WOW! I am truly impressed.The level & quality of service was remarkable. EVERY phone call was responded to promptly. They were here when they promised. The price was competitive and the bid and contract were delivered when promised. The company called to let me know the windows and supplies would be delivered the next day, and then they called to make an appointment to install shortly there after. The installation and clean up were great. The crew was professional and polite. The next day they sent a truck out to pick up the old windows and scrap. Then this person walked around the house to make sure nothing was left behind including using a magnet to check for stray nails in the grass. The next week they called to make an appointment to send someone out to re-inspect the work. When he came out he immediately fixed a small cosmetic problem we found. No questions, no problems. It is rare to get this level of service any more. I am VERY pleased with the work and my dealing with this company. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly I highly recommend Impriano Roofing and would definitely use them again

Jack Impriano and his whole team were an absolute pleasure to work with, from receiving a quote through to the completion of the job. We had an appointment scheduled within 24 hours of my wife requesting one. Jack walked her through the replacement process and provided a quote outlining scope of what would be removed and replaced including an explanation of materials (brands and flashing types copper versus aluminum for various spots where it was needed). I want to stress that this is where the attention to the little details and quality differentiates Impriano from other roofers we received quotes from who were less expensive. As the roof replacement was part of other renovations we were doing, Impriano coordinated key activities with my architect and general contractor which allowed the work they were doing to comply with blueprints and locations of skylights, etc. The office staff at Impriano were delightful to work with and effectively communicated scheduling, coordinated activities between their team and the architect/general contractor and were diligent in following up to ensure we were satisfied with the work that was completed. The crew that came out to replace the roof were extremely efficient and treated the job site with the utmost respect. They got on site when they said they would, worked extremely hard (through some miserably hot (95 degree+ days) and left a clean job site daily and upon completion (including going around the house with a magnet to pick up any nails or other debris). On the final day of the replacement job, my architect and general contractor were both at the house and commented how impressive the team was and how clean they were leaving the site. During the job, the team noticed that the gutter guards we had were falling apart and Jack contacted us to let us know this and to offer up to install new guards for a very reasonable price. Upon initial completion of the work, the flashing in some key spots had altered the look of the house (white flashing clashed with cedar siding) in some very visible spots. We raised our concern with how this flashing changed the look of the house. The team at Impriano followed up on our concerns and swapped out the flashing so it better blended with the house's colors and lines. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Impriano!

Extremely good experience from start to finish. Called for an estimate, which was scheduled promptly, within a couple of days. Jack came on time, was very knowledgeable and professional, made a great impression. A detailed estimate was sent by email the same evening. The work was scheduled within a couple of weeks and was expected to take 2 days, but was finished in one, since a storm was coming on the second day. The crew came early around 7:00am and did an exceptional job, including meticulous clean up (our back deck and yard looked much cleaner than before the work was done). Another great positive was the easy interaction with the office, follow up and contact with us at all stages of the process and all around professionalism and efficiency of the operation. We would definitely hire Impriano Roofing in the future and would highly recommend to anyone.

I turns out this is a big company. The appointment for the estimate was setup for the next day. The Christopher was on time. He explained the work and the estimate and assured me could be done the following week. I decided to use the company the following day, I called thinking it would be scheduled but was told another department would follow up, never got a call, happen to check my email that weekend and discovered the email with instructions and the contract.( conflicting as the contract states: Payment to be made for work as item is completed). They asked for a 1/3 deposit and sign contract to start the work. It was sent by Caroline. I called Caroline that Monday she was very good, place me in the schedule for the week as promised,naturally the contract & deposit sent that day, Caroline called back with the day and time, worker was out did good work but ran out of the leafguard, returned the following day completed the work, course there was the severe rain storm to test the work out, problem with water pouring over the gutter at the entrance of the house, Kevin was sent out, explained the problem and solution, more rain storm, seems at the moment gutter is holding up. Time will tell on the leafguard. I have worked with other contractors. Overall the wrinkle was just the miss-communication about the contract and deposit.

The estimate was low and less than half the other competitive bid. Work was completed quickly and as scheduled. Customer service from estimator and phone support staff was excellent. Would definitely use again.

Our house is 10 years old and the builder who built our house put on gutters that could not handle the volume of water that comes off our roof when there is a heavy downpour of rain. We always had 'waterfalls' of rain coming over the gutters at various areas of our roof. I called a couple companies on Angie's List, Impriano being one of them. Jeff, from Impriano, was very prompt with a resonse and came right out to do an estimate. I recieved a written quotation from him the next day. After we reveiwed the quote, we had several questions for him, which he answered promptly. He recommended 6" gutters for our house and I was concerned they would look too big. He assured me they wouldn't and he even went to his in-law's house and took several pictures of their 6" gutters to show me they would not look too large!! I was very impressed by his responsiveness and resourcefulness! We chose Impriano to do the job, they were responsive and offered a very competitive price. They scheduled and completed the job within 2 weeks. After the new gutters were up, we had some very rainy days, with heavy downpours. We noticed a couple problem spots where the water was still overflowing. Impriano came back immediatedly and corrected the problem. The owner of the company even called me on a Saturday to make sure everything was ok. Our new gutters look GREAT, they did a fantastic job, and we are extremely pleased. Our 'waterfall' problems have been resolved! I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again if we would require any additional services that they can provide.

Showed up on time. Inspected the problem area. Provided estimate. Performed maintenance (sealed exhaust vent). Several days later after a rain storm my wife noticed the water leak problem still existed. I called Impriano back. They sent the same person out to re-inspect the problem area. He determined it to be an issue with the siding. He did not have the necessary equipment to repair so he scheduled a service visit for a future date. They came out, performed the additional work at no charge. So, far we have had no more issues with the water leak. Overall - great service. Very professional.

The original estimate from Impriano Roofing was handled very professionally, and their price was competitive with other area roofers. All questions were answered in detail, and we were impressed with the professionalism of their staff. Although bad weather delayed the start of our project, things went very smoothly after that. The Impriano crew was large enough to complete the roofing job in a little over one day. In order to avoid further conflicts with the weather, the crew stayed until dark and put in a very long day. Day 2 was mostly clean up and inspection of the finished roof. An additional day was needed to perform the non-roof projects we had contracted for. Our property was left in the same condition as it was before they started work… in other words, Impriano cleaned up after themselves perfectly. We were contacted and updated continually throughout the entire process. Minor issues were resolved immediately and without hassle. This business is very professionally run and takes pride in their reputation and workmanship. We highly recommend this roofer to all homeowners looking to hire a roofer, and have already recommended Impriano to neighbors.

They did a great job. From the initial estimate, contracting and through the completion of work, Impriano's did an amazing job. The 2 days they were working on the roof were so hot, but they worked from 9-9 and completed the job a lot quicker than I thought they would. I was really impressed with the quality, professionalism and level of customer service. Jeff Gibson was great to work with. He made himself available and was very clear about all of the work that was going to be required. We would definitely call them again and will recommend them to our friends.

Impriano R&S didn't charge for the call which was good. They were prompt and professional while they checked the roof.

Since I had never re-sided a house before, I researched dos and don'ts. 1) Make sure your contractor is fully insured and will do all the work himself. Do not allow a sub-contractor to do the work. 2) Decide the grade of siding you want. For a home, you should get at least 40 grade. My wife and I decided we wanted 46 grade, the highest available. Some contractors only use 42 grade. 3) Insulated siding was generally not recommended. Most of the information said to use insulation board. It's cheaper and actually does a better job. Also, make sure Tyvek wrap is used. 4) If you are not replacing the gutters (our gutters were in very good shape), then be sure the contractor removes the gutters before capping the fascia boards. If the contractor says he can slide the capping around the gutters, insist that he remove them, better still, hire someone else. 5) I didn't consider any contractor who didn't come to my house and walk with me around the house while I described what I wanted. I didn't want any surprises that would cost extra money. 6) Don't listen to the "While I'm here, why don't I (fill in the blank)." I got estimates from 7 contractors. Only two fit all 6 criteria, Impriano and Roofing Associates. Impriano's bid was $2000 cheaper, plus they had a $500 Angie's list coupon. Incidentally, Impriano was not the lowest overall bid, but fitting the criteria was more important to me than price. They began the work on Tuesday, July 17 and completed it on Wednesday, July 25. Friday, July 20 was lost due to an all day rain. The installation was excellent. The men worked in stifling heat on a few days, but did the job in an exemplary manner. Every day, they cleaned up thoroughly. Each day, the head man would tell me what time they would arrive the next day and they were right on time every day. We are totally satisfied and thrilled with how beautiful our house looks. After the job was completed, our property looks like they were never there. I would recommend this fine company to anyone wanting siding. Some time in the future, I will need a new roof and I will give Impriano first crack at the job.

I saw their advertisement, and I look them up on Angie's List and saw that they have a good reputation, so I tried them out. They were very good, professional, very courteous and they did a wonderful job. They even come back to check, and they call before they come over.

They were very professional from the beginning to the end. There were a couple issues around my skylight and a spot where they missed putting flashing but they kept coming out until all the issues were taken care of. Every time I called they responded and sent someone immediately. I purposely waited to post a review so I could see how everything is holding up in the rain etc. So far so good, knock on wood. I would highly recommend them. I am very pleased :). Btw, I chose the energy star shingle for same price as the regular, it was the right choice for sure. I already notice a difference in how cool my house stayed this year as opposed to last year.

They were on time to appraise the job. The estimate was presented professionally, but extremely overpriced.

They were the best. I have had roofing problems for over 20 years. They installed a complete roof. I would absolutely use them again (which I don't inticipate because of the quality of the roof) and recommend them to everyone.

They were fabulous. They are awesome and great. They were very honest, and the work was superior. The price was very reasonable. I could recommend them highly enough.

I only lived a couple of years there. My son went to high school with one of his sons, so that was why I used them. I would grade them an A for my overall experience because they fixed the problem and it didn’t come back.

I wish Angie allowed a higher grade than A, because I would give Impriano an A+++. I've lived in the same house for 38 years and this is the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. I got several estimates for the job and Impriano's was in line with the others. Jack came to my house to look at the job and was very professional. Once I hired them, he gave me addresses of houses done previously so I could see how the different colors of shingles looked. After I had narrowed down my choices, they came out and nailed four samples to my roof so I could actually see them on my house. The company kept me well-informed of their plans every step of the way. It rained a lot and they always called in advance if the weather prevented them from working. They informed me of any deliveries. All the workmen were polite and professional. They were easy to have around and very respectful of my property. Not even one flower got squashed! Jack suggested installing a roof fan and that has worked out very well. I notice that my upstairs is cooler on hot days. They recommended an electrician to wire it and Pete did a nice job at a reasonable price ($150). Nice guy and I will use him again. The guy who delivered the dumpster was nice, too. So was the gutter guy! There was some bad wood on the roof that had to be replaced at an extra cost -- although they told me before the job started what the cost would be if this happened. The company always called me first to be sure I was okay with this small additional expense. The only problem I had was that the nails used on my porch were too long and came through underneath. Impriano came out and reroofed the porch with shorter nails, repaired the nail holes and repainted. It looks as good as new -- maybe better. They made this repair with no argument. They really wanted a happy customer and they got one. After the job was done, they sent an inspector out to be sure everything was done correctly. He climbed up on the roof and took a good look at everything. My property was left very clean. They ran a magnet around to find loose nails. Other than my beautiful new roof, you couldn't even tell they had been here. We've had some heavy downpours and the roof and gutters are functioning beautifully. If you need a roofer or any of the other services provided by Impriano, you will not go wrong with them. Highly recommend.

Their estimate was a little high, but they were comparable. I'd already hired a general contractor that recommended his roofing guy. I don't have any complaints - I just decided to use the roofing company of the contractor I was already using.

This was the best contractor experience I have ever had. They were totally professional from coming out to prepare the estimate to returning for a few finishing touches after 99% of the job was completed. I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they worked, but even more by the quality of the workmanship. And, I am confident that if I ever had a problem they would address it just as conscientiously. I had gotten one lower estimate, but Impriano delivered the best value by far.

Impriano came out within one week of me having contacted them to provide an estimate. I received the estimate approximately 4 days later. After I signed the contract and provided them with a deposit, the new roof was installed and the project completed within 10 days. Impriano originally called to say they would be dropping off a dumpster and supplies on Monday and would start the job a couple of days later. They ended up dropping off the supplies 2 days earlier (Saturday), began the job on Monday, and completed it Tuesday. By Wednesday, everything was cleaned up and the dumpster removed. I would HIGHLY recommend Impriano to install your new roof. They were professional, timely, neat (cleaned up at the end of each day) and provided me with a beautiful new roof.
