MIRACLE METHOD

We had no problems. There was no mess. Everything was done cleanly. They were pretty professional and on time.

! It was wonderful! They were very prompt. They came within a few days. It only took two days to complete the work, including dry time. It was a very nice person who did the work.

They were excellent. Came out to price the project in a timely manner and then scheduled the work once I called. They explained the entire process and what I would need to be aware of. The employee doing the work was great. Showed up when he said he would and worked the entire time he was in my home. He even did his best to fix some nicks we had in the tile. I would absolutely use them again.

They did a beautiful job! They came one day and they sanded and got the surface ready. They came back the next day to spray on the coating so it was pretty quick. It was on the expensive side, but we did some comparing it was better than completing replacing the tub.

Although they didn't respond to my online inquiry, they were very responsive and professional once I called. We were completing the job for our rental property and they were fantastic about scheduling quickly before the new tenant moved in. The owner came out to do the estimate and was thorough about explaining the process and all of our options; even providing instructions for us to strip the old refinish job ourselves if we chose to in order to help us save money. We opted to have Miracle Method complete all parts of the process and were thrilled with the results! The technician arrived within his given time frame, explained the process again, was very professional and took care to keep our house protected from any of the refinishing products. We were given written care instructions for reference at the end. The tub came out like new and the slip resistant finish is a must have. Our new tenant is a friend and we wanted nothing less than what we would use for our own family. She is also verey happy with the results. I would absolutely use this company again!

It went very well. I recommend this contractor. He arrived on time; explained what he was going to do; and went ahead and did the job.

I had alot of black mold in the grout on all the tile in my bathroom. For the most part it turned out beautiful. I had a few minor disappointments. When they took the shower head off to take care of the tile around it, they replaced the shower head back on backwards! So I had to call a plumber to actually come out and fix that for me, which I had to pay for. Also they had taped up the entire bathroom to contain the chemicals/paint. But when the tape was removed it took paint off of the sheetrock, so now I have to spackle and repaint in those areas. The other thing that I was not happy with was a few tiles towards the bottom must have not been cleaned/painted as well as the others because there is black showing through again. I guess I should have looked over everything better before he left. But all in all everything looks fantastic and the bathroom looks brand new. I will be calling them to get those tiles fixed.

We had a tub and tile surround and an additional stall shower to be renovated, plus removal of sliding doors on both. Ron came out to provide an estimate. He noted possible wall damage behind the tub wall where the faucet is and commented that we might get that fixed first if the tile wasn't secure. We wanted a replacement shower door for the stall shower, but his contact were unable to provide any options. We scheduled the work and were given a window of 8-10am. After 10am, I called and left a message for Jennifer inquiring as to their arrival time. The technician finally arrived at 11:00am and apologized for oversleeping! We were the first job of the day and he couldn't get there before 11am. However, he was polite and did a nice job. He let us know he would not be able to do the tile surround due to the condition of the wall (we had been warned), so all he was able to do in these 2 days was the stall shower and removal of both doors. We had the tile surround completely replaced and then we called Miracle Method again to get the tub finished. A different tech came this time - right at 10:00am (in the 8-10 window, also the first job of the day). He was also very polite and professional and did a nice job. Their work is excellent- the finish is beautiful and you can hardly believe it was once an ugly gold bathtub! I would use them again- just be prepared for the young guys to show up late. Once they get there- there are terrific.

Everything went well. The technician showed up on time, was very courteous, and got the job done! I was satisfied with the work.

I was happy with them. At first there was a spot when they left. They went out of their way to follow up and come back at no charge and fix the spot. They then doubled checked for anything else they might have missed. Their customer service was the best I ever received.

They’ve done a very nice job. The first job they did for me, there were a few flaws, but overall, I’ve been happy with their work. The most recent time I was extremely happy with everything. They called me back when I had called, and they were very punctual. I’ve referred friends to them that have also been happy with their service.

He did a pretty good job. They came out in a timely manner. The finish looks nice. The only problem was the smell from the sprays that were used, but we had been warned about that in advance. Additionally, I paid extra for an extra nonslip finish and that doesn't really work.

Our bathroom is over 25 years old and needed an upgrade. We didn't want to tear out all the ceramic tile since it wasn't really damaged but the caulking around the tub was disgusting. And honestly I was sick of cleaning grout. What the job entailed was thoroughly laid out to us. It was a three day job but well worth it. The smell only lasts a day but the technician pretty well contains it. All the work was done by Tech Alex Roverelli and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Looks like a brand new bathroom and tub! There was also no problem adding the slip resistant surface that I hadn't initially asked for. And receiving a $200 discount for being a local resident was a pleasant bonus. We used them again for our kitchen countertops.(in another review)

Our experience was pretty much the same as before when we had our bathroom done. We had all our kitchen countertops and island countertop refinished. The existing counters are tile and the finish really gave it an updated look. Since I couldn't afford granite I went with Miracle Method and received many compliments about the countertops. I'm sorry I don't remember the tech's name but he was very careful, professional and answered all my questions. And once again received a $200 discount for being a local resident.

Miracle Method was professional, punctual, and thorough. The first day the bathroom walls were prepped and sprayed. The second day was clean up and repairing a few areas. The walls look brand new.

Other than not getting a response to several emails, their overall response was good once I called their office. Arrived at our home on the date and at the time promised. Did an excellent job of sealing off the master bedroom from the fumes created by the process. Provided a good review of the care and cleaning of the new surface and offered to return if we found any areas of concern. Now into our 8th month of daily use and the shower has held up very well so far.

My bathtub needed replacing or refinishing so I decided I would rather have it refinished. When Ron came to look at the job he pointed out that the tile around the tub also needed to be either regrouted or resealed as well. I was going to get it regrouted but when I went to their showroom and saw what the finished product would look like, I decided to have Miracle Method do the surround tile as well as the tub. The appointment was made for them to start on July 31 and they arrived on time and completed the job the following day. It looks like a new bathtub. They cleaned up afterwards as well. I am very pleased. The downside was the fumes. They were very strong for a couple of hours.

Everyone at this company seems very nice and professional. Work was performed as described and the tub turned out really well!

Miracle method is a great company. If you need any resurfacing this is a good company. They can do kitchen counters where it looks like granite. They resurfaced my tub and they’ve done a great job. If there is any problems they come right back and make sure your satisfied. I love my tub. They are very professional.
