Description of Work: Sealed crack in foundation wall through which water was leaking. Work was guaranteed. It was difficult to ascertain where the water was coming in as the crack was not obvious. Came back to seal further immediately upon request when we thought that there was another slight leak. Very good service.

Description of Work: Interior basement water proofing with sump pump. Two day job they said. I said "yea right" they packed up 5 pm on day two. Job complete. Expected arrival was 8am. They arrived 7:40 ready to work. Those guys hustled and busted their butts. There was no upselling...the quoted price was the price. Very honest, hardworking guys. Would i use them again? Really dont see a need to unless i buy a new house. I would highly recommend A+ Waterproofing. Mike is the best!

Description of Work: Due to a water leak in our foundation. A Plus dug around the outside of 2 walls and applied sheets of a water sealer. Then sealed all overlapping edges. Job was well done on our 100 year old house. Money was well spent.

Description of Work: My church is looking into waterproofing in the basement where we had have problems in the past. Michael from A+ Waterproofing has been on the scene many times as we investigate the source of our problem, and seek a lasting solution. He is always professional, on time, knowledgeable and accommodating. We will most likely be using him in the near future to finish our exploration of the problem and to reach a resolution to same.

Description of Work: the company installed a french drain around perimeter of basement. materials included pipe, and a wrapping material to keep dirt out of the pipe and another fabric and plastic material installed around the border to capture any water leaking from walls and direct it to the trench. alsoput in sump pit and piped it to an outside pipe they installed to take water to the street eliminating the need to install a sump pump. the water is gravity fed to the outside, the crew came on time when scheduled and did a professional job. I am very satisfied with the service they performed and the price was very competitive, I got four estimates before choosing A+Waterproofing, they are excellent.
