All of the people I had contact with in this business listened to my concerns and worked with in getting the job done. Mike explained the procedures talked me through them. Ethan, the project manager scheduled the team and the work began. They arrived on the date and time that was agreed and completed the work as they promised. There was no sign of the old roof nor any nails or scraps from the new roof to be found. and cleared all of the trash associated with the job. Ethan walked me through the finished project, I was very pleased with the work.

Michael walked us through the finances and coverage and was great. He put us at ease and really sold the company and product to us. Installers were great, they worked fast and clean. Job was done quick, even with some poor weather delaying it early on. Ethan walked me through at the end to make sure things were done to my satisfaction and they had done a great job. I chose Home Genius because I wanted a professional contractor that would ensure my roof, windows, and siding were done right. Although there was some permitting issues on the first day, John our project manager handled it promptly and professionally and kept up great communication until my project was finished.

John and Ricardo were excellent to work with. The windows look great.
