Eric was pleasant, knowledgeable and kind. He arrived on time. With the first treatment, I saw no more ants. Much more effective than the company I used last summer. And a thousand times better than my experience with Terminex.

I was surprised at how quickly Valiant contacted me when after submitting a request through Home Advisor. When Dave got here he was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I had a MILLION questions and he answered all of them! Dave was very thorough and put my husband's and my mind at ease. I chose Valiant because they are a hometown, Mom and Pop company. You can't get the quality and customer service from some big-name company that you can with a family oriented company like Valiant. Dave explained to us our options. He was not pushy for us to make a decision. He did not add other services that we did not need (like some other companies I have dealt with in the past). Dave was very detailed when he explained what the problem was, what he was going to do and what the price it was going to be. There were no surprises when it came to paying. I was very please with the work he did as well! I appreciate the time he took to talk to us. It meant a lot. I would recommend them to anyone having issues!

The inspector that came out to my house explained everything to me in great detail also explained to me how I can prevent this from happening I have a big old house he sealed all the holes he put bait down he took his time he went through the whole house he was kind courteous knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who has a rodent problem I was stressed out over this Now after him being here I feel great I called several companies and I am so glad I went with this company I guarantee you you won t be disappointed
