MIRACLE METHOD

We were extremely pleased with the work performed by Miracle Method. By having our bathtub refinished we were able to save many hundreds of dollars over replacing, not to mention all the upset of having the tub removed and replaced. Ron did a beautiful job and finished it with superb caulk work. It was great dealing with Jennifer back at the office. She kept us informed about the entire process and updated us with scheduling along the way. Overall a very professional business, highly recommended.

The worker came in on time, did a beautiful job, even fixed a loosed floor tile! He cleaned up his workspace very well, and he was done in less than half a day. I definitely recommend this company. Everything advertised was done very nicely.

This is a great company! Very responsive and professional. Ron came out to quote and was very nice and punctual. He gave me a fast quote that same day. I scheduled the work with Jennifer and she was very helpful as I needed the work done before a certain date. On the day of service, John was right on time and just the nicest guy. He was quick and clean and gave me updates and tons of cleaning tips. He cordoned off the bathroom, which kept the rest of the house clean. The next day (it was a two-day process) he came out right on time and was very thorough when cleaning up. When I saw the bathtub I could not believe my eyes. It had never looked that good in the 20 years we have lived here. John did a truly perfect job. The tub looks so good that I am now considering having the walls done as well, at some point. A stress-free experience from beginning to end.

Overall tub looked very good, There was a lot of debris stuck to paint and they came back to remedy. I believe sanding and respraying was done but now tub is rough to touch, cloudy finish in spots and glossy in others.

Excellent. I started the process by calling the office and was given a date of 10 days away for someone to come out and look at the work that needed to be done. The owner came out on August 3rd and said that he would send a quote later that day. A few hours later, i received an e-mail with the job detail and the price. I then called the office that afternoon to approve the job and get a date for the work to start. I was given the date of Aug 28th and 29th. It would be a 2 day process which i knew going into the job. I agreed to this date. Aug 16th, i got a call saying that they could do the job tomorrow, if i wanted to do that quick. I agreed, and John came on time the next day. He explain everything fully before he started and answered all the questions that I had. John done a great job, he vented the bathroom out, a little smelly, but not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I had been told that it may smell a bit. John left his fan in the window over night which helped with the slight odor. Next day John came and finished off. WOW, what a difference. My bathroom looks amazing. The tub was like new, and the walls, what a difference. No more pink tile. I just wish I had done it years ago knowing now how good it looks. Very professional, I would highly recommend Miracle methods to my friends. It was a friend of mine that told me about the company as she had her bathroom done by them early this year.

Wonderfully! It was started mid-morning on a Monday and finished by early afternoon that Wednesday. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend MMBC to anyone looking to transform their bathroom or powder room at a fraction of the cost and mess of having it retiled.

The technician (John) was here on time both days. He was polite, professional, and thorough in both the work and his explanation of how to maintain the finish. The tub looks better than I expected, so I'm quite happy with the end product.

The finished product was fantastic. The work was done as promised. The guy who did the work cleaned up each night after he was finished and he took great care in protecting the rest of the bathroom. The owner stopped by each day to check on the work and overall, I would hire them again in a minute.

Really pleased - as we were previously. They do really good work. Our shower was done ten years ago and still looks great. I would definitely recommend them.

It did not go - no one called us back.

This is the second tub they did for us. Both times they made an old worn out tub look like new. We received a $50 discount for being a return customer.

WOW! I am so glad I didn't replace my old and ugly, yet very expensive to replace bathtub. To replace my cast-iron tub with a newer, similar model would have cost around $900. The other option was a cheap fiberglass model. I went with the refurbishment. I can say it looks better than new. The tech was on time and friendly, and the company was very responsive and communicative. They are highly recommended.

Jennifer the scheduler is very professional. We found a date that suited us. The installer informed me when he would be there and came right on time. He was careful to cover up our floor, open windows and keep a fan going to the smell wouldn't be too overpowering. After applying the finish, he sealed off the room and kept a small fan going towards the window. After an hour or 2 we did not notice any odor at all. The tub looks brand new and we couldn't be happier with the result. The installer neglected to caulk one area outside the tub and we didn't notice it until the next day. I called and Jennifer sent someone to fix it immediately. The total cost was $500 but we wanted them to add a non-slip service to the final coat; that cost an additional $50.

On a prior project, we had upgraded most of our bathroom, except for the bathtub. Although the tub is in good shape, we wanted to refinish it to change the color from beige to white - so we contacted Miracle Method. They were very prompt in scheduling an appointment for an estimate.The guy came when expected and quoted a comparable price. We accepted the quote and scheduled to have the work done (which was scheduled within 2 weeks). The process consists of covering up the tub's hardware, plus a cleaning of the tub and wall. Their was a small nick in the tub that was fixed. Both the tub and walls are sprayed with a special paint, then it is allowed to dry overnight. The next day a light sanding and caulking is done. Overall, they did a great job. I would rate it a 99.9% job (one or two seams on the wall weren't entirely sprayed). But you have to really look at it to see it. There is a 5 year warranty (wish it was longer). Since this is not a primary bathroom, and has limited use, we are expecting this work to hold up for a very long time.

Everything seemed very positive and he left stating that he would get back to us with an estimate. Five days later I emailed the gentleman (with return receipt, so I know he got it and opened it) requesting an estimate for the work to be done. Now, close to two weeks later, I still have not heard back from them. I see this as very unprofessional. If they are not interested in doing the job (tile and tub re-surfacing) then just tell me. I have read through all the reviews here, and chose them because of them...but my experience with them is not even close to what I read.

The wall tile in the master bath was very dated in a tired beige color. Miracle Method did an excellent job of refinishing the walls with their marshmellow white color. The process took a full day with a follow up visit to fix some run marks. Two years later the tile refinishing has held up very well and the bathroom is bright and attractive.

They were okay. They really needed to do a little work on the shower pan because all he did was resurface the pan so it didn't look complete. I asked him and he said that he was only supposed to focus on the shower pan. I think he should have asked me what I was going to do to the tile because it looked unfinished. After I took a couple of showers I could still see the stains. It is slippery and I had to call to tell them because I am disabled. They had to come out to put an extra coating on it. They said they normally charge $50 but they would do it for me for free. I don't know why they would leave it slippery in the first place. The tub is no longer smooth like it was before. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody else. The pricing was a little high. There was a space between my tile and shower pan with the caulking and he should have told me.
