Description of Work: We had them out to look at resurfacing the bathtub in our townhouse we were putting up for rent. They were more responsive when we called the number initially as opposed to the first contact we attempted through email. After I called, however, we got a return call the same day, they came out to give an estimate that week and because we were under a time crunch with a renter moving in, they accommodated our schedule and I believe the job was done within 2 weeks. They were very professional; explained exactly what the process would entail and even gave us options if we chose to take the DIY route instead. The services were provided exactly as explained. Clean up was thorough and we got care instructions in writing. We were very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely use Miracle Method again in the future if needed!

They do a great job.
Description of Work: They resurfaced and changed the shape of the edges of the kitchen countertops. Overnight update. Looked great. People were amazed at the transformation. Looked like a new stone counter. They also resurfaced a green tub to a beautifully shining white. Another great cost effective update. This was our second time using them on bath.

Description of Work: All details were handled very professionally. The worker arrived on time and had great attention to detail. We are very pleased with our new tub (reglazing). It took it from the 60's blue tub to a gleaming white and we are very pleased. We would use these folks again!
