They did good quality work, they were equally attentive. The workers were very polite, however it took a little longer than I expected.

They were very prompt, very professional, and very thorough. Their suggestion for what was required was a full blown repair. They said that in order to fix it, they had to basically redo the entire area of the roof. I had another roofer who came and said that we don’t need to do that, we just had to patch it and see if it works and if it will come back, they will try something a bit different.

They did all the work in one day, excellent work and did a good job with cleanup. Very happy.

Impriano completed all this work one year ago. I purposely waited to experience all four seasons before giving feedback. The materials quality and workmanship/installation were superb. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Jack Impriano was very thorough in his presentation and answered all questions. The price estimate was very fair. Eric Impriano came to the house to make sure all was going well with the work crew. They were neat, tidy and cleaned up at the end. The overall experience was very positive and I would highly recommend Impriano. The quality of work and professionalism was first class.

Fixed a leaky roof. Very professional, good quality. Had to postpone a couple of times due to weather, but that's to be expected when Mother Nature doesn't cooperate.

Great Roofer!! Worked with Jack Impriano who is very knowledgeable and professional. He always arrived on time. There were many times I called or emailed him with questions, or where I wanted to change something. He always returned my calls or emails within hours. He made my requested changes just as quick and without acting like I was bothering him. When I was changing back and forth on color and where ridge vents should go, I said "sorry about all these changes" and he responded, "no problem, this is pretty much the normal process when deciding on a new roof". This made me feel good that he actually cared that I receive a new roof that I was going to be happy with and not just that he gets the job, puts a roof on and moves on to the next customer. His crew arrived on the date that they said they would. They removed the old roof without damaging anything else and were very neat. They did a excellent job installing the new roof and gutters. It took 2 days to remove the old roof and install the new roof. The gutters were done a couple days latter and took almost a day. This was on a roughly 1600 square foot colonial house, a 10' x 15' breezeway between the house and garage, and a 2 car garage. They cleaned up real nice and took away all trash. I highly recommend Impriano Roofing & Siding!

Jack Impriano is the gentleman that did the original inspection. He is one of the primary reasons I selected this company. He came and did a very detailed pre-inspection of the roof from the top of the home as well as in the attic. I can’t say enough about the workers. There were 4 of them and they worked very hard and for long periods of time. They came early and worked into the evening. They cleaned everything up very well and I was very satisfied with the work.

He found that it was just a little problem with some popped out siding. He popped it back in, and he did not charge me for the little work he did. We discussed how to fix the larger problem and he gave me very simple responses to my questions. He gave me an estimate for a larger project and I decided not to go on with the larger project. I thought that he was very nice and very helpful.

I got three estimates from reputable contractors. Impriano's was slightly higher than the other two, but not out of the ballpark. We liked the proposal and the reviews here were favorable so we decided to go with them. We're very happy with the decision. The crew was polite, professional, and very hard working. They quickly cleaned up and hauled a way all the debris, and the new roof is beautiful. There was a small leak around one of our skylights, and they sent someone right out to inspect and fix it. Overall it was a great experience.

Greg and his team at Impriano were wonderful to do business with. Greg was up front with all the explanations of the cost including what was a variable cost that wouldn't be known until the old roof was removed. The only hiccup in the entire process was the start date. Greg called me and told me that they weren't going to be able to start when they had estimated but when I told them that was a problem, they reshuffled their schedule to accommodate mine! This was the first contractor I've ever done business with that did that for me. I was so surprised and pleased that they were able to do this. The entire job took about 3 days. They roof is beautiful. I was also very pleased with the clean up. I barely found any debris in the yard. If I ever need this roof repaired or a new roof at another house, I will definitely be using Impriano again.

I had some water drips from around my kitchen skylight when it rains. Based on Angie's List and other positive reviews, and a coupon I saw on their website offering a small discount for 'same day' roof repairs, I called them. They knew nothing about the coupon and said it would be 2 weeks before they could send someone. Later they called back and arranged a visit within 5 days. The guy (Kevin) went to wrong house in another neighborhood and was late for the appointment (it happens). He showed experience in quickly identifying the problem as a failed skylight and recommended replacement. He got up on the roof, confirmed the problem and took measurements. He also walked the roof and identified some loose caulk and cracked seals around pipe penetrations (he counted 8). This alone he said would cost me $900 for him to "tune" the roof penetrations and chimney flashing, stating that I should also contract a masonry contractor to inspect the chimney's brickwork. Two days later I received an email quote with the $900 roof tuning, and $1925 for replacement skylight (Velux manually opening type). Interior drywall, paint and caulking repairs not included, so I would need someone else to clean up after him. I declined the work and will seek other quotes for the skylight. The $900 cost for what I consider to be no more than 1/2 days work really turned me away. I found another contractor on Angie's list who was advertising $89 to do this work (probably doesn't include flashing) and I will hope to find someone else to perform the skylight replacement. Seemingly, I could probably get a whole new roof for $10,000 so there is no way that I would pay $900 for what I consider general maintenance. My roof is 10 years old with 40 year architectural shingles, so it still looks great. Impriano has a good reputation but in my experience their expensive estimates have always turned me away. I probably won't even bother calling then for any future projects. YMMV

Overall I'm completely satisfied with the end result, although it did require a couple of call-backs. We found everyone to be very professional and easy to work with, and very responsive.

The came and did their job. They didn't try to sell me on a new roof (although we will need one in a few years). I was very happy with the quality of their job and all other aspects.

The contractor was responsive, and accurately predicted when the work would be done. The work was completed in about 2.5 days. The work was done efficiently and professionally. The cleanup after the job was good. I had the feeling throughout that the contractor appreciated my business. All in all, I found that the contractor's work was excellent and fairly priced. We've had some good rainstorms since the work was completed and there has been no sign of leaks.

From the initial contact, the staff at Impriano Roofing were polite, understanding, and professional. The work site was very neat and orderly following each day of work. There were two roofers providing consistent work. This is in sharp contrast to other contractors who work in large groups and complete a roof in one day. Believe quality is much better with two roofers. The appearance of the roof is exceptional. High quality of materials used was commented upon by neighbor.
