service was excellent, responsivity was quick, the pro was very thorough, price were too high but service was good

Everybody was very nice and helpful. Pat (initial service visit) did a great job listening and figuring out our problem and doing initial work. Then Mike did a great job with the follow-up work.

They were very nice to work with. They came out on a Thursday evening and it was installed on Friday morning..

They explain me in detail. Gave me various options and advise me which one will be best for me.

They are Honest men and very Hard working people. And Very Humble.

We converted from oil heat to a heat pump. They were very professional and efficient with great customer service. We are very pleased with their work.

I have bee very happy with their work ethic, the people who did the work and the salesperson. However, since it was just finished yesterday, I cannot give an honest review of the parts until I have had a chance to use them for a period of time.

A joke

Hector was terrific! He examined the syst, which was installed last year by another contractor and advised me on what had been done incorrectly and inefficiently ( things which make it harder to service). He also pointed out other ways to improve my heating efficiency and was knowledgeable, instructive and polite! I will definitely call Dilling again and again!

Called to schedule a routine service program. While on-site the tech noticed that the primary drip line was clogged. He cleaned it and installed a switch that would notify us if the line was clogged again. Wasn't expecting the extra charges but I'm happy our ac unit will be maintained 2x annually going forward to eliminate extra costs like this down the road. The Tech explained everything so it was easy to understand what why he was suggesting the work preformed.

Dilling is very quick, efficient and to the point. Everyone we have dealt with has been wonderful, they truly care about their customers and it shows through their excellent customer service.

Mike and his team has done an amazing job from installing our units to service. Also their customer service is amazing and very responsive. I would highly recommend to everyone.
