"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. My rates for basic start around $20/hr, I provide my own cleaning supplies needed for a basic cleaning. Anything further then a basic cleaning will be based on sq footage and the job needing to be done. As with basic cleaning I will need to get my own supplies and it will make it cost more than the basic $20/hr. I have done residential cleaning for 22 years, commercial cleaning I have done for 12 years. I am able to pay attention to detail when it is most important. I have worked for the university, schools, dealerships, hotels and residential.
