Miracle method are first rate professionals . Someone answers the phone when you call . They promptly scheduled an a appt for an estimate. And arrived on time.. Great experience!

From the time that I first called to schedule a site visit/estimate, until the work was completed, the process went very smoothly. Jennifer at the office was responsive and returned calls promptly. She always called before the appointment(s) to remind/confirm. Ron was right on time and gave me a written estimate on the spot. Alex, the technician, was courteous and professional. Most importantly, Alex was attentive to detail and took obvious pride in his work. When he finished, he thoroughly reviewed care instructions. My only criticism (and I mean this constructively, not as a negative) is I wish Ron had advised me up front about not being able to use a suction-cup bathmat on the new finish, and offered the option of the special no-slip finish on the floor of the tub - I would have taken him up on it. The first I heard of this was when Alex mentioned it when he was finishing up. Overall, I am very pleased with my new bathtub. It looks brand new and the finish feels durable. In fact, an electrician who was working in my house on the same day the job was completed complimented the quality of the work and asked me for the company's contact info.

Jeff came at the time scheduled. On the first day the walls and tub were prepped, scraped, cleaned and recalked. On the second day, the actual spraying took place. Tarps were laid to protect the living room carpet. Heavy plastic covered the door to the work area and an exhaust fan was installed in the bathroom window. Jeff himself was covered in a sani suit and used a respirator. He did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself. The bathroom looks great.

Terrific. They came out and painted our beige tub white and it looked great, brand new. We were redoing our bathroom so instead of having to rip out the old tub and install a new one, we were told we could have this special process done where the tub is painted. The technician they sent was very professional and thorough in explaining the process and then how to clean the tub afterwards. He warned us there would be an odor for a few hours and we had to wait several hours to use the tub, but not a big deal at all! They use a paint similar to autobody paint to do this. They save us a lot of money and aggravation! Two years later, there was a small place where it was pealing and they came right out and fixed it with no charge and you can't even tell. ( there is a warranty, sorry can't remember how long, maybe 5 years? but this was from 2 years ago. ) Note, I'm guestimating my price.th

We wanted a new tub and shower but could find nothing that would work since our existing unit was a one piece blue 1970's vintage fiberglass unit that would require taking walls down or choping it up to remove. My wife discovered Miracle Method on Angies List with a great rating of service performed. Ron the owner came to give us an estimate and check out the job. We then visited the showroom to see exactly what was available. Colors, finishes were reviewed. They suggest that if you are going to have any plumbing fixtures replaced(faucets, drains etc) that you have this done prior to setting up a date for the work to be done to insure that all viewable areas are properly treated to the new color or finish.....you need to do this. Ron came on the day of the appointment, worked for about 5 hours and we have this beautiful tub and shower that is the same size and shape as before but in a beautiful white. This process does have some odor that lasts for about 24-48 hours but is manageable and worth this small inconvience.

Someone from the company came and looked at the job in order to give us an estimate. He explained what would be done and what the recoating would and would not accomplish. We had a number of cracks in wall tile that would be improved but not made to disappear. We also had an antique pedestal sink with a lot of rust, especially around the sink overflow area. He explained that they would do their best, but that the rust would return because the sink was rusted inside and the rust would work its way out again. They were very professional to deal with and Jennifer was helpful on the phone. Jeff was the employee who did the work. He was very careful and exacting. Fumes were vented through a bathroom window, and we had a minimum of unpleasant odor in the house. The work took a good part of a day. We've now lived with the resurfacing for about a year and a half. The sink overflow does show some returning rust, but it's still much better than it was. Overall, we are very pleased with the results. You do have to be careful about the cleaning products you use--no more Clean Shower spray for us since the shower walls were redone.

They were very responsive to the initial request, came out and provided an estimate, and completed the job as scheduled. I'm very happy with the work on the tub and would definitely recommend them .

They are great to work with! They are very responsive and showed up when they said they would. There were a couple of minor areas missed and they came right out to rectify it. They were a real pleasure to deal with. Jen, Ron, and the workmen himself were all great. I highly recommend them! They turned a 1970’s style tile into a contemporary look.

From start to finish, Miracle Methods did a superior job. From the professional estimating (I knew exactly what to expect ) to the incredible job done by their technician - Jeff. Jeff was meticulous. From the prep, tapping, refinishing to the cleanup - to carefully explaining how to care for my new bathrooms - what an asset this employee is to his company and his trade. He takes such pride in the quality of his work and speaks so highly of his boss (business owner) and the Miracle Method process. We picked a color sample at the company's office. Work was done over a two day period, with a base coat and sealer coat. There was one spot that didn't match the rest. Ron came back and gave the whole surface a second coat at noi extra charge. .

They were the only ones who came out to personally give an estimate. They did a really good job and I was really comfortable with the guy who worked there as well. There is a little problem but I am sure they will come back and fix it. On price, it was the most expensive. Actually, there’s a little problem and they have to come out and fix it.

It wasn't great but it was okay. It wasn't what I was expecting and it wasn't as durable as I thought it should have been. They came out once to repair it and it subsequently chipped after that.

Very professional, tub looks great. They cleaned up nicely.

They came in and did a pretty good job getting my tub refinished and removing some dents that were in it. They couldn't make it perfect, but it was pretty good. They came out on time and were professional. I would use them again.

I've used Miracle Method on my tub and a tub in a rental I own. I set up the appointment with the company. Because my tenant did not move out when he said he was going to, I had to change the appointment. No problem with that. They called a couple of days before and confirmed the appointment. The tech showed up on time and walked me through the process. He went right to work. It took him approx 4 hours. When he was finished, he gave me a flier explaining how to clean the tub and what products to use and what not to use. They were great to work with. You might find a cheaper price with someone else, but I have found no better result.

The end result was a new looking shower. There was a small glitch but the company was responsive and rectified the problem. Our only disappoint is that we should have saved the tub in the family bath and had it reglazed, too.

He covered and protected all surfaces before beginning the process. He is very knowledgeable. He explained Miracle Method's guarantee and answered any questions I had.. The process was very smooth. An appointment was scheduled through Jennifer Hartley, who fully explained the tub refinishing process and what I would need to do prepare. I live in a highrise condo, and she asked good questions about the building rules. She faxed the building management the insurance and other information required. She e-mailed me the appointment confirmation, price, and the warranty, and in the e-mail reviewed what I needed to do in preparation. I talked to Jennifer again the day before the appointment to confirm, and she reminded me what to prepare. Each time she was lovely and patiently answered any questions. On the day of the appointment, Jeff and Derek arrived to refinish the tub. They were slightly delayed by the building because of additional paperwork I didn't realize was needed, but Jennifer faxed the required document promptly, and Jeff and Derek patiently waited while the matter was being resolved. When they started the work, they explained exactly what they do, the length of time it would probably take, and what I could expect afterwards. They took care to protect the floor and other surfaces in the bathroom while they stripped and refinished the tub. When they were done, they reviewed with me the care of the tub's refinish, including a list of recommended cleaning products. They also noted that the tub tended to pool water in a certain section after drainage and how that could affect the finish if it wasn't dried. They left the bathroom spotless and the quality of the refinish was excellent. They were also very professional and quite personable. The people in the building's management office, who dealt with the Miracle Method personnel in the paperwork mix-up, also commented on how professionally everyone conducted themselves and that they were glad to be aware of the company.

I love my bathtub! My old tub had turned yellowish and had tiny little bumps all along the bottom and sides. My tub is now smooth and white. The job took all day, as expected. The fumes from the stripping chemical were very strong. The only problem was when they removed the tape that held up a protective covering over the shower tiles, some paint was pulled off. The technician apologized. I bought some touch up paint to fix the problem. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the outcome.

He quoted $650 for the job. He was very professional. He seemed to know what he was speaking about. We thought the price was on the higher side; but we don't have the other estimates yet. In general, our impression was positive about the company.

The finished product was great no problems a year later.

Bathtub looked great and was far cheaper than using any of the bath fitter type services.Bathroom counter came out very nice too. Kitchen counter was ok....painting was done on top of laminate. The painting was fine and it does a good job of hiding blemishes but note that it won't hide warping or bubbling obviously. But the price and effort are right for a pretty good quality.

My wife was ready to be rid of our 1950s pink cast iron tub, I was ready to be rid of the pink. We interviewed a few companys and settled on Miracle Method based on price, method, and guarantee. Frank showed up at our house on time. He was curteous, worked hard, explained the process and the materials to used, took care to ensure proper ventilation was in place, maintained a professional demeanor, and cleaned up after himself. We have been using the tub / shower for the past 8 months now and there is no sign of wear or tear to the top coating. We are quite pleased with the results and would not hesitate to use Miracle Method again.

Very positive so far (after 1 week). Don't know how the surface will hold up over time, but looks great now. Technician was prompt, efficient, meticulous. Very pleased.
