My experience was great. Do the sales rep Caleb and very detail explaining the process and making it very clear and easy to understand. The scheduling was very fast and efficient. I only had to wait a week for the install to happen once the installers came Dakota my project manager made sure to get the job done, fast and efficient we did run into some hiccups, but Dakota smooth them out quickly, thank you Home Genius would recommend to anybody

These guys are the best! I was a little skeptical about them at first because they were just people that knocked on our door, so I thought what will it hurt just to get another estimate. I am so glad we did. They have the best customer service around. They were very pleasant to talk to, were very knowledgeable about everything and so meticulous about cleaning everything on our windows and the trim and even our floors. They would not leave until they cleaned our floors due to the salt from the snow not that they made a mess. I never seen or worked with anyone that efficient in every way! Would definitely recommend them for a job that anyone needs 100% satisfied.

Had a positive experience working with HGE. The roofing and gutter project was completed in Easton, PA. Overall, the project went smoothly and without any concerns. It went as the sales reps described it would flow. While some may be surprised or concerned that subcontractors are used, this is pretty much industry standard. Even a small independent contractor will subcontract work depending on the type of work and the number of jobs they are taking on at once. The major difference is that a larger business like HGE can provide workmanship guarantees that smaller businesses cannot. Shout out to Ray and Ryan (sales), Joe (project manager), and Alex (crew chief).

End to end, starting with the Home Genius salesperson and ending with the Home Genius project manager on site inspecting the completed job and making sure I was thoroughly satisfied, the experience was terrific. I had specific requests and Home Genius listened carefully providing excellent advice and easily accommodated all requests.  In spite of the weather and the holidays, Home Genius delivered swiftly. Several HG representatives were continuously in contact with us. The final product was superb. My wife and I are delighted!  Highly recommend HG!
