First of all I had a major issue when a certain utility company (contractors) lead line replacement project cut the street in front my home, rodents went running. I called many other pest control companies and nobody could come out right away. I called Valiant and they came out the very next day explained why this happened and treated the outside of the property and came back two more times to check the progress and treated each time explaining each time the process. The pricing was VERY reasonable. Eric the owner was so very nice and professional you could tell he is a hard worker and cares about his customers, keep in my mind this is a family owned business not a big corporate pest control company that wants to sell you more and more products and contracts. Eric went above and beyond in my situation so he actually cares about the people he meets. I would HIGHLY recommend this company, timely, reasonable pricing, and friendly and kind. This is the only company I'll Ever use for my pest control needs.

Competent and professional

I hired this company two years ago because I was being bitten by something in my house and not sure what it was. No apparent bed bugs were seen. They came and the treatment they did (which was primarily for bed bugs) took care of my problem, which were probably some kind of mite infestation. In February, I started noticing the same issue - being bitten but not sure by what. I called this company again and told them that whatever they did two years ago worked and to please repeat the same treatment. They came out to my house in early March and, when I finally got the detailed invoice, the chemicals they used were NONE of what was used two years ago. I called them to ask why and, when I asked them why they did not use what worked, they could not answer me and the guy on the phone said We will return your money and we will not be coming out that far again, I said What? -- is this how you treat your customers? To that, he replied We are done here and hung up on me. So, here I am a couple months later and I still have the issues to the point of I cannot go into my house without being bitten and they are very painful bites. If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. You just do not treat people like that. They returned my money but I needed the infestation gone. If they could not figure it out, then tell me that - do not dismiss me and hang up on me.

Eric went above and beyond to work with me, explain the problem at hand, and share details about the chemical to use. He is exceptionally hard working, balancing multiple responsibilities professionally and courteously.

Contacted me the same day. Had two in ground yellow jacket nests I needed removed. One was directly in front of my house. Three feet from the walkway. They texted me with a quote and I approved it. They put me on the list for service the same day. They arrived about 1 1/2 hours later and treated the nests. It was a good experience!

Dave and his crew were very professional, and very concerned about the well being of the animals being trapped. I had a mother groundhog and 6 babies, one tunnel exit right by my kitchen door. They spent 6 weeks, with over 15 visits, and with great patience finally caught the seemingly untrappable mother. Great service with a very reasonable price for the time spent. I contacted Valiant for a bed bug issue that one of my apartments were having. The one apartment below had little children that were getting bites. Valiant sent over a prep list right away and got us scheduled fast. The technician was professional and explained in detail the process.

My experience was completely out of the ordinary. They did their job.
