Highly recommended to anyone who has had to the misfortune of contending with the all too common contractor nightmares! In the end, it was hard not to move forward especially with the "no money down" aspect of the contract! The roof on the first property in Easton was in poor shape, clearly long overdue for an overhaul. We knew it was going to be a major undertaking. And so going into it, I was nervous, expecting the worse and really not looking forward to dealing with disappearing contractors. So I posted the work in Angi and waited, monitoring responses for a few months. The most persistent was Home Genius Exteriors (as you might gather from the other reviews). We considered it an investment in the home and with a little reinforcement of some BBB research, we were good to go. We made the appointment and what we walked away with was comfort, trust and confidence. The negotiations were reasonable, straightforward and in my opinion, fairly priced. HGE fulfilled on their promised - "one day turn-around" and delivered a high quality roof and gutter system. We couldn't be more pleased with the results! So pleased in fact, we booked HGE for a second property in Schnecksville! In summary, it was truly a pleasure to meet with Matt C. for the preliminary assessment and contracting for both projects. He is an avid professional who confidently and tactfully shared product and company information; the HGE and Owens-Corning product and the workmanship warrantees. The logistics were expertly coordinated by Emily D. and the construction work/clean-up commenced under the lead of Mike B./Project Manager. The roof was ripped and replaced on one day and the gutter system on the next day, done! And the best part... - No Contractor Nightmares!

Roofing was done well, but they underestimated the amount of damage, and the gutter guys did not come until 3 days later and had no idea what they were to do.

This company agreed to complete a very small siding job. Other companies refused our job because they wouldnâ t make much money from it. The job was done quickly and looks great.

Customer service and communication were major selling points for us among the representatives of this company. On the contrary, you call them, and, most of the time, no one answers the phone. We were promised before pictures of the job by two different company representatives, but we have yet to receive one of the pictures. We were told the job would be in and out in 1 day, but it took almost 2. The reason we were told is that the team they sent never relayed that they were low on materials until the place where they got their supplies had closed. Lastly, a small thing to them, I am sure, is that we lent the team that put the roof on an extension cord for 2 days, and when they left, the cord walked with them. I told the supervisor that when I went to go wrap it up, it was gone not three minutes after they left, and he called someone to tell whomever that they had taken the cord and bring it back; it is still not back days later. I know a cord is not really anything big, but when my father passed, all his tools and such were given to me, and that cord was one of those things, so yes, customer service is not this companys strong suit.

Home genius did a great job installing windows and siding on my home. I am very pleased with how everything turned out.
