Work was excellent. Had an issue with the appearance of the ridge line. Met with them and they resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I felt they were very fair to deal with and hope to do more business with them in the future.

This business was the first to respond to my requests for a gutter estimate. Kevin came out within a few days, and was able to look over the gutter problem, tell me what was wrong (in language that I understood) and give me a quote at that time. I have nothing bad to say about this company. Because of other more pressing issues that arose, I did not follow through with the gutter problem at this time. The company did follow up to check if there were any problems they could help with.

We were in need of a chimney liner. When I performed the search, this company was in those results. I recognized their name and called them. The person who answered said that they do not do this type of service. They were polite but since we were not in the market for anything else, there was no need to explore other options.

The gentlemen from Impriano were on-time, courteous, and performed the service as detailed with no issues. Highly recommended. They arrived on-time for the estimate appointment, requested 20% down to secure the work, and delivered as soon as the weather allowed them to.

The person who came out was friendly and courteous. I didn't have a whole lot of interaction with them but they came out to measure the exterior and complete their quote process. I received a follow-up call from someone in their office and they set up an appointment to come out and provide a quote. They followed-up afterwards. They were fine, but I thought they were pricey which was why I didn't use them.

I was not there. My brother-in-law took care of it. They were very professional, answered our questions and were prompt. We were satisfied with the roof. They got it done in a timely manner.

They had about 5-6 people come out for the work. They did a really good job of shielding the ground of the mess. They used a very high grade of roofing material. The whole project probably took only about 4 days. Their price was competitive. They did a great job cleaning up. When the job was complete you couldn't tell they had even been working there. The job is beautiful.

Greg came out and completed an estimate for us on the siding and roof. They completed the siding job just as promised. We will have the roof completed this spring

It was an excellent experience. They did exactly what they said they were going to, they were on time, and it turned out great.

They did an exceptional job! The crew showed up and worked hard. The roof looks great, and so does the flashing around our chimney. We have no complaints.

Impriano offered one of three estimates we elicited. They were not the lowest price, but the most realistic considering the scope of work. Jack Jr. spent a lot of time answering our questions and discussing alternatives, specialized products and which would provide the bet solutions to our problems. When the estimate arrived, it was complete to the most minute detail, and it arrived exactly when we expected it. We placed a deposit of 1/3 the estimated cost and signed the contract. We were provided an anticipated start date, and written instructions for preparing our property for the project, and how to safeguard the things stored in the attic since the roof deck would be removed. We received a telephone call two days before the materials delivery to make sure our driveway was clear for the delivery. On the precise date, the materials arrived, a dumpster was delivered, and on the day following, the work began. We were so impressed with the neatness and consideration for our landscaping the workers demonstrated throughout the job. The crew worked quickly and very capably through the week-long project, and each night, cleaned the work site, loaded the dumpster and left everything in order. The work was very well planned - they only opened the roof to the extent they could close it up again each day. On the last day, rain threatened, and the crew tacked tarps to the ridge before they opened the work area, so in the event the rain came, they could simply cover the exposed area. The crew took such care with critical areas such as valleys, and flashing around chimneys and vents! The finished job is beautiful! At the end of the last day, every stray shingle, every scrap of wood, and every stray nail had been picked up with a magnet. The dumpster was removed, and except for our wonderful new roof, there was no way to tell that our property had been a hive of activity for a week. The day after construction concluded, an Inspector from Impriano came to review the work before eliciting the final payment. Most worthy of mention was the kindness of one of the roofers who, while descending the ladder, noticed that a piece of our aluminum siding had come loose (unrelated to the current project). He repaired the piece most expertly. It is fair to say that our experience with Impriano was the best we have ever had with a home improvement contractor!

They are way over priced. They showed up at 7 pm. We wanted to talk to them specifically about roofing and windows. They sent out the roofing guy on a Saturday, he was extremely knowledgeable, and he was here for about 3 or 4 hours. He had a really good pitch but the price was way too high. It was a state of the art roof. It will never blow off. If I ever have any problems, they will come out and fix it right away. The guy was very professional. I would not use them based on the price.

Impriano put anew roof on my house and did a great job. The guys that worked the job were great. I am very happy with the work they performed.

Very courteous and professional, but pricing was about 10% higher than others for same job, and they did not committ to completing the job in one day, as the competitors were able to do, and actually did accomplish.

The job was looked at estimate given, and work accomplished as scheduled. I compared this with other possibilities and decided it was expensive but the job would be done well and save me the trouble of bringing in a painter.

Impriano's provided excellent service. Their service rep, Jack Impriano, gave us local addresses so we could see for ourselves how the different styles of roofs looked. He explained in detail what would take place and what to expect, and gave us an excellent price for a complete new roof and three skylights. Impriano's roofing staff was professional and courteous, to say the least. They were so quiet I didn't even realize they had already installed the skylights. Eric Impriano came out several times to check on the work and progress. The entire project was completed within the week (there were some weather issues) and beautifully cleaned. I would highly recommend Impriano R&S, and would definitely use them again for other projects.

I contacted Impriano because of its rating and feedback on Angie's list. From the start, my experience with this company has been exceptional. I submitted a request on their website. I heard from a representative within two hours. I scheduled a meeting with a salesperson -- who appeared at my home at the time scheduled. I received an estimate within two days - which was detailed and in accordance with the PA Consumer Protection Law requirements and which I signed. The following week, an installer came (again at the time scheduled) and measured and gave me recommendations on the specific placement of the skylight - which I had not considered and he was absolutely correct. I was told the skylight would be delivered within a month - which it was. I was contacted on a Wednesday and was told the installers would be there between 7 - 9 the next day if that were ok. It was. They arrived at 7:30. The project was completed during the afternoon. The next day, Friday, at 4:30PM, I was contacted by someone in their office who wanted to know about my satisfaction with the overall experience. I told the individual I was very pleased but was a little surprised they left the wood pallet from the skylight and a few other items at the end of my driveway. Sometime between 4:30PM Friday and 10:am Saturday morning, it was removed. Unbelievable and well done! I would highly recommend this company. I would definitely use Impriano Roofing again.

Excellent...I can't say enough good things about this company. From the first phone call, to the work done, to the follow up call from them the next day to see if we had any problems, this company is very responsive and professional. Our gutters & downspouts were original to the house, built in 1977. We had been having trouble with leaks that were running down the sideof the house, causing damage. At first I just wanted the problems to be fixed, but was a bit stunned when the estimator recommended replacing all downspouts and gutters. But since the company had an excellent Angies List rating, I decided to go with their recommendation. In the end, he was right. We had 4 days of steady rain the day after the installation & the gutters & downspouts kept water off the side of the house. They installed wider gutters & downspouts than the regular size because we live in a wooded area and it's possible for leaves to clog the gutters and downspouts. They matched the house color beautifully and improved the whole appearance of the house. I got a call about a week before the work was begun and was given a date when the materials would be dropped off in our front yard. I asked that they put the items in the back yard, sice I've had construction materials and equipment stolen off my property before. They forgot this & delivered to the side of the house, well within eyesight of the street. Fortunately, nothing was stolen. I got a call the night before the work was to start to tell me when they would be there. They arrived promptly with two workers, who did beautiful and conscientious work. They were very resposive when I pointed out some areas of concern about where rain had had been sheeting down on the patio doors. They were here all day and did a wonderful job. The materials were high quality and they even installed a rubber hood over the place where the downspouts are inserted inside of a larger cirumference pipe for underground drainage. This keeps debris from getting into the underground pipe and clogging it. It looks really good. Previously, the connection between the downspout & the larger drain pipe was off kilter & allowed deberis into the pipe. It also looked bad. They gave me a 5% discount for being an Angie's List customer. Nice!!! A+ for this company.

Roof was done in 2 days. The guys were here early and left on time. Excellent! Very Professional, I highly recommend them and have recommended them to my fellow nurse friends!

Workers were very prompt and professional. We had our entire roof replaced, 2 skylights replaced and had all new gutters and downspouts installed. They were not the lowest quote we recieved, but also not the highest and we're very happy with the work they did. We had 1 complaint that was quickly addressed - we did not tarp in our attic because we thought they would do that prior to starting work. However, they send paperwork ahead of time saying that is our responsibility and we did not receive this paperwork. They were very understanding and came back after the work was completed and cleaned up the attic for us. I would recommend them.

Impriano spends more time writing a rebuttal on Angie's list than actually being courteous and helpful to the customer. Had someone else do the repair for about $200, and was very pleased. Impriano is typical of the male chauvinistic patronizing contractors in Pennsylvania.

Very responsive and professional. The price gap was just too large for me to go with this particular company, but I recommend that others consider looking at them.

When I scheduled the appointment for the estimate they were prompt. They explained everything to me and all the follow up was clear. The work they did was great and everything was clean and spotless.

They did an excellent job. They?put on a brand new roof and?installed new siding on?the entire home. I highly recommend them.
