Quality work

I had new windows and a new front door with storm door installed today by Home Genius Exteriors. The crew, Lance, Sean, AJ, and the window specialist Chris, showed up and went right to it. They were knowledgeable, efficient, worked together as a team and cleaned up everything and removed all the old windows and doors. Project manager James showed up as promised to inspect the work and went over details for my siding project beginning tomorrow. Ambrose, who ordered my windows, also showed up to check up on things. Last, but not least Yolie, who schedules the delivery of your product and the crew to complete the job, is absolutely the best coordinator Iâ ve had the pleasure of dealing with. She communicated with me, when the crew would be coming to install them, and the time the crew would arrive. She also answered other concerns I had about the siding installed and the dumpster delivery. I highly recommend this group and Iâ m looking forward to the siding project to begin. Thank you all!!!

Be sure you look at the product before installation I was expecting the guards to match my cutters but they were white and you could see them above the gutters .. they are coming back to remove them. At a steep price

Joe and his crew did excellent work. The project came with some extra challenges, some rotting wood and strange window edging. But Joe and his team answered all my questions and modified the project to fit the needs. I needed some modifications for window capping and Joe was always readily available to answer all my questions and take care of any issues throughout the entire process. Iâ m impressed by the work and consideration Joe and the crew had. So impressed I started another project with them while they were here. Joe came, measured everything up and had everything taken care of in one day, what service! I would definitely recommend Joe and his team to anyone in need of a siding project!

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with any kind of business. I had a roof that was collecting water that I needed fixed. The rep they sent over to take a look said he could fix the problem with new gutters while also adding parts to the roof so there is no spot for the water to collect. He said this would be a 5-6 hour job. I agreed because this also sounded correct and I was trusting. Once the workers got here I knew that was a mistake. They changed 2 gutters and left within 20 minutes. They are now charging me over 4 thousand dollars for 2 gutters. Needless to say it is a rip off and their sales reps are very misleading.
