Great customer service, our air went out and the technician arrived at our home promptly and even put shoe covers ok to protect my home. He quickly found we had a major problem with our 25 year old system. We had a comfort specialist come out who was very thorough and went over multiple replacement options. The very next day one of their installation teams had our new unit installed and it's so quiet and the house has never been this comfortable. We would recommend Dilling to anyone in the need of heating and cooling repairs. I would leave 10 stars if I could!

The folks at Dilling are extremely responsive. I needed a downdraft installed, and they came out next day. I was worried that the job was too small, and they would not have time to make it happen. The owner of the company told me, "no job is too small, and they value all of their customers." That kind of thing stuck with me. They also serviced my units, and recommended (not pushed) the appropriate product. I feel like I am in good hands with my heating and air needs.

Excellent service from all that work at Dilling. They are easy to get in contact with when making an appointment. Someone always communicates when they will arrive. From start to finish, my overall experience with Dilling has been exceptional every time!
