Impriano was great from start to finish.?

jack Jr responded quickly to my call and provided a quote that included all options I specified. Work started approximately 5 weeks after acceptance of the quote (lead time of Anderson replacement windows and ProVia doors). Installation crew was professional; daily site cleanup was good. Crew worked 6 days a week weather permitting. They assumed full responsibility for and corrected a few minor issues discovered during the installation. There was a small amount (~$800 / 1.5%) of extra work performed the need for which was discovered during the removal and installation process. Other than this, the price was exactly as quoted. The website says that they accept AMEX for payment, but this is only for smaller repair jobs. I paid cash, but negotiated a discount equal to the cash back I would have received if I had paid by AMEX.

Mostly very happy with the work done. One of the co-owners came out for the estimate, and knew right away the problem I was describing and the solution I wanted with the leaves getting trapped behind the chimney on the down slope of the roof -- a chimney cricket. It would have been just a basic re-shingling job, except for the chimney cricket, a new attic fan (which I still haven't had an electrical contractor wire for me yet, but at least it's installed), new gutter guards, and replacement of some sections of rotted roof. I was a little nervous the first day when the crew came out, and while they were a very nice older Czech man and his son who struggled with English, I cringed at first when he tried to explain to me in very broken English that this was their first time working for Impriano and that they always did things differently....made me a little nervous....something about they used staples for the shingles, but Impriano uses nails....Impriano had a foreman out when the job and he cleared that up for me. They would use nails. The Czech crew did a great job as best as I can tell. The only thing that made me a little upset is that twice, when I was paying the bill over the phone, I asked if an Impriano rep was going to come back out to do a final inspection, and twice I was told yes. But nobody ever came. It would make me feel better if they did, especially considering they sent a new crew out to do my roof. But as long as it holds up and I don't have any issues for the next 10-15 years, I guess I can't complain. The only advice I would add is, unless it's critical, don't have your roof done in the dead of winter. The crew was fighting shorter daylight and the cold, and it probably took them at least an extra day because of that. I have to give them kudos because they worked through those conditions, and one day, when it turned dark, they asked me for a flashlight so they could make sure they could finish what needed to be finished that day in case rain came. The crew that came out the following week to install the gutter guards installed them when the temp was in the teens, and I don't think they did what was on the contract -- I'm pretty sure they were supposed to have re-secured all the gutters if necessary, and I don't think they did. Overall, satisfied and would recommend Impriano.

Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. I had lots of questions and concerns that Greg and his team promptly and respectfully answered. We had one minor cosmetic issue with the roof installation (nails passed through the underside of the soffit). Impriano took full ownership of the issue and everything was resolved to my satisfication. I was actually amazed at how quickly the problem was addressed.

I did not select Impriano - while I was very impressed with how professional they were - the difference between their bid and the bid I ultimately went with was too great.

They were wonderful. They did very good work. They were clean, and they were prompt. They did what they said they were going to do.

I had to pay half of it. They did a very good job. They were clean and punctual. The next day it was supposed to rain and they worked late into the night to get the job done. They were really good. They sent me another guarantee because I replaced the original one already. They were good guys. I didn't comparison shop regarding the price but I liked the way they did the work. It is a family owned company and one of the brothers came out to do a last minute check to make sure it was up to their standards. There are no leaks.

The company workers arrived when scheduled and worked tirelessly!! The old roof had to be removed and a three layer system was installed. Amazing how this was done in one day!! Both sides of the gutter installation were completed and though we have not had major downpours since they completed the work, we have not had any problems with the gutters with the rain we have had. The doors had to be ordered and this was done prior to the other work being started. Once they were delivered they were installed the same week. What a transformation to the entire rooftop area. It looks amazing and we have renewed pride in that side of our house! This company does great work and are true professionals! We had a lot of confidence in them because of the Angie's list reports, their signs in yards of work being done in our community and because of previous seen advertisements in the local papers. We had on site visits from the "project managers" while work was going on and follow-up calls once each phase was completed.

I got an estimate from Impriano after calling them at the last minute. We wanted to get the gutter problem addressed at the house as soon as possible, before we move in, and before all the rain that Spring will bring. The estimator came out and gave us a fair review of what can be done. The gutters were possibly original that came with the roof, and alot of the water damage to the house appears to be caused by the improper flow of rain water through the gutter system. The estimator looked around to see what's needing to be repaired, and did not sell us anything we didn't need (like new roof, etc etc). We got the estimate almost as quick as they were able to come out, and they were able to compete with other roofer's pricing. The only thing I would say is that the other roofer that came close to their price offered us a 5 year warranty vs. Impriano's 1 year warranty. But still, this is no issue for us. All the review for their work seems great so we went with our gutt instinct and hired them. They completed the work in a matter of 3 days, delivered all the equipment and placed neatly on our yard. Did the replacement, and came back for any final touches. The weekend came with rain and we felt confident and happy that we didn't have to worry about any water problems caused by broken gutters. I would definitely hire them again for other work necessary.

Called Impriano looking to get a quote. The estimator Kevin called within 15 minutes of contacting the company to coordinate a time to come out. He said he would be there around noon and he showed up at 12. An estimate was quickly created and we scheduled service for next morning. Crew showed up around and worked quickly and efficiently with no mess or fuss.

I contacted several roofers and I hired them because they came in with the best price and I felt comfortable with them. They used the material that I wanted. They are a family run business and their price was competitive and that is why I used them.

The company was very responsive to our call.? The price was the lower of two estimates than we received.??The work had to be delayed over the winter months but the representative warned us that that might happen.? Once the weather cleared the work was scheduled quickly and completed within a few days.? The roof looks terrific and we have had no problems.? We would use Impriano again and are likely to do so for other services.

The workmanship was excellent, done on time, clean up was great, easy to deal with

Jack Impriano was my the associate who came out to inspect the roof and gave me the initial quote. He was very detailed in explaining what needed to be done. He was very forthright in that Impriano wouldn't be the cheapest, but also wouldn't be the most expensive. We agreed upon a price that was a little higher then I expected but in the end was fair. I am always a firm believer that you shouldn't shop solely on price, as you tend to get what you pay for. Jack and his team proved to be worth every penny. Work was scheduled to begin on a Friday in February, I had the materials & dumpster delivered and shingles pitched out. They were the color that matched my HOA's requirements, but not the name. Jack explained the ones he got were newer, of better quality and had a longer life for the same price. When my HOA found this out they denied my roofing request and made me submit a request to the board that delayed the start of the work. They came back out, picked up the materials and dumpster (work would be delayed at least 1 week) then they even delivered samples of both the old and the new shingles to my front door while I was at work. so I could provide them to my HOA Jack worked with me and my HOA rep to help jump through all their hoops, and was extremely patient and helpful. Once we completed all the required forms and permits we agreed upon a work date. They came out and completed the work within 1 day. The entire team was extremely professional and cleaned up the site as I expected. Overall an A+ experience, I would highly recommend this company. Everyone from sales, to the office team to the roofers were on the same page.

We called Impriano based on Angie's List ratings and are glad we did. We had them come out to give a 4th opinion on water leakage issues that we have had this winter. We had a new roof put on in 2008 by another company and they did not replace any of the flashing at that time (we were more naive homeowners back then and the concept of replacing flashing while putting on a new roof was never discussed with us by that company; it may not be a standard practice by all roofers, but I sure wish it was, given this problem that we have had). We had several people come to look at the problem previously, including the roofers that did the original installation, and we didn't like the answers (or lack thereof) that we were getting. The original roofing company had come out and told us we needed all new siding, in order to replace some of the flashing - and that it was at least $20,000! So Kevin from Impriano came out to look at the problem. He spent a lot of time looking over everything and explained it all as he went along. He was very professional, polite and informative. We actually had 2 sources of water leakage into our home, which occurred at flashing points. He was also professional enough to not bash the other company, but just to say that "their company would have done things differently when putting on our roof." He explained that we did not need all new siding, but instead could have one area of the siding carefully removed and then replaced after having the flashing work done. He looked at everything - inside rooms, attic, roof, area of siding, and even our heating system (see next). He answered all of our questions (which we had a lot of). We also had other strange wall stains that were not related to direct water damage, which no one else could even begin to explain. His opinion was that they were due to high humidity in our home, with condensation in the walls because it is cold outside, which then caused staining at nail points and along rafters. Since addressing the inside humidity issue, no further staining has occurred so he is seemingly correct. After Kevin gave his opinion about what the company could do to alleviate our problem, we received an estimate in a timely manner. We did not try and find other roofing companies to get additional quotes for the work to be done, since we felt that we had finally found a company that knows what they're doing. The price did seem a bit high (although we have nothing to compare to), but we deemed it worth it, however, given our experience with Kevin and the Angie's list ratings. The work was done within a couple of weeks of them receiving our deposit and we have not had any problems since (it hasn't been that long, though, since the work was done, but we are hopeful that all was taken care of). So all in all, we were very pleased with the whole experience and would absolutely use this company in the future. We wish that we had used them in the first place!

Initially everything went great with the company. We called Impriano in addition to a few other roofers when we discovered a leak in the roof. We saw water stains on a few of the wooden beams in the attic and knowing that the roof was approximately 20 years old, we thought that we would have to get the entire roof replaced. Impriano was very responsive to our first phone call (unlike the others) and we were able to schedule for an estimate/appointment for early the next week (approximately the 2nd week of December). The Impriano representative came out (Kevin) and was very professional and on time. I after showing him the leak and after further examination, he determined that we didnt need our roof replaced and just needed a few shingles replaced. After agreeing to the price, he replaced the shingles that very day. Everything up to this point was great. But then I pointed out another part of the roof that we knew we had to get replaced. We needed the plumber stack collar to be replaced and Kevin informed us that he wouldn't be able to get to it that day to replace it, but someone would be able to replace it within 7-10 days. So on the 10th day, I called Impriano to inform them that they haven't come yet and expressed my disappointment. Kevin would later call me and say that he said 10-15 days. I know that he didn't tell me that, but I agreed but told him that we needed the work completed soon. Impriano called me later that day to tell me that they would be there early next week. On Monday of that week, we noticed that Impriano was replacing one of our neighbor's roofs down the street, so we figured that they would stop over our house once they were done doing work there. Afterall, it seemed like the item that needed to replaced shouldn't take more than a couple of hours. So on Wednesday afternoon, after seeing that Impriano was done the roof up the street and their trucks no longer being in sight, I called Impriano to cancel the work because I wanted to be at the house when they did the work and the next day I was going to be gone from the house for 2 weeks. The secretary said that she put down to cancel the work and to only bill us for the first job. When we got back from vacation, it was evident that they did the work and we found the bill for both jobs in the mail. Needless to say, we weren't pleased. We are satisfied with the work that was completed (the leaks stopped), but it would have been nice for better communication between Impriano and ourselves. We know that Impriano was probably busier with other (more difficult/money) jobs, but if they knew that they wouldn't be able to get to us in the 7-10 timeframe, then they should have given us the heads up.

We were very happy with their representative who came and discussed the options and costs. He was very professional and we felt confident enough to use them without getting other estimates. They had an A+ rating with Angie's List already so we were not very concerned about them not keeping their end of the bargain. They gave us an estimate of when they would start but were delayed due to the weather. They called us in advance to tell us they would be starting a week later and whenever they had to cancel work due to weather they called us to let us know they would not be coming. Everyone was very professional - from their office staff, sales, managers, foreman, roofers and the people who did the gutters. They cleaned up every day and at the end of the job everything was totally cleaned up. When the gutters were first done, we noticed that 2 were not draining properly. A manager came out and looked at them the next day and within a couple of days someone came out and reset them and we have had no problems - even with all the rain we have had.oof

I'd like to rate B+ or A- to be more accurate. This is a classy company. The problem is it's a big company, which means there are many small teams doing the work, and there is some variability in the quality of the actual workers on your house. It's hard to rate them, because in some ways they were excellent, but there seemed to be some questionable practices among the actual different teams. They completed work in a thorough timely manner, very responsive, patient, helpful. They also were honest, not replacing stuff that didn't need replacing. But one of the workers put nails into our neighbor's tree to hold tools and left the nails in there; the workers who tore up the rotted wood from the old party wall left it sitting in the grass of our yard till the grass started dying adn I had to move it to the street myself. I called about each of these concerns and they apologized and sent people out to remedy right away. We found many nails lying around after the job, and we have small kids. Plus I was filming some of the work and one of the workers was moving very quickly across the roof bang- bang- bang with a nail gun, and I know it's supposed to be a more methodical process. Still, thus far, the product has been solid, not a drop of water through the rains of last year, looks great, and the company is incredibly responsive and great to work with - professionals who take pride in the work. The new attic fan was making noise later in the summer and a guy came out within 48 hours and fixed it. Their price was middle of the pack. It's a reputable company, just the individual teams need watching. I would use them again.

we have a large addition on our house and had a leak where the addition met the main house. I have had 5 different roofers our to look at the leak and everyone said my roof looked fine and they weren't sure where it was coming from. Impriano sent out their leak specialist who was great and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. The replaced the back half of the roof on the main house replaced the gutters built an overhang on the roof replaced the siding and replaced the flashing between the main house and the addition. The leak is fixed, the house looks great. They were great to work with, affordable, and I would call them again in a second.

Service provider started work on the 9th and finished on 10th of Jan. excellent quality work, very well done. Interaction with Greg Impriano was professional and courteous, he answered all of our questions and was very helpful. It did take a few calls and a fax to confirm vent placement and directions, and Greg was again extremely helpful during the process. One minor complaint was that one bag of trash, and some work debris, was left on the sidewalk to the back the house. When we asked the customer service person about this, they informed us that someone would be back for a last cleanup. Bag was still left at house along with remainder of soffit material and piece of old roofing. Overall, the work was well done and we were pleased with provider.
