MIRACLE METHOD

They were very professional in the way they gave the price quote. I have no problems with them. I spoke to them on the phone. They were fine.

I decided to not go with the company as it might be more cost effective to get a new tub.

We took his advice. The service was provided on time and we appreciated his honesty. He could have just done the whole tub as we had no idea that this would solve the problem. I also asked if they could caulk the bottom around the tub as this needed a little attention. He did that too and did not charge any extra. Doing the job as he suggested saved us about $300 and it turned out great.

Very pleased with the work done by this company. The worker. Jake, was excellent. Very nice, professional, and cleaned up well. Our house is 22 years old. We have lived in it 5 years. The tub in the hall bathroom was awful.The previous owners must have tried to patch a chip or two and whatever they used discolored the tub to yellow. Then the grouting that the builder did 22 yrs ago, did an awful job, very sloppy. Don't know how previous owners let it go. So Miracle Method came in and cleaned down tub and tiles (which also had a hospital safety bar on the wall) removed the bar, did his patching and then he performed his miracle. The tub, tile walls, all the awful grout cleaned away and all recaulking done. Looks brand new. I had it done in white and it so clean and fresh now. I would definitely call them again if I needed to. Very pleased with the job.

They were the only provider that was performing this as a two day service. On the second day they returned to caulk and touch up as needed. Other providers were going to leave it for me to caulk. While this provider was more expensive there service seem to be more detailed.

It's a great way to re-do a bathroom without the expense of re-doing the entire thing. They were very efficient and pleasant and they did a fine job. Word of warning: the odor is a bit toxic so you're not going to want to be in the room for a day or two.

They explained everything before hand, including price in writing, what the procedure was, how to care for the new finish & it even came with a warranty. The worker cleaned up after very well also. Very professional.

They were all really nice and kept the appointment. They gave me a 4 or 2 hour window. They did a great job, the tub looked terrific. I was really happy about it. The guy came out and showed me everything and told me everything. It was great.

They're a bathtub refinishing company. They quoted me for $600. They weren't as responsive as I would want them to respond. I had to call them a couple of times because they never called me back. When they came out, it was fine. I think I will go with them. I plan to get this done within the next probably two months. I got the quote immediately. He was able to email it to me right there on the site. He answered my questions fine. He seemed like a nice guy. His punctuality was fine.

The transformation was amazing. It went from band aid pink to white. It was a very large job and there were a few return visits ,but all is fine. The owner was very responsive for all the questions and touch ups that were needed. Have recommended them several times with confidence.

Process was smooth all around-the guy who did the estimate did not pressure or over sell. The guy who did the install was awesome-but taped off a spot he thought the new hardware was going to cover. When we realized the spot was missed, Miracle method came right back out and touched it up w/ nary a complaint. We also got a nice drain and overflow cover to match the new chrome surround. It was recoated in early 2008; one tenant later I see some rust and peeling around the drain; (even if my warranty is up, I would pay them to come and do it again!)

I am thrilled with the results; not to mention that this process saved me over $3,000.00 that it would have cost me had I chosen advertised "bathfitter" type company; not to mention what cost would have been to replace all the tile work! Aside Note: In 2005 I purchased a condo where the bathtub looked great, but the first time I used it pieces of white enamel stuck to me. I hired miracle method to refinish that tub (came out wonderful); and in 2008 I sold that condo with the tub still being perfect.

The job went very good I was pleased with the job that was done and I am still happy with it to this day I would recamend them.

Dealing with Miracle Method was great! From their office staff to the gentleman that came to our home and did the work their level of professionalism and quality of their work was impeccable. The process was laid out for us in detail before anything was started so we knew exactly what we were getting into. The whole process took only two days. The bathroom was sealed off from the rest of the house and ventilated out of a bedroom window as to not expose the house or us to any harm. All aspects of the work were done with care and the results were fantastic. Instead of ripping out all the old tile our old tile was transformed with their finishing process and all without any grout lines to get dirty anymore!!!! I would recommend Miracle Method (and I have) to anyone looking to fix up some tile with minimal work and time.

job went smoothly from quote to completion. Their technitian did a superb job with great attention to detail and completed the job in a little over two days. Cant believe how good the bathroom looks in our sixty five year old home. All the tile cracks and imperfections are gone as well as the mildew on the grout and most of all our ugly yellow and black tile is gone.GREAT JOB

I should have known right away not to work with this company considering I had to call and leave 2 voicemails and an email and still didn't get a callback till I called their corporate office and told them I would really like to speak to someone. Finally get a call back and wait almost a month for an appointment so that I can get the work completed by early on a Saturday afternoon. I received a confirmation email again on Oct 8th asking me to confirm my appointment and I said Yes what time will someone arrive and once again no response (Theme? Yes) I called them the day of the appointment hours after I expected them 8-9am based on my initial conversation with them and they had not shown up, but guess what they didn't answer their phone! Lack of any professionalism or appearance makes this company one you should stay far away from

The technician, Derek, was simply wonderful, highly personable and thoroughly professional in every way. He fully explained every step of the two-day process in advance, and clearly took great pride in his craftsmanship. He was also prompt and courteous. The company provided complete written instructions on the dos and don'ts of maintaining the tub's appearance (not that it's complicated, it's actually pretty simple, but specific), and Derek went over all of the information with us to ensure that we will remain as happy with the tub refinishing as we were upon its completion.

i heard this was the ideal way to 'renovate' my bathroom, without the huge expense of pulling out tub. i went to the showroom, and was impressed. everything was explained in detail, so I booked a date/time. Jeff (?) came over right on time, was extremely professional, explained everything in detail, and got right to work. The tub looks great! fantastic even. the proof of course, is in the pudding - will it look great in a few years. that i don't know, but i think there is a good guarentee. I did find out, afterwards, that there are certain limitations (no hair dye, or even dripping shower curtains) but to be honest, i'm so pleased not to have to rip out my old rusted tub at HUGE expense just to update my bathroom. this is a fantastic way to renovate a bathroom. Miracle Method performed a miracle in our bathroom. The tub and tiles look brand new. The workers were on time and cleaned up after themselves. They were very responsive to our questions and concerns regarding the work.
