The experience with them was good. They were very professional. They actually tried to accommodate my date and I missed it. They came back out and did the job. They were very professional much better than my general contractor. They took everything off and made sure everything was perfected. They did an excellent job. I would recommend and tell the others, not to hesitate to call them if they need them. The job was done to my complete satisfaction. They also have a warranty. My general contractor said that he checked out several companies with regard to the prices and these guys had the best prices. I would use their services again in the future.

I have had this work done twice before by another company. They were cheaper but messy and unprofessional. I chose Miracle Method because they were licensed and insured. They are expensive, but they guarantee their work for five years and will repair any chips or cracks. Dave was punctual, friendly, and very tidy.

There's a bit of a wait for Miracle Method, but it's worth it. They did a very good job of refinishing a 1950's pink bathtub and making it a sparkling new white tub. I wish I had replaced the drain before Miracle Method did its work; they had recommended that I do so, but I didn't and now wish I had because the drain looks a little dingy sitting in the shiny tub. Anyway, the work that was done is excellent. In addition, the technician who did the job was very experienced, knowledgeable, and thorough. And a nice fellow too!

I was extremely satisfied with both the service and the result. I did not know about glazing, and was delighted with it.

They did the entire bathroom. The service was good. They were very timely and professional. They did a good job overall. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

My experience with them was positive. They were professional and sensitive to what I needed to have done. Their pricing was competitive. They did not seem pushy about their estimate.

I cannot remember the exact price and date. I do remember that it was a great experience, with minimum disruption, complete professionalism, and an overall good experience. Also, the person that actually did the work was very very nice. A true gentlemen. Also, the complete job took one day. I would highly recommend.

It was a true mircle. A real person answered the phone. I was promptly given an estimate and work was quickly completed according to schedule.The tech was a gem. Jeff was a true professional. He answered all my questions fully and pleasantly. His competence put all my concerns to rest. Great job, Jeff!! The tub is now better than new and I saved a wad of money!

To this day it is holding beautifully, you wouldn't know there was anything wrong with it.

They were excellent. The man that gave me the estimate explained what they do, how they do it, and what the whole process is. He was very convincing and I would like to use them.

They did the job very well. I would use their services in the future too.

They were very professional. Because the tub had been previously refinished prior to our purchasing the house, the estimator had the office look through their records to see if they had done the previous work. He told me that if they had done the work, there would be no charge for stripping. It turned out that they didn't do the previous work, but I was impressed that they went to the trouble to check it out. The gentleman who did the job was courteous and efficient. I am very pleased with the finished product.

I thought the job went well. The tech, Jeff, was very nice and explained how the process worked and what he was doing. He also gave me a day to day timeline. First we had the fixtures removed from the bathroom. Then MM came in and first refinished the bath tub. After the tub the next day they refinished the tile walls and the tile floor. The final day was doing touch ups and buffing the tub. The fixtures go back in on Monday. My only concern is how well the finish will hold up on the floor. MM has a five year warranty on the walls and tub but only a year on the floor. Since my husband and I have a shoeless household I hope it will hold up ok.

They did a terrific job. I believe the person who did our work was named Jeff. He was meticulous and a very nice guy too. Yes there is a residual odor, but that will go way. It looks like a brand new tub and you would never know that it had once been beige and that there were any scratches.

Very well. Nothing was unexpected. There is a smell, but it is greatly mitigated just by closing the bathroom door and keeping the window in the room open. Jeff was quite professional and clearly cared about his work and my satisfaction. I have a beautiful, like new, bathtub!

After the owner, Ron came to check out the job and give us an estimate, we scheduled an appt. The technician came in the morning and worked most of the day to remove old coating and replace with brand new pristine one. He was very conscientious and did a great job--it is like having a new tub!

We contacted Miracle Method to have our two bathtubs refinished. The owner, Ron, came to our house to give us an estimate, explained the process, and provided brochures. We decided to have both our tubs refinished and have the non-skid surface applied. We scheduled the work on two separate days to have use of one tub. Their technician, Jeff, arrived promptly, explained the procedures he would be using(ventilation, process steps, etc.). Each tub took approximately 5 hours to complete. Afterwards, he cleaned up the bathrooms, and you could not tell he was there except for the tub surface. He also explained the care of the tub surface,preferred cleaning products and what to expect concerning the chemical odor. The chemical odor was not as strong as we expected and was totally gone in a day. Jeff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I could not find anyone who knew about bathtub reglazing so I checked on Angie's List and found Miracle Method. They had several good reports so I called and spoke to Jennifer. She was very professional and answered all my questions. I scheduled an appointment to have my blue bathtub reglazed to white and got an appointment for 3 weeks from my call. The workman, Jeff, arrived at the scheduled time; he was polite and neat and explained to me what he would be doing and went about his work. He got the job done in about 5 hours overall. He was professional at all times and very clean. When he left I didn't have to do one thing. All the walls and fixtures in the bathroom were covered for protection, he ventilated the machine he used so that there was minimum paint odor in the house and he took every care to make it a beautiful job. Honestly, the odor was gone by that evening and we were able to use the tub/shower by 10:00 a.m. the next day. I can recommend them highly!

The project went well for the most part. The owner and sales person, Ron Hartley, was professional and personable. He did not apply any pressure to make the sale. Steve, the technician who did the work, was also professional and personable. I initially had a problem with the slip resistant surface which was not as I imagined. It was course, began to peel and held dirt so the tub never appeared to be clean. I called and asked for someone to come back out and remove it. Ron came, advised me that his technician had not applied it correctly and he redid it. I am now completely satisfied with the job. The only areas with room for improvement are, when I called to verify that the company was registered with the NJ Office of the Attorney General, as required by law, Jennifer advised that she would look into it and call me back, but she did not. Also, I don't recall being advised in advance that there would be such strong fumes. Steve vented the bathroom to the outside, but the fumes lingered inside for at least a day. I kept the door closed and a fan running to blow the fumes out the window. When the tub was done, there was insufficient paint to apply the slip resistant surface. Additional paint had to be ordered. I expected a phone call to advise when the paint would be in, but did not receive one. I had to initiate the call. Despite these three minor issues, the experience was pleasant and I am a satisfied customer.

Overall, they did a good. They were punctual, showed up on time and job was done around the time they said it would be done. I would use them again.

Miracle Method returned our call the next business day. Came for the estimate ten days later (first mutually convenient date). Ron came in, examined 2 tubs/tile surrounds, explained details of the process, spelled out care and maintenance for the new surface, and wrote a detailed estimate. The work was scheduled for 2 mos. later so we had time to finish remodeling. Steve showed up at right on time. He was very polite, considerate of our home (wiped feet often), and was very informative in answering our questions. He asked us to confine our pets to one room to prevent curious interference. Whole job took about 3 1/2 hours. There was a pretty strong odor in the house during job, but it was gone in a couple of hrs. Steve cleaned up and took trash with him - couldn't tell he'd been here! He gave us written instructions on care, maintenance and 5 yr. warranty, and made some recs. on grout repair to tile. The tub is so beautiful! Can't wait to have them do the other one!

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND CLEAN. THE JOB WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE FOR ME. THE TUB LOOKS EXCELLENT, AND THERE WAS NO PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK.

Excellent. Main office is organized & efficient. Technician was great. He was supposed to charge extra to do some process to strip off old finish, but since it was not so bad, he did it mechanically & did not charge. Cleaned up perfectly. Application was a couple of hours with no major inconvenience to us. Looks beautiful. Gave 5 year warranty. Chose refinish instead of liner because much cheaper and liner takes a little more room while our tub just fits. Also, would have had to move the vanity to do liner. With refinishing, he just did not refinish where vanity blocks. I think you can get a cheaper refinishing, but according to what I read on the internet, cheap refinishing is frequently garbage. A small inconvenience of liners we saw is that its bath drain requires you to submerge hand in water to drain. To preserve refinishing, have to use non-abrasive cleaner.
