They were very professional. They were very prompt and got the job done when they said they were going to do it. They were immaculately clean after the job; they cleaned up absolutely everything. I would certainly hire them again to do any roofing that I needed.

We had gotten two other estimates from local Angie's List, highly-rated roofing companies who came no where close to providing the thorough and careful pre-inspectoin of our roof both from on top and from within the attic. The Impriano estimator looked and measured everything making notations and asking questions that others missed somewhat and/or totally. I was expecting the Impriano estimate to come in considerably higher just for the complete re-roofing. Instead, the estimate given on the spot included much more for much less than the quotes we received from the other local roofers. Due to incessant rain storms the past several weeks, it took a few weeks longer than expected for them to get to doing our job. But when our place in line came up, the workers were thorough, quick, efficient and the roof looks great and the gutters are ready for more downpours and the roof mounted power vent is working terrifically well...very quiet and our upstairs bedrooms are now being maintained by our home air conditioning system much cooler than was the case with our old roof. We generally had to run extra fans upstairs, but not anymore. Nobody likes to shell out as much money as a new roof costs, but this overall costs was well within reason compared to other companies and the peace of mind in getting such a big job done right was worth every penny--Thanks Impriano.

Jack Impriano was our sales representative. He was very prompt and responsive and answered all our questions prior to the job starting, either by phone or email. The project was started on the day promised and finished in 2 days. The crew worked very quickly and kept the area as tidy as possible throughout the project. Clean up was AMAZING!! I came home after it was finished and would never have known what a major renovation had taken place. They even came back a couple of days later and did some more clean-up and checked to make sure we were happy with everything. Since May, there have been several really bad storms and so far everything looks great. We looked at several companies before picking Imprianos and the final decision was made based on reputation. I'm so glad that the work lived up to their reputation.

Russ fixed an annoying leak in a difficult location. It has not leaked ever since fixed in spite of the heavy rains we have had.

Impriano did a complete installation of a new roof and siding on my home about 8 years ago. We've always been very satisfied with those project results and the professionalism of their management and workers, as indicated in the grades I've provided. However, with the latest projects they proposed on (window replacements), we gave the job to other contractors because of significant (>20%) price differentials. Neighbors have concurred that Impriano does terrific work and are very trustworthy, responsive, etc., but that their prices definitely fall on the high side.

Prompt, courteous and professional service. Where other contractor failed, Impriano delivered a high quality solution.

I can only give good feedback. They are fine, gave me a full estimate. They were prompt, polite, and knowledgable.

They were very good. It was wasn't a major job but it was important to us. They came quickly and do the work. I haven't seen any water coming through.

They were excellent. I have no problem with them at all. They showed me different samples and they gave me the shingles that I want. The siding looks excellent and the roof a 100% better than before. I had talked to other people and they recommended this company to them so I went ahead and used their service. They also cleaned up by themselves and they're a family company.

STOP!!!!!!....... Anyone's search for siding work should end here with Impriano. These guys are professional from start to finish and they don't mess around. I really cannot find any fault with their service and I'm pretty tough I never had a project gone as smooth as this. First of all, Jack was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable during the evaluation and walk around for the estimate. He patiently answered all my questions and spent as much time as needed in his explanation of the work. The best thing about Jack is that he has excellent communication skills and quickly stayed with me in all forms of contact and never broke the communication hand chain with me till he know approx. time when work would start. This was the major factor in my decision to purchase and install my siding with Impriano. Also the office staff are to be commended for keeping me informed by phone when the work would start and even called to say no work would be done even though it was gonna rain like h***. I think one of the names was Jennifer. The materials that were dropped off were exactly what I wanted no mistakes. On the first day I met Eric along with the siding install technicians and confirmed some minor details before start. ( Yes Eric is OLDER than Jack ). The siding technicians were from another planet. Their names are Greg and Eddie. No fooling around no talking. Just straight hard work took their time and sweated the details These guys are very skilled craftsmen. They seemed that they could have did their work in their sleep and still do excellent old school work. I was very impressed. They even made sure when they left that nothing would get wet if it rained and it did during the install time. Every day they cleaned up any mess before they left. They started on time every day and worked later than I expected them too. I have gotten favorable comments by my neighbors and mentioned Impriano. I definitely will have my roof done by Impriano.

They were good. They didn’t find anything and didn’t charge me. It turned out a year later, I had to call another roofer and they found the problem.

Everything was done in a timely, professional manner -- from the planning and estimate stage, to the installation and completion of the roof, to cleanup. This is a splendid company to work with. Impriano's is a family business: father and several sons. They are honest and professional in their approach to the project; they use top quality goods and supplies; their work crews are well-trained and properly supervised; the finished product is done to perfection. We had Impriano Roof and Siding installed the Architectural roof for our house. Everything went extremely well. The whole process was very smooth and pleasant. Most importantly, they take customer satisfaction as their top priority. They may not be cheapest one, but they are one of the best ones. In our case, on the day that the job was scheduled, when the first pack of shingles was openned, I realized that the color of Shingles I chose was not exactly what I had in mind. Jack larned that I was not sure about the color of the shingles, he said he wanted to make sure that I choose the color I want. He pulled his crew to a different job on that day, gave additional information for me to choose the right color. Now I have the color that my whole family is very happy with.

They were good. I know they did a nice job. They were prompt in coming to give an estimate. They did exactly what they said for the price. They started the work promptly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up very nicely. We also liked the quality of their work.

Impriano R&S quoted me for $15000. He was very professional. We talked about what job has to be done. There was nothing awful about it.

It went well. I used them before so I knew I was in good hands. I will use them again if need be.

The representative was punctual and provided me with a quote to repair the leak. The quote was twice as much as the other quote I had. He let me know that I needed a new roof but he was not the one that could give me the quote and I would have to call to set up an appointment to have someone else come out to assess the cost of a new roof. The other company also let me know I needed a new roof but they were able to provide me with a quote. I will call Impriano for a quote when I'm ready for the new roof but I'll be curious to see how their price compares.

Very good experience. This company could have sold me something that I didn't need but gave me all the right information even if they didn't make a dime on it. Honest and reliable company. I wish everyone company was like this one.

Called and had someone come to give an estimate after 2 days. They submitted the estimate via email after 3 days. The price was the most expensive of the three roofing estimates. I felt that the mid range price one could do just as well as them so I chose not to use them.

All phases of the process were well organized and professionally executed. From a detailed estimate, which was competitively prices go the co ordination of the materials to be delivered to the scheduling of the work. Our roof is complicated and the expertise of Impriano was very evident as they solved all the technical issues they faced. At the end of the day the job was done within the time frame they committed to. There work was neat. We could not be happier with the result

They are good. They did come out and give us a quote and they were here when they said they were going to be here. The price was competitive and very responsive. They handled themselves professionally well. I would use them again.
