Our home is large and required a very sizeable siding replacement and stucco removal job. We met with no less than 6 reputable siding contractors and we ended up choosing Impriano Roofing & Siding. Greg was very pleasant, patient and accommodating. We are extremely satisfied with the completed job. From the first meeting with Greg to the last day of the job here, they demonstrated the highest level of professionalism. They kept every promise they made. Always went an extra mile to accommodate any need we had. We received a daily phone call from their office informing us of the progress, updated us on the timeline and answered any questions. Excellent. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The salesman, Brendan, was very helpful and explained the entire process. He brought shingle samples for review. They have a references list of customers in your area that is extraordinary. You can go and see roofs that they have done. The quality of the work was superb. Each day they protected our landscaping and then cleaned up. The workers were very polite and careful. I have rarely seen men work so hard and with an obvious pride in their workmanship. Copper flashing at the chimneys is beautiful. We have a stucco chimney where the flashing cannot be seen from the ground. I watched them spend a lot of time doing the copper flashing where no one would see it. Quality workmanship, quality product. And follow up calls asking if we had any questions and where satisfied with the work. We also found that we needed some plywood sheets replaced. They showed us photos of the area and showed us the delaminated old plywood. No delay in adding the plywood sheets either. The new gutters are fabulous. And there are no seams, just one long piece for every roof area. Also bought leaf guards which are not visible from the ground. no more overflow of gutters.

I cannot say enough good things about Impriano Roofing. From the office, to the crew, their business is professional in every respect. Their estimate included the cost of the Township permit, and they arranged for the inspection upon completion of the work. The crew that built my roof acted like they were putting a roof on their own house. They showed tremendous diligence in their work paying attention to every detail, and tremendous respect for my property. I watched and photographed them as they worked. I showed the photographs to my Dad, who made his living in construction, and he was thoroughly impressed with the way the crew built my roof. When they finished, they conducted an extremely thorough cleanup. There was no trace that a major construction project had just taken place on my residence. I have already recommended them to friends who are in need of roofing services. I would hire them again without hesitation. A very impressive, well run business.

There estimate was over $23,000 and I had someone do the job for $800.00 This estimate was really high in my opinion. They wanted to put on a whole new roof.

Went great. They had to take the siding off the sides of our dormers and put ice shield all the way up to the top we have not had a problem since we always have had leaking dormers until they install our new roof. I want to wait a winter season to see how well the roof did before I wrote a review it's been two winters and it's perfect their staff was professional they cleaned up as they went along. Anytime I had any issues or questions they were right on top of things. They were very accommodating.

Went very well. The service was excellent. They did the work in a timely fashion and were diligent about their clean-up. I was very please with their work.

We met with 3 different roofing companies to get estimates on repairing damage to our roof, skylights and gutter guards following a hail storm in May of 2014. Two of the 3 roofing companies I found on Angie's List - and they were by far more professional than the company not listed on Angie's List. We ended up going with Impriano for a couple reasons: 1.) Jack Impriano, who came to do our estimate, was very professional and thorough in assessing the damage. He took pictures of the damage - and even caught damage that our insurance contact missed. He explained the process and the costs and took the time to make sure we understood everything. 2.) The work was well done - and completed in two days. The team doing the work was professional and did a great job cleaning up the mess that comes with a re-roof (nail pick-up included). 3.) While their cost to make all the repairs was slightly higher than the other estimates we received - each line item was split out and described in detail - so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I appreciated the detail in the estimate, as did our insurance company. I would absolutely use Impriano again and have already recommended them to friends. We take great pride in the appearance of our home, and the good-looking, new roof really adds to the value of it.

This provider did a wonderful job. They were careful to reinstall the gutters correctly and it was a really good job.

I called 9 roofers and got 7 quotes from ~13,000 to ~5,500 and went with Impriano at the low cost end. All quotes were for GAF 50 year shingles with a 25 year transferable warrenty. I am very pleased I did. They were prompt and professional and called to schedule as promised and delivered and installed the roof on target despite some recent rain. The roof and trim looks good and after a lot of rain the leaks I had around the dormer and chimney are all gone. They cleaned up after themselves very well including sweeping the street in front of the house. I have not found anything left behind. I fully recommend Impriano and am very pleased I went with them and thankful for the wonderful work.

I got a quote from them. It was just strictly cost related.

I had some water damage in the ceiling of a bedroom after a blizzard. I contacted Impriano and they scheduled an inspection within the week and gave me a time frame for when the technician would be here. They called the day before the scheduled date to confirm the inspection. The technician arrived exactly during the time frame. He Inspected the site of the damage and then did a visual inspection of the roof. He explained that with the blowing snow that occurred during the blizzard, the snow probably blew into the attic through the vent openings on the roof and that is what caused the damage. There was no charge for the inspection. Technician was very professional and I was very pleased with the service received from this company.

This was a large and somewhat complicated roofing job on a house that we recently purchased. The old cedar roof had not been properly maintained, was warped and cracking, and (as we discovered) leaked during heavy rainfalls. Jack Impriano estimated the job, and developed a comprehensive quote, after considering a number of different options as to how to effectively vent the new roof. He also worked with us in helping to choose the type of roofing. A couple of weeks before the job started, we had water leaking into the house during a particularly heavy thunderstorm. Impriano sent a technician over to do a temporary repair until the new roof went on. That repair worked very well during the storms that we had over the following couple of weeks. Their work teams covered shrubs, patios, and areas around the house with tarp to protect the area around the house during the removal of the old roof and installation of the new one. Their crew worked really hard - 4 solid 12 hour days, with a general cleanup at the end of each day, and a more comprehensive cleanup at the end of the job, including running a magnet roller for nails. The new roof looks great and generated a number of compliments from neighbors. The new skylights also seem to be performing well and are much better at insulating than the previous units. While the job was underway, there was a job supervisor who visited every day to update us on progress. Additionally, the onsite team lead checked in at the beginning and end of each day. I graded a B on punctuality due to last minute notice that our job would be delayed by a week. We had been scheduled to start on a Monday, and late in the day on the prior Friday, we were told that our job would be delayed until the following week. To be fair, Impriano did not guarantee the original start date, and were clear that it was an estimate. That said, for a job of this magnitude and cost, I would have expected to have been told a couple of days earlier that the original dates would slip. Overall, a good experience and we are very happy with the roof and quality of their workmanship and I would gladly recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Overall the job was professionally done. Greg Impriano did a very good job explaining the job to my wife and I. No suprises occurred from what he sold us to what was delivered. They were very patient as it took us a while to pick a color and manufacture and helped by putting up samples on our exsisting roof and providing addresses of houses with roof styles we were considering. We only had a few issues to resolve after the job and they were taken care of quickly and at no cost. They even changes the color of some caulking that my wife did not like. Clean up, inlcuding picking up most of the old roofing nails, was excellent. Pricing was fair, though not the cheapest, but a good value for the money was delivered. My only issue was that no one on the crew spoke English at all. This did not affect their ability to lay a good roof, but did make it tough to as quesitons of ask for things like "can you avoid throwing shingles on the vegtable garden as much as possible". I wish a foreman has been a little more available, though phone calls during the job were quickly answered.

Contractor was very responsive to my needs. I'm very happy with the quality of the work. At the end of the project, I had a "punch list" of five items that needed attention, and the contractor came back within a week and fixed them all.

The roof on our 1920's house was in bad shape, but Impriano took care of all of the major concerns. The whole job took about a week. The guys on the job were professional, kept the yard from getting full of debris, and the foreman was personable and kept us informed of the status of the work throughout the process. There were several boards that were water-damaged that had to be replaced, which ended up being an additional cost (so be aware of this) but it is because roofers never know what they might find when the old shingles come up.

We are very satisfied with the work performed recently by Impriano replacing our roof. The work was done in early August 2015 was a total roof replacement and gutter guard installation. Our old roof had two layers of shingles the top layer was 25 years old and was in need of replacement. The Impriano team did an excellent job of removing the old roof(s) and replacing with new shingles. The team did an excellent job of cleaning up the area around the property after their work was completed. A second team came the following week and installed the new gutter guards. We are very satisfied with our new roof and gutter guards. I would recommend this company and use them again.

They replaced our roof about a year ago (prior to us joining Angie's list). They stripped our shingles, replaced some of the underlay and shingled all within less then a week. Overall they were quick, responsive, tidy and easy to work with during this process.

The service went great. Impriano's work team was punctual each day and even called ahead once to tell us they weren't coming that day due to inclement weather. At the end of the job, they did a very thorough cleanup. The new roof looks wonderful. We'll definitely use them again for other work we need done.

They have zero interest in repairs, they would rather sell you new ones because its less work and more money. Instead they sent us an estimate for new gutters that run $26,000.

Our roof was at least 20 years old, and although the shingles seemed OK, there was a flat area in the rear of the roof with a damaged portion that allowed water to leak into our office wall. It had been repaired in the past by another roofer, but the repair failed after a few years and the leaking resumed. Rather than try for another repair, we decided to replace the entire roof. Jack Impriano gave us an estimate and we just decided it had to be done. We paid the deposit in October and that put us in the queue for their workers, who, as it happened, couldn't start until January. Two men worked through some bitterly cold days over a 2-week period. We have tremendous admiration for their skill and work ethic -- they were so fast and efficient. Each day they cleaned all the debris from around the house, and left the shubbery undamaged. The roof looks great..

We needed a new roof, gutters and aluminum trim because all were damaged in a hailstorm. We decided to replace only the roof at this time and replace the gutters and aluminum trim in a separate job later. We got bids to replace the roof from five roofers and chose Impriano. Overall, they did a very good job. I got a live person on the phone when I called their office. Throughout the process, the people I worked with at Impriano were responsive to my phone calls and questions. Impriano is a family business and four Impriano sons work in the firm and its clear that they take pride in a job well done. We dealt with two of the Impriano sons. Greg is the sales guy. Eric is the production manager. Greg is knowledgeable and answers questions. Greg visited our home several times to show us shingle options, etc. before we signed the contract. Greg is good on nuts and bolts roofing questions, but we didn't find him very helpful on nuances of shingle and flashing color choices. Many of the shingle manufacturers are now featuring very mottled looking shingles which we felt would look too busy with our varied colored stone façade. Greg is patient and pretty responsive for example with addresses of roofing jobs Impriano had done so we could see their work and see possible shingle choices in an actual installation. Greg helped us to get our insurance reimbursement amount increased by providing paperwork from our skylight manufacturer saying skylights had to be replaced, not repaired When it came time to finalize the contract Greg was flexible to include items that we wanted in writing in the contract. One way Impriano could improve is to actually do the calculations of air flow to see if new soffits are needed. Rather than loading in all the measurements from the roof, Greg supplied me with a "rule of thumb" answer that didn't take into account pitch of roof, etc. I needed to do the calculations myself to see if we needed to replace the soffits or not to improve air flow. Proper airflow affects your shingle warranty. After we signed the contract Greg worked hard to juggle schedules, holidays and weather to get our house done during holiday season. Overall they did a good job setting our expectations on time of start....at contract signing they set a date about 7 weeks out, and they ended up starting within a few days of that target date. Eric, the production manager, became our contact once the job started. Eric was good, keeping us pretty well informed and being available for questions. They estimated 3-5 working days - it took 6 working days (not in a row, sometimes the weather was bad and we were up against Thanksgiving). At start of job Eric was on site and made sure the dumpster supplier was careful to put plywood underneath so our driveway was not damaged. A two man crew did our roof. Andrew, the lead, and Zauer, his assistant. Both men were quiet, professional, and very good at their work in general. They did do one unthinking thing which was shovel snow and some ice off the roof onto our plants, before removing the roof, causing some damage to our plants. What they should have done was protect the plants before removing the snow but they didn't put the protection around the plants until just before removing the roof. Once they began removing roofing the plants were protected. During the reroofing they worked as long as weather permitted until the job was done. Andrew responded well to questions and he took time to explain what they were doing if we asked. At one point I asked Eric if they could get another guy on the job so the job could go faster and Eric said that the Andrew/Zauer crew prefer to work as a pair and the workmanship is better that way. Roof was done well, but took probably 20% longer than if a third "gopher" type person was cleaning up while the two skill guys were on the roof working - so be prepared for the job to take a while. Clean up was very good. Andrew and Zauer cleaned up the site everyday during the project and were especially careful on the last day including a magnetic sweep to pick up nails etc. Shortly later in the day another Impriano employee came out to pick up miscellaneous supplies left over and to do another sweep of the property to pick up nails and any other debris that might have been missed. Separately, there was a problem with one of the skylights and Impriano handled it well. One of the Velux skylights turned out to have noticeable wavy glass. Eric did a good job getting a Velux rep out to our house to evaluate and then coordinated the order and installation of a replacement skylight. Also Eric was professional as we negotiated a small partial "hold back" on part of our final payment to Impriano until the skylight issue was resolved. Overall we think highly of Impriano and we will consider them when it's time to replace our gutters and fascia. The "B" on professionalism would be an "A" if they address the points I note above. The "B" on price is there just because they are a bit more expensive than most bids - but the job is very well done and I think the price was fair. Partial payments were made at signing of contract, start of job and end of job.

Estimate came in substantially above competing bids. He stated they work pretty close to insurance reimbursement. However, estimate came in around 5 thousand higher.
