Derrick is absolutely the best contractor that I have ever had. He gave us a feeling of trust and sincerity from the first visit. He was quick, straightforward and effecient with his estimate. He started work within one week of the estimate. He completed my bathrooms in the time he said. Not to mention the cleanliness of him and his staff. They completly covered everything daily, cleaned up and the end of the day. With the exception of the demolition, you would not know he had been there. Staff was friendly, trustworthy and excellent!! I would recommend Precision Plumbing to people that want to have piece of mind, especially if you can't be home to supervise all day.

Came back from vacation to find 4'' of water in basement due to death of hot water heater. I had no time to replace water heater myself because I had to take care of the water damage. Called Derrick from Precision and the two plumbers arrived within a few hours and replaced the heater fairly quickly. They do excellent work and have fixed pricing scale. Derrick did waive the emergency charge as I was a repeat customer.

All employees were very friendly, but overall disappointed with service. Job was supposed to take 4 days and ended up taking 4+ weeks. Carpets were stained by tilers, grout fell out and had to be redone, often showed up 1+ hours later than promised. Said job was done, but neglected to re-tile around baseboard, saying they didn't realize I wanted that. End result looks OK, not great.

I was pretty frustrated considering I built the shower and couldn't get the vibration/pressure problem fixed myself. The manufacturer is reimbursing me for the labor related to their faulty fixture. Precision was very professional throughout, accurately diagnosing the problem, and they do quality work in a timely manner. They have a flat pricing scale, which gives you comfort. There were a couple communication errors between them and myself, which extended the completion of the job, but that is nothing compared to the quality of their work and their professionalism. Derrick even fixed a stair rail for me that had come undone. I am still waiting on them to send me the access panel to cover the hole in the wall, but that is minor.

Came on short notice on a Sunday and completed work in a timely manner. Was very thorough and considerate. Offered us a discount for future work.

ALL THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. IT ONLY TOOK 1 WEEK BETWEEN THE TIME I ACCEPTED THEIR PROPOSAL AND WORK BEGAN. THE WHOLE JOB ONLY TOOK 6 DAYS. THEY WERE PROMPT AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. DERRICK JACKSON ACCOMMODATED ALL MY REQUESTS INCLUDING KEEPING THE TWO FAUCET DESIGN OF MY SHOWER THOUGH IT TOOK MORE TIME AND SOME INVENTIVE PIPE WORK. THE TILE FLOOR INSTALLED BY ERROLL, IS BEAUTIFUL. I AM LOVING MY IMPROVED BATHROOM AND WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY PUT BOOTIES ON OVER THEIR SHOES SO THAT THE FLOOR WOULD NOT GET DIRTY AND WHERE THEY PUT THEIR TOOLS DOWN, THEY LAID A MAT UNDERNEATH THEM. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
