After the Hurricane aand tropical storm of August and the rain coming in my house, I contacted several roofers to get estimates. One never showed up, another took pictures, said he would be back in touch and never was, and then Greg Impriano came out, inspected the roof, took pictures and gave me an estimate asap. I had read the reviews for their company on Angie's List. After making my decision to go with them, I gave them a deposit and chose the color for the shingles. They needed to be ordered and in the meantime, they sent someone out to patch the roof are which had been leaking. Since there is only street parking on my block, I was asked to contact my neighbors and ask them to please make room for two trucks and a dumpster. I did and my neighbors were very cooperative. The job took about two days. The men who came were very polite and worked constantly throughout those two days. When they finished Impriano sent someone out to inspect the job and assist in the clean-up. That day they also removed the dumpster. WOW! Since the installation, I have received my manufacturer's certificate from Certainteed and a lovely thank you card from the company. Best investment I ever made. Thank you Impriano.

Contacted three compaines for an estimate on replacing all our gutters. Two responed promptly and scheduled appointments, including Impriano Roofing. Their salesman/estimator was Jeff Gibson. He took approximate measurements and surveyed around the house. An estimate was prepared and delivered via email. We decided to go with Impriano for two reasons. First, of course, their price was slightly lower than the other company ($60). Secondly because the other company seemed more interested in signing up future work.They scheduled us and maintained that schedule. We were alerted two days before the materials were dropped off and then alerted again when they were coming to do the work. The men were there on time and did everything in one day including cleaning up and removing all the old gutters. They also followed up a few days later with a final inspection and made sure all was cleaned up properly. We then received a call from the office asking us if we were satisfied, before they sent a final bill. Impriano did a great job and we will be calling them in a couple years when we will probably be in the market for an entire new roof.

We had a leak where our roof joins our siding. We waited months for our OTHER roofer, who did the roof 2 years before, to call us back for a repair. He wouldn't even call us back. IMPRIANO ROOFING & SIDING SAVED US!!!! We had already scheduled siding replacement with another company. We reallly needed someone who would work with a different company on site, coordinate schedules and fix something that we couldn't get fixed. It took a couple of weeks to get everything coordinated, with winter weather also an issue. They came and fixed our big leak- Did it right! Explained everything. Great clean up. We found them through Angies's List catalog. We already had signed up for siding with someone else, or would have considered Impriano for siding. THANKS, IMPRIANO!OUR HEROES!!!!!!!!!!

Impriano did a walk around and forwarded a proposal promptly.

Would use these guys again. We had a ton of questions and they were always very patient and very transparent on pricing. We had some heavy rains after they installed and the proof is in the pudding...no more leaks! We had some rotten wood due to the previous leaks and Impriano was upfront before we even signed the contract on what possible costs might be if they had to replace the wood. On day of installation, the workers were all very prompt and professional. The place was cleaned up after they were done. Couldn't be more impressed and would recommend these guys.

They were very, very professional and on time. They cleaned up and there was not a shred of roofing anywhere to be found. There was a lot of banging but that was to be expected. I would definitely recommend them. They were considerate and they worked into the night because it was going to rain the next day. They were a little bit short on shingles and they came back post haste the next day to finish it all up. They were good to their word. They were great. They also sent me out the warranty because I lost the original one. They were very responsive.

All done in 3 days. Did a great job cleaning up. Even my neighbors commented on their professionalism.

They got the job done quickly and they were very courteous. I like pretty much like everything they did. We had one miscommunication. I wanted to see the work done and took a vacation day to watch the work. I had one problem area I wanted to see taken care of and they ended up doing the work when I wasn't there and I am not sure what I wanted done got done.

It was about as easy as such a process can be. They were efficient, responsive and pleasant. They helped us with all our choices and then did exactly what we had asked, We liked them a lot and would use them again.

They do an excellent job. They are always very prompt. I have had them do work on my properties for years. They are very honest and do what they say they will do.

Jack came out and gave us quotes. To replace the shingles, roof decking, and 2 skylights (Velux skylights with remote/solar shades), the cost was about $3300. For the front door, the cost was about $5900. Jack was great to work with, returned calls or emails promptly, and gave us options (one option was just to recaulk the skylights for $300, but we decided not to tempt fate). He did not push anything on us, but listened and offered options. He was knowledgeable about the door options, and actually gave us a price for a door he realized would not fit (due to the sizing and the side panels), and informed us we would need to reselect, and it would be more expensive, but that they would eat the additional cost since we had already approved the quote. The work was done well. Clean up was complete, but took another day or so for their pickup service to get the old roof materials (which had been piled neatly). The door install ended up being more complicated for them as they found rotted framing that had to be replaced, and the job ended up taking all day. The installers took the time to shim the door level and make sure it fit properly. Everything was great. The only issue I had (which I couldn't figure out where to grade, so I put it in "Punctuality") was that they would call the afternoon before they wanted to come do something, and both my wife and I work and we needed to be home for most of the work to let the workers in and out, and often could not adjust our schedules that quickly (also kids' sports and other activities caused conflicts). The job was done in two different phases (different teams), which was fine, but the limited notice windows caused the time period to extend until we finally agreed to lock down a time. I think the reason for the short-notice calls was that the work schedule would free up, and neither job (they thought) was a full day, so they were probably just trying to make effective use of their crews' time as they were finishing projects nearby. It was not a problem, but a firm schedule or more notice would have been an "A" versus a "B" on punctuality. I haven't had to have a lot of roofing work, but I think Impriano is fair and honest. My feeling is that the roof/skylight work was very competitively priced, but the door seemed a bit expensive (I did not get additional quotes). However, they only charged an extra $100 for all of the additional time, materials, and effort to deal with the rotted frame (which probably took a half-day), so I thought that was very fair, and as mentioned, when they made the error on the door we selected, they ate the additional cost for the correct size. In general, though, very good communication, with great customer service from Jack, and I would have no reservations to recommend Impriano for roofing, doors, skylights, etc. I would get a competitive quote from another Angie's list roofer just as a reality check.

I'm not really sure what is going on with Impriano. They must need to hire a lot more help! I called and was treated professionally, but I was told it would be over three weeks just for an estimate. This was the only company that had that long of a leadtime. They explained that it was due to the recent storms, but I called five other companies and none of them were that busy. I guess that's supposed to be a sign of a good company, but the point is, if you're that busy, hire more help! I did receive a call offering me an appointment a little sooner - but just by one day. It didn't help, as our roof is leaking NOW and we've already interviewed three roofing contractors. We can't wait another week + just for Impriano! I explained this, but I guess they just do not have enough people to come and measure roofs. They may be a good company, but if you cannot afford to wait for an appointment, you may have to look elsewhere.

Overall the job went well. There was some re-work on the downspout. The company had not worked with rain barrels before and didn't get it exactly right the first time. However, they came right back out, corrected the job and the system works exactly as I intended. This company is extremely easy to work with. They listened to what I wanted, provided options without being pushy and I feel I received quality workmanship at a fair price.

Jack and his staff at Impriano roofing are great people to business with!!!! The work they did was amazing! The people that came out and preformed the work were professional and some of the hardest working people I have ever seen! But the work is only part of it the communication and the follow up that is included is second to none! Impriano made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. Highly recommend Impriano Roofing!

During a big storm this year we had some water coming in the ceiling of our living room and we called Impriano the next day. They came out witihin a few days and gave us their assessment of the cause of the leak and an approximate cost to repair, on the spot. A few days later we decided to get a quote to replace the roof. Greg Impriano came out a few days later and sent us a quote a few days after that. We also obtained a quote from another roofer that was about 20% lower than Impriano. We choose Impriano because of their reputation, completeness and clarity of their description of the work to be performed, and the courteous and timely communications we had with Greg and Kevin. Both Kevin and Greg gave us confidence that they knew what they were doing and understood the job to be done. We were given a tentative start date and they were able to start a week after that (there were some storms in the late spring/early summer). When the team showed up they went right to work and were very courteous and respectful while on the job. They took great care to protect our shrubs, flowers, outside furniture, and siding before they began work each day. They worked very hard in some extreme heat and completed the job on time. We have a very large roof with many sections and angles and their attention to detail made the house look even better when they were done. When they left each day our property was clean and there was no debris on the ground. We have had a number of roofs put on our homes over the years and this was by far the best experience we have ever had. Impriano was worth every cent from start to finish. We are so pleased we are now discussing some additional work (siding) with them. We highly recommend Impriano Roofing.

. Impriano Roofing is a great Company. The workers were excellent. I liked the way they covered everything and I am very pleased with them. They did excellent clean up too. Price wise I compared them with other companies and they were good. If the need arise I will use them in the future.

From start to finish, it went very smooth. Jack came out for the estimate, and explained everything in great detail. He then sent someone out to fix the missing shingles until the new roof could be installed. He also sent someone out to place samples on our roof so I could see how they compared in color to the existing roof. Everything was delivered prior to the new roof being installed. We had a solid week of rain, and I was relieved that they waited for clear weather before starting on my roof. On the day the new roof was actually installed, the workers showed up at 7:30 am, and worked until at least 7:30pm. They were extremely curteous, and cleaned up the yard before leaving for the day. These are the hardest working people I have ever seen! The office staff was just as wonderful!

Jack was extremely professional, inspecting the roof inside and out. He pointed out a real problem (chimney masonry) that we didn't know about, and he suggested creative solutions to this and other issues. He provided a thorough and competitive estimate for the work we need done. When we replace our roof and gutters (in a couple of years), we'll hire Impriano to do it.

The overall experience was excellent. Jeff Gibson, our Impriano sales person worked patiently with us to get exactly the solution that we wanted. Impriano got the job because of this work to find the solutions to several problems that we were trying to solve, including inadequate attic ventilation and gutter clogging. The work started and was performed exactly as I was told it would. The roofing crew arrived at 0800 every day and worked into the evening to get the job done as quickly as possible. Every night the job site is thoroughly cleaned.? The work is meticulous! I am very pleased with the result and would recommend Impriano roofing to anyone considering a new roof or roof replacement.
