happen, normally, a day before it happened. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

They were fine and they were very prompt in returning my phone call and showing up on time. I just ended up hiring someone else to do the gutters and resolved the skylight issue.

It went great! The estimate was completed on time, there were no hidden fees. The work was completed in a few hours. The team was very profesional and they did great work!

I chose them because they quoted me good rates for the roof repair that I wanted to get done. They were very attentive when it came to letting me know about some of the supplies. I have an old roof. They did the job in a nice and efficient manner. They came out and did the work in one day itself. They did a great job. I would use their services again and in fact, I would be using them shortly.

Impriano roofing was very responsive with an estimate of the work that had to be done. I did not have to be home for the estimate and miss work. They arrived to perform the work when they said they would be there and did a great job with the installation of my new roof as well as clean up when they were done. I have a town home and it took them 2 days to complete the job. I would recommend this roofing company.

They were prompt and we just had them seal everywhere where there might be any leak in the future. It was actually for preventive maintenance. We haven't used them for a major job. There opinion on a leak turned out to be incorrect and we have to have mold remediation firm to do some major work but Impriano Roofing sealed a lot of other stuff and we have had no problems with that.
