I called a few roofing companies for estimates. Impriano was one of them. Even though we did not end up signing with them to replace our roof*, their customer service was top-notch. Jack Impriano called me when he got to my house, and had the estimate to me the same day. He was friendly and courteous. The estimate was professional and detailed. I highly recommend this company based on their professionalism and I am sure their work will reflect the same quality as the customer service I received! *(In addition to our roof, we also needed our chimney repaired which was going to cost extra (and has to be done by a masonry contractor). Because of this extra cost, our decision for the roof came down solely to price and another roofer outbid Impriano's - but not by much).

When I signed the contract with them they came with fare number first . with winter and bad weather excuse they put me in waiting list for almost one month and at the end they came to do the job one day after snow day. they take off half my roof and their installer called me and almost double the price becouse of the rotten plywood and asking for $80 for each plywood ( $10-$12 Cost and any roofer does it between $20-$35 ) after couple days back and forth and agrivation finally they give me about %15 discount on plywood job after they finish their half way job they didn't run my bathroom vent, didn't cover the woods arount the roof and part of my carage ceiling collapsed for walking on it . It took me about two month to make them to cameback and fixand repair their work . They act like professional but I don't recomand them at all

Impriano did a wonderful job on our roof. It held up to a very harsh winter with no leaks. The service was impeccable, from the first estimate with Jack Jr through the scheduling and work itself. The team was prompt and did the roof section by section over three days. The cleanup was also very impressive, nothing was left after the job was completed. We were so happy with the work that we have had them back to give the estimate on the replacement of our siding.

The worked turned out very well. They were here when they said they were going to be here and got the job done in a timely fashion. There was one issue they came up with. They found another layer of stuff that they had to take off and replace on the side and they let me know about that as soon as they found out. The price on that was reasonable and the insurance covered the extras so that was not an issue either. I would use them again in the future.

We chose them in part because they were so great to work with during the estimate phase. We were really surprised by some other companies who either never showed up to give an estimate, or came to look at the job and never gave us an estimate, even after repeated calls. Impriano was very organized, responsive, and gave us a lot of confidence right from the beginning. They completed the work in 2.5 days and came back twice to collect nails and debris. The job took longer than estimated, by a day, but they worked hard to clean everything up and the roof looks great. A few days later the person in charge of the project came back and was up on the roof removing bits of plastic and making sure the details were taken care of. There was some denting to one of our gutters which he repaired. We were impressed with the effort they put into making sure the job was done right. Their office was very professional to work with and the staff there made sure to keep us updated on scheduling, when we needed to have the driveway clear, and when materials would be delivered. We would definitely use them again!

We live in the southernmost part of Bucks County and have a roof leak. I called this company because it indicates it services properties in Bucks County and because of its Angie's List feedback. I received return phone calls promptly from the office and from a technician on the road. In the 2nd phone call, he told me they don't really work in Bucks County--too far to travel. He checked with the office and changed the story to "we're too busy right now." Both the office worker and the technician were polite and professional in their demeanor. If the company doesn't truly service Bucks County, they should remove it from the areas they will go to and save people like me the time and trouble of making and receiving calls that are ultimately unproductive. I'm a busy person too.

Overall we have been very satisfied with the work performed by Impriano which was done 10 months ago. There was good communication and reliability throughout the whole process from the initial consultation through the completion of the project.

It went very well overall. The Impriano representaive arrived on time and quickly assessed the needed repairs. He indicated that he could perform the repair immediately at a price of 375.00. I agreed to it primarily due to convenience, but it took him <10 min to complete.....so....this seems overpriced in retrospect. In fairness I did not get competitor bids so don't know if this is standard but certainly seems excessive even if you consider travel and diagnosis.

We spent between $7000 and $8000 on that work. They were very good and professional. They did a great job, cleaned up and followed up. Their pricing was pretty competitive.

We checked out several roofers from the area that we looked up on Angie's List so we had them and a few other companies come out to give us an estimate and we chose them. I'd say they are very efficient, they show up on time and overall it was a good experience. I would absolutely use them in the future.

The Impriano team was great! Very professional. I would use them again and highly recommend them for roofing. Excellent work at a good price.

They were wonderful. They came right away when I called them initially and they gave me Angieslist discount. They said how long it would take to complete and completed it when they said they would. The price that they gave me was accurate. I called then late at night and somebody called me back. It was wonderful.

I would recommend them. They are excellent. We split the cost up over several months. Their communication was great from the beginning to the end. Jack came out and walked us through things to consider, gave us samples to think about, and talked about all of what goes into roofing. He was like the original salesperson contact. He was excellent. Anytime we had a question and called their office, they were responsive and prompt. We had to have tree work done and we had to finish the roofing before that. We had 2 huge trees that were over on the roof. They worked around our timing for that. The crew that came on site was incredibly diligent. They were really hard workers. They cleaned up after themselves well. They communicated with us well, but they also communicated with themselves. They were really polite, courteous, prompt, and incredibly hard working. They put in long days as roofing by nature is weather dependent. None of it was cheap. We had a couple of quotes and they did give us the Angie's List discount which helped. They were really great. They do decks and siding as well. If we have something in the future, we would absolutely consider them right off.

I'm so pleased with the work that Impriano performed and I would highly recommend them to others! I had hired another company in 2005 to replace my roof and the work was done so poorly that it lead to water damage and the need for the roof to be replaced again in 2010. I was very cautious in hiring a roofing contractor the second time around. I received estimates from 6 companies including Impriano and although not the cheapest, I chose Impriano due to their superior level of service and high ratings on Angie's List. Jack Impriano came to my home to measure/inspect for an estimate and was very thorough and prompt in answering questions via telephone and e-mail. After further discussing the water damage that had occurred, he sent Kevin to my house who spent nearly 45 minutes on my roof inspecting the roof, siding etc. and giving me detailed feedback on the issues that could be causing the water leaks inside my home. I chose Impriano and Jack again returned to my home to help me decide on the best color of shingles, answer final questions, etc. The roof was installed ~6 weeks after signing the contract. The installation took 2 days. There were 2 men working on the roof and another on the ground. The lawn was tarped and kept clean. There was a project foreman (title?) who was available via cell phone if I had any questions. I was very pleased that Impriano determined my roof required thicker plywood than originally planned, were able to make that change the morning of the installation and didn't charge me extra. They were also able to do additional gutter work at the last minute. Very pleased overall - the work was inspected upon completion by another member of the Impriano team and they followed up afterwards by phone to make sure I was satisfied with the work and also sent a Thank you card upon completion. My only suggestion for improvement to Impriano is related to communication about scheduling. At the time of signing the contract, I was told that someone would be in contact with me soon with information about scheduling the roof installation and I should expect the roof would be done in 3-4 weeks. After nearly 4 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything and I had to call 2 times before someone was able to give me an estimated time for installation which was still 2 weeks out. I occasionally travel for business and wanted to be home at the time so it made planning difficult.

Very good experience. Very nice work. Crew was usually a little late (didn't arrive sometimes until 10-10:30am) but worked through lunch to finish the job. Eric Impriano came out after I called about some follow-up questions and he reviewed the work and answered my questions. Good job. Had the our windows and roof completed by Impriano this year after finding them on Angie's List. The were the only contractor that came here and delivered a quote (we had 4 contractors come here all from Angie's List) and never received 1 quote in the mail regarding our windows.

The project went very well. We selected Impriano Roofing because we have a challenging roof that is very steep with a lot of dormers and changes to the roof line. I wanted a company that was local and respected. Although they were not the cheapest, I am an architect and quality is very important to me and worth paying a little extra for (they were not a lot more expensive then other bidders). Jack Impriano (I believe Jr.) was our sales lead. He was very responsive, informative and easy to get in touch with via email and on the phone. Our crew was also very good. They were punctual, hardworking and straight forward. I did not have many comments or things to fix, but when I did, they were quick to solve them. They crew never removed more roofing then they could replace in a given day which meant we never had any blue tarps or temporary patches when it rained. The gutters and downspouts were also installed at a high standard.The crew did a good job cleaning up and protecting our house. We get comments all the time from neighbors about how nice the roof turned out.

Well, Overall it wasn't bad. I called the company, gave my information and received a call back the next day from Kevin. He set up a time the following Friday to come out and look at the roof. Flash Forward to that day (today 11/5) he called and said that he could coat my roof and based on the condition of the skylight it could use replacing but it wasn't necessary at this time if there was no "problem". I appreciated that because I felt like he was not trying to sell me un-needed services. Now comes the bad part, the quote I received for a flat roof (on a small row home) for a basic silver coat was $1175!!!!!!!!!!! Now, my husband used to work for a roofer and I did get quotes from 2 other roofing companies who came out. So, I was pretty confident that I understood what this type of service should cost. I received a quote of $450 and another of $525 from 2 other TOP RATED Angie's List companies. I also confirmed with my lazy husband, that won't do it himself because his "honey-do list is already too long?, that $450-$550 is average. I asked Kevin at that point why there was such a large difference between Imperiano and the other company (I did only mention 1 quote I received to him). He stated that it is "because we are a larger operation, therefore we have more overhead." "We have offices and stuff." Although I do appreciate Kevin?s time and honesty, I find this to be a RIDCULOUS reason to charge me $600 dollars more than average, their price is more than a 50% mark up over average! Also, this was the ONLY reason I received. If the materials, process, people or service guarantee lent themselves to a higher price point I would have expected to have heard those reasons too. I then ended the call with Kevin and called the other company (the $525 quote). The gentleman at the other company was aware that I was getting a quote from other roofers. He asked how everything went and what the quotes were. I am all for fairness so I didn?t tell him the amount. I never told him the quoted price from Imperiano, but did hire them to do the job. I am sure that Impirano has performed many quality services for people or they wouldn?t be so reputable. It seems like the company may have been built on the backs of the little jobs they could charge big markups on. This is only my opinion and experience and yours may not been the same but my advice to the other Angie?s list devotees like myself is to SHOP AROUND

After being told by other roofers that we needed to replace the sub-roof and also the entire roof, we were delighted to find someone honest enough to tell us what was really needed. Everyone with whom we dealt was courteous and polite. The work was performed in a timely manner. The workmen were very professional and the job they did appears to be excellent. I will call them again if I have other roofing problems.

Overall it was a very good experience, even though the electrical problem was unanticipated and frustrating. At no time did I feel that they were trying to get me to agree to work that I didn't need to have done.

I have a small dutch colonial and the initial estimate can in the middle of the others at $7500. Greg Impriano was incredibly responsive and helpful in tweaking the job description to meet my needs. When they took the roof off, the underlayment had to be completely resheeted because the plywood was not nailed into the rafters and was warping. This added an immediate 3500 to the bill. This was a shock, to say the least. I was upset, but they helped me understand why this was necessary. I must say that they were very accommodating about the tizzy I threw, but I still felt like I asked for the estimate to be on the conservative side, since money is an issue for us. An increase of 50% is tough. ANYWAY, the roof got done. They were incredibly clean, considerate and professional. Brad Impriano was very helpful in negotiating the end of the process. I wasn't initially happy with the way they flashed things, but they came back and made it better. I thought they were very professional, but I wish the estimate might have been closer to what I ended up paying. I would use them again, but would not view the estimate as a gauge of the end cost.

We thought they did a good job. They were able to refer us to a supply place that gave us three names of contractors to use for the chimney. We were happy with their work.

Went well overall. Their prices were rather high, but they were very professional, they showed up on time, and completed the work in a very timely fashion. Just wish their prices could be a bit lower.

Wonderful! Impriano was a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning to the completion of the job. They actually have someone who answers the phone! Someone came out right away to give us an estimate, and the work was completed as soon as we gave them the OK. No waiting for calls to be returned, no waiting till they had time in their schedule. They were also friendly, easy to work with, professional, and had reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

The sales person, Jack, was polite and professional. However, the estimate was way too high. We will look elsewhere later.

Impriano Rooding has very professional and friendly employees. The roof and gutters look neatly done and beautiful. The yard was cleaner after installation than before the roof removal. I could not find one nail in my yard or landscaping, and believe me, I looked! I have 3 children and a small dog, and that was one of my biggest concerns. I have never worked with a contractor and had no issues, until now. Kudos to a quality company!
