+ -1 moreWhile I had to wait about a week before I could get an estimate, Jack was extremely helpful and knowledgable when he came out for the estimate. He measured everything and was very thorough with what services his company would provide. We ended up going with another company because Impriano was a bit more expensive, but I did like how helpful they were and the follow up Jack did after he gave me the estimate. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. I have heard from other people who have used them and were quite pleased with their work.

Description of Work: I got a new roof put on. As a matter of fact, I needed all the wood replaced on the roof and didn't realize it. It's about a 40 year old roof. They took two sets of shingles off and then took the whole roof off. They did it all in one day with a crew of about six.

+ 0 moreThey were very neat. They had tremendous communication and follow-up. They did a final inspection the following week. I believe they did some things during the installation that were done better than when the house was originally built.
Description of Work: They put a complete new roof on for us. They replaced a skylight for us after a recommendation. I also had them put a gutter on that was damaged. They had quoted better materials used by the manufacturer that we ended up going with.

+ -1 moreThe day before the job began a huge dumpster was put into the drive way. One team of men came out the next day to begin tearing down and putting new wood up on the back porch roof. then the second day the next team came and put the top and the siding on the back porch and they completed the shed roof and siding. The third day was the shortest the carpenters came and finished with the interior of the back porch. One of the owners came out and inspected the work and it was beautiful and going as planed. They cleaned up after themselves everything was put into the dumpster including some old wood I wanted to get rid of. There was a heavy rain some time after the job was completed Impriana Rep. came back out to see how my windows was holding up because I had some concern about the space that was visible there. Everything was explained to my satisfaction in detail. The men were so exact in what their part of the job was they were perfectists. Impriana Roofing & Siding were very professional. Their secretary made two calls to me to check to see if I was completely satisfied. I would hire them again.
Description of Work: Impriana Roofing replaced two roofs, one over my Florida Room and one over my outside shed. The roof over my back porch (Florida Room) had to be removed and replaced along with a new gutter and down spourt. They put new facing on the nine windows and two doors they also put two new panals on the inside walls. It is a whole new room. Beautiful and secure. A new roof and siding was put onto the outside shed. Another beautiful job well done. They cleaned up after themselves and was respectful of my plants in the yard.

+ -1 moreI got three estimates for this job. From the beginning I was impressed. Jack was on the roof taking pictures and then included them in the estimate to show what I couldn't see from the ground. So there was never a question of "Take my word for it", I could see for myself. On part of my roof the pitch is so shallow that is needs a flat roof solution. One firm offered a 2 ply system as their "base" and 3 ply was an upgrade. Impriano's base was 3 ply. (Sorry don't recall what the third company's solution was.). Impriano had the second best price. (The "2 ply" company was the most expensive). The guys showed up on time, were very considerate. worked their tails off, cleaned up every night and really did a fabulous job for us. I can recommend them 100 %.

They reason why I went with them was because I was getting a certainteed roof put on and I when I went on a website, they had Impriano doing the installation video. So I figured they must know what they are doing.

We had some special stuff going on so they quoted us that much. I liked that they were very responsive and came out. He took the time to measure and quoted properly. I did not dislike them at all. They sent a quote to me my e-mail and a paper copy too. They also sent me letters that they received from clients in the past; about their work and how good it was and, how much the clients appreciated it. I would use them again for a quote.
Description of Work: I got a quote from Impriano R&S to get a new roof installed. The work included decking of the roof shingles.

+ -1 moreThe experience with them was fine. The communication was fine, but the solution was poor. Basically, they misidentified the issue. What they said they needed to do and what needed to be done were two different things. So, I do not know if the price was competitive, but they did not identify the problem. I would basically have had something fixed. They could have overcharged me to fix it. The estimate was $5,000, and I got if fixed for less than around $2,000. Everything they did was fine except that they analyzed the problem/solution incorrectly.

+ -1 moreI didn't have the work done yet but have a word of advice for homeowners. Never let a roofing company tell you that you have damage that should be covered by insurance without getting a second and third opinion. I let the company HomeSite go up on the roof to show my insurance adjuster the hail damage they found and there was nothing to show but an aging roof that was ready for replacement. End result was insurance company telling me I had 30 days to replace it or they were dropping their coverage. Huge lesson learned. I switched insurance companies before they could drop me but still need to replace the roof by the end of this year.
Description of Work: I received several bids and Greg was very courteous and understanding of my financial situation. He was very professional and never pressured me to make a decision. Our last communication was that I'd give him a call this spring once I have saved enough to pay for a new roof. When ready to proceed, I won't need to go through the bidding and search process again since I believe he is the best choice.

I liked that they were generally highly rated in Angie’s List but I didn’t like the way they structured their quote and they had a couple of claims to give to BBB. They were very responsive. I would possibly use them but I don’t know yet.
