Hard to tell, inside duct work but they were here 2 hours and charged $600. After they left, I could not tell they were here which is good. They were referred by someone I trust, the duct work had never been cleaned.

Jeremiah was very helpful in diagnosing my actual issue. Even though the line was extremely dirty my vent issue is more extensive, it disconnected along the 25' run between the drywall ceiling and the floor. . He went above and beyond to provide a full explanation and some photos so I could see the issue. He thoroughly cleaned the portion of the line which was accessible and ensured the lint mess was cleaned prior to leaving. I would highly recommend ADM. Very professional.

Did a good job. This is the second time I had them clean the ducts. The price went up quite a bit since the first time they did the work. Despite somewhat short notice, they were able to work my job in prior to my HVAC system replacement. It was much appreciated as I think they do a very good job and I wanted to have the air delivery and return system clean as possible as my spouse has allergies.

It went VERY well. The crew was on time, professional and courteous. They explained the procedure and told us about our system. I would recommend Air Duct Maintenance to friends.

Great! The first thing I did was go to their website to view a video on how this cleaning is done. I then called and spoke with Paul Wyble, their Operations Manager and told him what type of home I had and what I wanted done. He very clearly explained what they would do, how they would do it, how long it would take and how much it would cost. No games, no drama. 3 techs arrived on time. (I think one of the techs was in training.) They were courteous, friendly and respectful of our home. They got right down to business, did everything that was promised and seems to have done a first rate job. They handed me a bill that was the same amount that I agreed to with Paul. They left our home clean with no dust, dirt, etc. laying around. You'll note that I did not "grade" the price. That's because, since they were the only company my long time trusted HVAC man could recommend, they were the only place I called, so I have no idea what a competitor may have charged. However, I feel that the price I paid was fair and the job was first rate. I don't feel I was over charged.

Excellent. Came at a convenient time, left no mess at all and provided a coupon without me having to ask. Will definitely use them going forward.

The job went really well. The guys were friendly and professional. They did a thorough job and answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to use them again and I would be more than happy to recommend them to others.

I had previously used AirDuct Maintenance to solve a longstanding problem with my dryer duct. They did an excellent job, so I contacted them about my a/c ducts which had not been looked at or cleaned for 14 years. They responded quickly to my phone call, gave me an estimate which I accepted, and scheduled the work on the phone immediately. I was given details of the work, how it would be done, what exactly would be done, and my questions were answered easily and in a friendly fashion. The day of the work they arrived on time, were extremely careful of my home, and started work after a brief discussion of what they would be doing. They worked quickly and efficiently. The hoses for vacuuming were brought in and the floor protected, the vents were removed and thoroughly cleaned, the filter on the a/c (electronic) was cleaned and sanitized. The men were pleasant, courteous, and as unobtrusive as possible. If I thought of a questions, it was answered quickly. All in all, it was worth the $690. It felt like a lot of money at first, but when the work was done I realized how much they had improved air quality. My daughter's allergies were eased while she was here. The system also seemed quieter with smoother air flow.

The were on time, very courteous and professional. They explained everything that was done. Price seems high, but it was close to everyone else

3 complaints 1) One of the techs quit wearing boot covers halfway through. It was raining that day so he tracked his wet boots in every room of the newly refinished hardwood floors. The lead tech was professional and wore boot covers each time he went upstairs but the other tech got lazy taking the boot covers on and off. 2) The same lazy tech did a poor job scrubbing the vent covers. He also didn't reattach some of the vent covers securely so I had to go around after he left screwing in the covers more, which is when I noticed clumps of dust still on some of them. 3) During my initial sales call in, the appointment setter told me all of the dust would get sucked up by their high powered vacuum. That is false!!! If I would have know it was false, I would have better covered things in my basement. When they clean the "intake ducts" in the basement, the tool that they use slams around and the dust gets pushed out and landed all over the basement. They didn't clean it up. The intake ducts in my house, like many houses, is a long strip of metal fastened to the wooden floor studs. As their machine bangs around inside the duct, it bangs and temporarily makes a space for the dust to fall everywhere. THE VACUUM THEY USE IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO PREVENT THE DUST FROM BEING KNOCKED OUT ALL OVER YOUR BASEMENT. The company charges the highest rates out around but they provide mediocre service. I speculate they don't keep their vacuums properly maintained so they lose power. I would not recommend them due to the weak vacuum at a high price and the workers will leave your floors and basement dirtier than when they started.

Crew was fantastic and did excellent work. House seems brand new after the duct cleaning. They also fixed our dryer connection to the vent. It was installed incorrectly by then delivery/installation people. I would highly recommend their services.

This is the second time we have used Air Duct Maintenance, Inc. We had them come out to our previous home to clean the ducts before the installation of a new furnace. Now in our new home we had them come out to pretty much clean everything that they could (ducts, dryer, chimney, etc.) because we knew it would be another job well done, cleaner air in our house, and money well spent. As before, the gentlemen who came out to do the work were polite, professional, and very hard-working. They arrived during the window in which they were supposed to arrive. The chimney worker even arrived and finished up before the duct workers arrived so that they were not in each other's way. I never had any hesitation about who to call to do this work for us, and I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone else.

This company did a great job. The workers arrived on time, were professional and courteous, and completed the job in 3 hours, which is what we were told it would take. They cleaned up when finished and were very good workers - i would definitely recommend this company.

Dryer went on us over the weekend and I was hoping to get the vent line cleaned prior to the new dryer installed. Kevin went out of his way to schedule an appointment prior to my new dryer delivery and actually brought a crew in early to get my vent cleaned. The crew was professional and worked on cleaning out the long dryer vent line that the previous homeowners had neglected. Did a great job of cleaning it out as well as the work areas inside and outside. Will gladly considering booking them again in the future.

A real person answered the phone whenever I called, which is always a plus. We made an appointment that fit my schedule, and he let me know that if it was raining they might have to cancel. On the day of the appointment, they called at 7 AM to say that the sweep had called in sick and they wouldn't be able to make it. Unfortunate, but they let me know early enough that it didn't wreck the day. We scheduled, again at my convenience. The sweep arrived exactly on time and was in and out in 45 minutes. He took great care not to make a mess and to clean up after himself. I'm entirely pleased.

It was pretty comparable to the existing comments on Angie's List. They were good all around every area.

Work went very well. Technician on time and very efficient. However, I had to reschedule 2 repeat visits since the vent section from the dryer to wall was not staying on properly. Always courteous on phone and the return visits were promptly rescheduled for 8am the next day. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Arrived at the point of time. Cleaned up after all work was done. Even washed all the registers before putting them back on. Professional and courteous to us. Good job.

first off, he arived early, a plus for me. the technician came in, checked out the two fireplaces. he then put out tarps around the fireplace, brought in his equipment and went to work. when he left both work areas were very Clean. all in all, he took about two hours. friendly and professional. I would use their service again.

The work was scheduled within a week and the estimate was correct. The work was performed expertly, quickly, quietly and cleanly.

Couldn't ask for more. Denny from Seasons Heating and Cooling referred me to them. I trust Denny.
