Precision Plus Plumbing

Did everything they said they would do on the dates they scheduled. They performed the work at my house while I was at work. Everything was great.

I called for a clogged toilet. They came out a little later than expected but they did call and say they were running late. They did a full inspection of my plumbing since I was a first time customer. During the inspection they found a corroded shut off valve that once was touched would not stop leaking. Therefore, I ended up paying for the clogged toilet to be fixed and a few new shut off valves. Although I was not expecting to pay this much they were very professional, quick and did a good job. I would use them again.

No muss, no fuss, no chaos. When scheduling a service call the technicians come at the latest with in a day or 2. The young people that they hire are clean, curious, respectful, and processional. You have no worries when they come into your home.

Called to have someone come and look at a damaged/broken sewer pipe and provide an estimate. Precision Plus wanted to charge $50 to simply visit our home and provide an estimate. Every other company we have explored is willing to provide a free evaluation and estimate. I won't work with a company that isn't willing to spend time to earn business. Additionally, customer service experience was over-formalized and felt more like a outsourced call center than a local contractor. I have a feeling they have a service who handles customer calls rather than locally aware individuals.

Everything went very well, responded to my voicemail promptly, showed up on time. Price was a bit high, but the quality was good, and the service was professional and friendly.

Fantastic. On time, fast work, courteous. They fixed the hot water heater rally fast.

I've used him in the past and he's very good. He gave me a follow up call to let me know he was on his way. He came and corrected the problem. I had a warranty on previous work done, so there was no charge. He was polite, courteous, professional and showed up on time. I like using Precision Plus Plumbing because I can always get a hold of him when I have a need in my home. His work is top notch.

Called at 8 a.m. and they were there by 10 a.m. I was not able to be home so my girlfriend called me and let me talk to the plumber. He quoted me over $800 to address three problems in my bathroom. I could not afford this and really only needed the bathtub undrained so that everyone in my house could bath. I thought the price was a little high but needed it done right away. He did a great job and cleaned up the tub afterward very nicely. When I came home I addressed the other repairs myself for under $20 in parts. I was glad for the diagnoses but did feel the price quoted to me was very high. Had the tub not been an urgent matter I would have been able to save a lot of money but I did appreciate the speediness and professionalism that Precision Plus provided and would call them in an emergency situation again.

Note: This company bought my regular plumbers customer list when he retired.... Pipes in laundry room on first floor froze. Scheduled appointment was two days out but were willing to respond same day for a $119 fee. I paid the fee. Work had to be performed in a very small, awkward, and cramped space. The technician was large man who nonetheless managed to get the work though I think given the circumstances, it took longer than WE expected. The repair was neat and they tidied up after they were finished. The work cost $179 plus the fee. I did not feel any part of the arrangement was exorbitant....I will be calling them again for additional work

He shows up on time. He is very professional, polite and courteous. I needed him for a faucet replacement. He gave me the option of two faucets I could choose from. I selected the faucet that was a little bit pricier, because it came with a longer warranty. He cleaned my drain out at no extra charge. He also added a little washer to the kitchen faucet and no extra charge. HE checked various other drains throughout my house as a courtesy, with no extra charge. I am very pleased with the faucet he installed - I have had no trouble with it. He also checked my water heater and pipes downstairs. He then changed out my pipes to the water heater. We then made an appointment to install a carbon monoxide detector. Ha gave me a phone number for a chimney worker. He always returns a follow up call to answer any questions I may have.

They could not snake it or plunge it, so they took it off and cleared it. It had receded and a day later it was moving so they came back and re-gas kited it.

I use them all the time. They always come out and are always careful about their work area. They always clean off their feet before they come in and they do excellent clean up. They don't leave anything behind and they take everything with them. They are very punctual and on time. I've never had a problem with them. They also give you the price upfront. They let you know exactly what it is going to cost before you make the decision to do the work.

It did not go well at all. When I asked for a ballpark estimate on the phone, the person on the phone refused to give me one, but worse, seemed very annoyed by my question. When the plumber came to my house to give the estimate and hopefully fix the clog, he told me that I need a new pipe for $133 (a very small pipe). He then told me that in addition to the pipe, it would cost me $250 to clear the drain! I refused the service, and was out the $40 for coming to the house to give the estimate. I finally got another plumber to come by. This plumber charged me $75 for the drain clearning and said that there was no need for a new pipe. He cleared the drain quickly and put the pipes that I had taken apart together. This is opposed to the $385 Precision Plumbing wanted. Even if this plumber gave me a good deal, another plumber came by for an estimate, which he didn't charge for, and told me it would cost $175 to put the pipe together and for the drain clearning. Still expensive, but still much less than precision plumbing estimated for me!

They were very prompt and very good. The work turned out great. I would use them again in the future.

He was professional, responsive and came when he said he would come. He explained things very well. He was very courteous as well. He put plastic cover on my carpet and made sure that it did not get dirty. He also cleaned up once the job was done. The quality of his work was very good and I was satisfied with his work.

I called them to schedule an appointment and they showed up on time. They called before they came. The technician put down a mat before he started to work to take care that there were no tracks left behind. He came in and immediately got to work, it wasn?t an extensive job but it was done within 20 minutes. Their charge was in line with the estimates that I got from a few other plumbers.

It went very well. We would use them again. They are very prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. They are very upfront and a no nonsense provider.

Overall, I would have been satisfied if he hadn't hung up on me.

Came home on Dec 16 to find a fountain underneath my kitchen sink. We already knew the disposal was going bad but did not anticipate the other leak. Called Precision after seeing them in the Angie's List book that is mailed out to subscribers and checked their reports online. Within 15 minutes Derrick called us back to set up an appointment for the next day from 3-5 pm. Came out on time and informed me that the faucet was to blame and offered us the choice of picking out our own or selecting one of his. He also let me know at that time how much everything would be if I chose to have him and his company do the work. I opted for buying one of my own since I had already bought a new disposal for them to install. Came back that Monday (12/22) at our set appointment which he called to verify earlier that day. Installation was smooth and have had no problems since. I would recommend Precision Plus to anyone looking for a good plumber.

We placed a call to Precision plumbing on Thursday night when we discovered the problem. I called again on Friday morning and Derrick returned my call within minutes. He was able to find room in his schedule to come out late Friday afternoon, and quickly identified the problem. He had the necessary hoses on hand and was done with the repair within a half hour.

They were top rated & close to me. I was impressed with what I saw on their website. The guy was very quick, he seemed very confident & so far the repair is holding up.

The gas lines are still not functioning, Precision will not return my money due to not testing the lines before the service, which would have cost an additional $749. I feel their prices are astronomical.

It was pleasant, although, plumbing is never cheap. I thought they were very thorough. Three guys showed up as a team.

I liked the company. The representative was very nice. They did good work.

He recommended that I get a new toilet instead of having it fixed. I thought their prices were a little bit high, but the quality of their work was very good, and they were very clean.
