Description of Work: Lousy...is the correct way to describe them. Couldn't have a 2 minute conversation. I asked them to breakdown the labor and materials and he refused to do it. I found 3 other contractors that didn't have a problem doing this. What are they hiding?

Description of Work: Mr. Toran performed routine maintenance on the gas furnace, and showed me how to "bleed" the radiators on 3 floors. He cleaned the furnace and, because radiators lacked water on the third floor, he increased the water pressure.
