Description of Work: Miracle Method refinished our tub. The technician showed up to the site as scheduled and completed the project in 1/2 a day. The results were perfect. We had another outfit refinish the tub several years ago and it didn't take long for that finish to fail in various spots. Miracle Method removed the old finish and applied a new one. It has now been 8 months and the finish looks just as it did when 1st applied. Great job

Description of Work: The owner came out and did a detailed estimate on several of our bathrooms and tile areas, as we were not sure what processes we would end up doing for which baths. Ultimately we decided to only reglaze a tub which looked the worse for it's 22 years. The job was scheduled several weeks in advance and the technician arrived on time. An email had been sent ahead of time with instructions on how to prepare the area for the technician. The technician was very meticulous in his work. We were very satisfied with how it looked when finished. The tech also provided cleaning instructions and sold us a special mat for the tub that would provide traction without damaging the new surface. Although the job was more expensive than several other companies' estimates, we felt that the warranty and quality of materials used was worth the extra money. Afterward we asked for an estimate for a very small fiberglass patch for a different jacuzzi for a tiny hole that remained from the installation of a new faucet that wasn't completely covered. The estimate was higher than we hoped ($195)and we asked for the possibility that the cost could be reduced, but it was explained that due to travel costs and time spent to do the repair, that was the best they could do. As of now we haven't decided whether to use Miracle Method for that repair. Overall, we were very happy with the quality of the workmanship provided by Miracle Method.

Description of Work: My steel bathtub had been blue and I had it resurfaced to white. sit was damaged accidently and I called for a consultation to see if it cous be repaired. The technician arrived on time & give me quote for the repair and a date. He gain arrived on time & completed the repair in about 45 minutes. He told me the could be used on 4 hours. He did a beautiful job. I am once again very pleased with the outcome of the work.

Description of Work: They have painted tub twice and resurfaced a kitchen counter in stone finish. |Friends and family were amazed. Tub holds a glossy finish. Counter looked so much like stone ...People kept touching it. Will use them again in new house. Only issue with tubs is that you need to be careful with cleansers and scratches. They will ruin the finish.
