IT was a great experience
Description of Work: Joe and his team gutted the whole bathroom put new plumbing new green board new tile to ceiling. Took out a window in shower brick it up to make it water tight put a new exhaust fan painted the bathroom cleaned everything up and did a great job. I had a lot of contractors do work in my house Joe and his team did beautiful work

Description of Work: Provided a blueprint for a kitchen redesign. The cost was worth the three demential drawing but I can't afford to have them do the small kitchen at a cost of over 18,000.

If you had called and we missed getting back with you I apologize I have no record of you calling Nov. 1, 2013, I just checked my calender book. Joe tries to call everyone back to schedule an appointment with them to go over their project. I also went through my appointment book for November 2013 and I do not see that an appointment was made for you to meet with Joe. Again, sorry for any miscommunication. Hi [member name removed], I am sorry you feel that way. Maybe you can try to call Angie's List and ask them for a refund. We do not receive any money from the Big Deal, all we do is offer a consultation, written estimate and a computer sketch of kitchen. Then normally if homeowner is interested we move forward from there or if they want to make any changes. I tried my best to keep the price close to your budget as possible. Very well.
Description of Work: Joe examined my roof and surrounding structures to figure out the cause of the strange sound. He discovered damage to the upper row of siding near the top of the house. He charged me to do the estimate and then came back the next day to do the repair for a separate charge and gave me dollars off when I reminded him that I found him on Angie's List. The repair has held firm and did not break in subsequent storms to date. He was professional and prompt. I don't mind paying

Description of Work: I was calling around looking for a contractor to come out and brick up an existing window and install a smaller one in my kitchen. I called and they said they were too busy for such a small job. Needless to say I won't be using them for anything, regardless of how big or small, in the future.

HE DID NOT COME OR CALL.
Description of Work: HE WAS TO COME TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND HE NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED ME. I CALLED 3 OR 4 TIMES AFTER THAT AND ONLY GOT AN ANSWERING MACHINE.
